The Officer located a vehicle that had been reported as stolen.  Prior to being able to initiate a traffic stop, the vehicle drove on the sidewalk and fled the area.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect was observed by loss prevention stealing clothing from the store. The subject left the scene and was observed entering a nearby wooded area and changing into the stolen clothing. The subject flagged down a passing vehicle and requested the driver give her a ride out of the area. Police units located the vehicle and contacted the subject who was later positively identified by the loss prevention officer. The suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into jail.

An employee called police after a homeless male subject was observed sleeping and blocking their path to enter the building. An area check by arriving officers was unsuccessful in locating the suspect.

An Officer spotted a known wanted suspect in the area of NE 8th St. and Bellevue Way NE.  The suspect was arrested without incident, transported to booking, and then booked into jail.

An Officer attempted to stop the suspect vehicle.  The vehicle took off from the Officer and struck two vehicles while Eluding.  The Officer did not pursue the vehicle.

 NARRATIVE

Subjects were hanging out in the parking lot of Sammamish High School. One of the involved parties became upset over losing the opportunity to sit in the front seat of the vehicle and decided to sit on the vehicle’s hood. Suspect drove across the parking lot and while making a right turn, his friend was thrown off the vehicle. The victim suffered minor injuries. The case was forwarded to the juvenile prosecutor’s office for review.

The victim reported that her boat had been vandalized overnight while at the marina. An additional investigation showed that the vandalism was most likely the product of an attempted break in.

 NARRATIVE

Unknown suspect(s) made entry into the apartment complex’s secure parking garage. Once inside, the suspects prowled three vehicles and stole one, however, the stolen vehicle was only driven to another level in the same garage before being abandoned.

The victim and juvenile suspect were in an argument while the victim was driving a vehicle.  The suspect assaulted his mother.  Upon exiting the vehicle, the suspect poured Sprite over the seat.  The suspect was located and taken into custody.

While on routine patrol the Officer conducted a license plate inquiry which returned with a misdemeanor warrant for the registered owner.  The registered owner was located and arrested without incident upon confirmation of the warrant.

The suspect crashed into a parked car and rolled his vehicle on 106 AVE NE.  Officers responded and contacted the suspect who showed signs of impairment.  The suspect was arrested for DUI.

 NARRATIVE

The victim was in town on business and took a taxi cab to the hotel.  Upon exiting the cab, the suspect driver asked for a tip and proceeded to touch her breasts.  The victim left the area and made the report over the phone.  The suspect was tentatively identified based on information on his business card.

The desk Officer received a phone call from a parent reporting a suspicious male possibly following children that get off of the bus.  Two Officers conducted a patrol in the area and contacted the male. The male was identified and there was no reason for concern.

Officer stopped a vehicle and observed drug paraphernalia and what appeared to be a small amount of heroin. The driver also had a suspended license.  Driver and passenger were both arrested.

 NARRATIVE

The victim’s Honda was stolen from his parking spot. While the Officer was entering the plate into the database it was discovered the car had already been recovered in Renton and towed .

At the same time the above auto Theft was being reported, another victim contacted the officer and advised someone tried to steal his 2000 Acura Integra but the shaved key broke in his ignition. This occurred across the parking lot from the stolen vehicle. The victim also found property that was taken from an earlier car prowl at a nearby apartment complex.

The suspect was arrested for a warrant for theft after being contacted at a store for being suspected of shoplifting.  The suspect stated she swallowed narcotics and was taken to the hospital to be cleared prior to booking into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect and victim, who are ex-boyfriend/girlfriend, argued inside the victim’s vehicle. The suspect punched the rearview mirror and dash causing damage. The suspect left scene on foot. Officers in the area

spotted Suspect in passenger seat of an Uber vehicle.  The vehicle was stopped and the suspect was detained and arrested without incident.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect and his girlfriend became involved in an altercation in her vehicle while in her apartment complex’s parking lot.  During the incident, the suspect assaulted the victim in order to gain possession of her purse.  The suspect then left the area on foot.  A few minutes later, he was located by a responding officer and detained.  The suspect was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

An officer observed the suspect’s vehicle on Factoria Blvd and did a check of the license plate. The plate returned stolen out of Lacey. A high risk stop was initiated and the driver along with two passengers were detained. Drugs were seen in the truck. Vehicle was impounded pending a search warrant.

 NARRATIVE

Witness reported a subject who was possibly stealing tires from a shop in Factoria.  An officer was able to locate the vehicle and the involved subject.  It was ultimately determined that he had permission to take the tires and there was no crime.
