 NARRATIVE

The reporting party called because the intoxicated suspect was causing a disturbance in an apartment.  Officers arrived and determined that the suspect’s mother was also present in the apartment and there was a protection order in place between the suspect and her mother.  She was placed under arrest.  The suspect later refused to get into the back of the patrol vehicle and attempted unsuccessfully to run away from the officer.  She was placed in the patrol car and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to the area after the victim called to report her purse was stolen. An investigation revealed that the victim left her purse in the waiting area. When the victim returned shortly after, her purse was gone.  The victim notified officers that her purse contained a loaded .45 caliber handgun.

An officer was on routine patrol and initiated a traffic stop for a minor traffic violation.  The driver initially yielded however shortly thereafter the suspect fled the scene in his vehicle. The officer did not pursue but was able to positively identify the driver. Charges pending.

 NARRATIVE

Subject was on a Metro Bus causing a disturbance. The subject grabbed the bus driver’s arm as the driver was maneuvering the vehicle on the roadway. The bus driver pulled the vehicle off the road and requested the subject exit the bus. Passenger on the bus intervened when the subject appeared to be assaulting the driver while the vehicle was in motion. Officers arrived on scene and located the suspect. The subject was arrested, transported, and booked into jail.

Officers responded to a business for an alarm. Upon arrival, officers discovered that the business had been burglarized and several pairs of  glasses had been stolen.

The victim’s wallet was taken from a gym bag while the victim was showering.  The victim’s credit cards were used in multiple locations.

The suspect took the purse of a hospital employee.  Upon police contact, the suspect’s girlfriend returned the purse and provided the identity of the suspect. Charges pending.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect’s aunt called to report that her nephew had pushed his girlfriend.  The suspect and victim girlfriend left together on foot.  Additional callers reported that the victim girlfriend was running into traffic on 148th Ave NE and that the suspect had punched bystanders.  Officers located the suspect and a foot chase ensued.  The suspect was eventually taken into custody with minor use of force. A bystander victim was located with a broken nose. At the conclusion of the investigation, the suspect was arrested for Assault 4th degree, Assault 2nd degree, Obstructing, and Resisting Arrest.

A subject that had been previously trespassed was observed by security and refused to leave. As police arrived the subject fled. A summons was subsequently issued by the investigating officer.

The suspect attempted to exchange a watch that had been purchased from a different jewelry store 30 minutes prior with a stolen credit card.  Officers detained the suspect.  Detectives arrived and took over the investigation.

An elderly female wandered away from her apartment in Crossroads.  She was reported missing approximately six hours after having been seen last.  She was eventually located at a downtown apartment complex.

The suspect shoplifted from a store and was arrested.  The suspect provided a false name and was in possession of narcotics paraphernalia.  The suspect was booked into jail for the charges.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect called in a disturbance between him and a homeless male on the corner of 112 AVE NE and NE 8th ST.  The caller stated he had a firearm. The suspect was contacted and consented to a frisk for weapons.  None were found on his person.  The male reported that he was sitting in his car when a homeless male begging on the corner got aggressive with him for looking at him.  He stated he had words with the male but never threatened him.  A case report taken for documentation purposes.  No crime.

The suspect and victim are siblings and were in an argument over the suspect leaving the front door open.  The suspect then assaulted the victim. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Police contacted suspect regarding an alleged robbery at above business. The investigating Officer determined that no robbery had occurred, however the reporting party had an outstanding warrant out of Seattle for Theft. The suspect was arrested and booked.

Police received a complaint regarding a transient camp in the above area. One subject was contacted at the camp and given information about services. He was also advised to vacate. The subject voluntarily vacated the area and signed up for services. The man is now staying at a shelter in Bellevue.

 NARRATIVE

Four victims’ purses were stolen at multiple locations in the area of NE 8th St. & 140th Ave. NE.  After the last incident, the suspect fled northbound just west of Stevenson Elementary School.  One of the victims was able to track her cell phone using an app.  Officers located the suspect and placed him under arrest after a minor use of force due to his non-compliance.  The suspect was found to be in possession of the missing property, and he was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect stole the victim’s vehicle while the keys were in it and it was running in the parking lot of a drug store.  The State Patrol called in approximately one hour stating they were in pursuit with the suspect in Snohomish County.  The suspect was eventually arrested for DUI, Eluding, Assault (She tried to run over a Trooper), and possession of a stolen vehicle.

 NARRATIVE

Officer noticed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. looked around from the outside and saw the ignition was punched.  Officers contacted the suspect, and while he was being detained he told the Officer that he had on body armor and a firearm and that he was a Felon.  A handgun and body armor were found on his person.  Numerous stolen items were located as well. Detectives responded and interviewed the suspect.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect got into a road rage incident with the victim.  The victim reported that the suspect pulled a gun on him and said he was going to kill him.  The suspect was contacted and taken into custody without incident.  The suspect’s vehicle was impounded to BPD for a search warrant.  The suspect was booked into jail for Assault and felony Harassment.

The suspect was fired form the business today and refused to leave. Officers arrived and advised suspect he had to leave. He stood just outside the business boundaries on the street. The subject was trespassed from the premises.

The suspect was observed by loss prevention removing a DVD player from the electronics section of the store. The subj walked to the pet aisle and place the DVD Player in a backpack. The subj then exited the store and was confronted. The suspect attempted to flee and was subsequently detained. The suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into Jail.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect collided with a guardrail underneath I-405 on Coal Creek PKWY. He continued onto 118th Ave SE and rear ended an unoccupied parked vehicle in the 2500 block. The suspect was arrested and a search warrant was obtained.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect confronted the victim outside of the Lincoln Square. The suspect called the victim a racial slur and attempted to punch him. The victim defended himself by punching the suspect once in the face, knocking him out. Police arrived and detained all parties involved and investigated the incident. An independent witness verified what had occurred. The victim advised he did not want to be involved in the incident further and declined to have criminal charges. A case report was written. All involved parties were released from the scene.

The Officer initiated a traffic stop on the suspect, however the suspect ignored the Officer and fled from scene. Driver was later identified. Charges pending.
