Officer located a suspicious occupied vehicle in the rear parking lot of the hotel. Officer conducted a stop on the vehicle and the female jumped out of the passenger side and attempted to jump back in and then back out. The driver had a suspended license. The female passenger had misdemeanor warrants out of Snohomish County for DWLS 3rd and DUI. The female was arrested and transferred to Snohomish County. |

Kirkland PD requested K-9 assistance with a robbery call on a trail in south Kirkland. A Bellevue K-9 arrived and determined the crime occurred in Bellevue. Bellevue officers responded and contacted the victim. The victim rode his bike on the trail when the suspect approached him on foot. The suspect caused the victim to fall off the bike. The suspect took the bike and rode away. A KPD Sgt. detained the suspect some distance away from the crime scene. The victim’s bike was returned to him. The suspect was booked into jail. |

On 07/30/18 the victim reported via telephone that he had received a phone call from a female with an accent named “Officer Lisa” of the Bellevue Police Department advising him that he would be arrested if he didn’t pay $18k in Google play gift cards. The suspect cloned the number of the Bellevue Police non emergency line. The victim provided financial information and an undisclosed amount of gift card information over the phone. This is a known scam. |

A gas station employee called and advised that a customer was “Going nuts” inside the business. The subject was acting erratically and placed approximately $300 worth of merchandise on the counter before taking a pair of sunglasses and exiting without paying for them. Officers contacted the subject outside the store and observed that he had a steering wheel in his hand. He was resistive to their efforts to detain him, and he was eventually taken to the ground and arrested. Suspect was booked into jail. |
