An Officer observed an unoccupied, parked vehicle with expired tabs and drug paraphernalia in open view. Later in the shift, the Officer happened to observe the moving vehicle and conducted a traffic stop for the traffic infraction and suspicion of drug offenses. The driver had multiple warrants and was booked into jail. The vehicle was impounded to the station for a search warrant. Search warrant and follow up pending by Officer. |

The juvenile suspect and victim are on the same swim team. They “dated” briefly but broke up. The victim tried talking to suspect but when she got close he allegedly pulled out a pocket knife and told her not to come any closer. NARRATIVE
The victim called after she heard suspects enter her residence. A short time later, a responding Clyde Hill P.D. Officer saw a vehicle fleeing the area. The vehicle crashed before the Officer was able to catch up, and multiple subjects fled on foot. A short time later, two subjects matching the provided description were detained a couple blocks from the crash scene. A short time after that, two additional matching subjects were detained at yet another location. All four suspects were eventually arrested and transported to Bellevue Booking for further investigation with the assistance of Detectives. |

Two subjects were involved in an altercation at the Winter Shelter when one stabbed the other in the arm and leg. A Traffic Unit Sergeant was in the immediate area. The Officer located the subjects and was able to detain the suspect and provide assistance to the victim, who was bleeding heavily. The victim is expected to survive and the investigation is ongoing. |

The suspect was “dry firing” his handgun inside of his apartment. He negligently loaded it and shot a round thru the wall of his apartment, causing the round to go into the neighboring apartment. It struck a cloth lamp cover which was against the wall, then passed the resident of that apartment, who was sitting at a desk just inches from the bullet’s trajectory. It then hit a cutting board that was propped up on a metal shelf, going through it and then though the glass backsplash of the kitchen and into the wall separating that unit from the neighboring one. Officers checked on both residents and found that no one was injured. The subject’s firearm was taken for the investigation, evidence was collected, and witness statements taken from the neighbor. Case forwarded to the Prosecutor for Review. |
