 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance between roommates. The investigating Officer determined that the suspect had threatened one of her roommates with a knife while they were arguing. The suspect was arrested and booked.

 NARRATIVE

NORCOM Dispatch received a phone call from CrimeStoppers of Puget Sound. CrimeStoppers reported that they received an anonymous tip that a wanted subject was currently at Central Park East Apartments in Bellevue.  The subject was a featured fugitive on the television show Washington’s Most Wanted and currently had a felony warrant for escape.   In addition, the subject is a 26-time felon currently wanted by Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office, King County Sheriff’s Office and the Kent Police Department.   The anonymous tip stated that the target subject was possibly in a white minivan with drugs in it. Officers arrived on scene, located a van matching the description occupied by target subject and three other subjects.  The van was stolen out of Snohomish. The subjects were detained without incident. Officers recovered from the stolen van a gun, drugs and drug paraphernalia, stolen checks and identifications, stolen license plates and other stolen property possibly affecting numerous victims in King and Snohomish Counties.

A suspect was seen throwing Christmas decorations off of the small bridge into the Slough while screaming obscenities. A Facilities Manager for the complex stopped the suspect who became threatening. The suspect was arrested on a Bellevue warrant and summonsed for the Malicious Mischief.

 NARRATIVE

Two suspects were located in a stolen vehicle parked in the parking lot of the above location.  Both suspects were arrested.  The first suspect was booked into the King County youth detention and the second subject was a reported missing juvenile and was returned to his parents.

Both suspects were arrested for stealing headphones from a store. The first suspect had several felony warrants out of King County and one out of Oregon for theft related crimes. The second suspect was arrested and booked for Theft.

Suspects were trespassed from the hotel after accumulating $1400.00 worth of charges they could not pay for. Both suspects had warrants out of Oregon that were confirmed. They were both booked and charged and will be returned to Oregon to face charges.

A suspect who had been previously trespassed and arrested came back to the location. An Officer located suspect and placed him under arrest for Trespass 1.  The suspect was booked into jail.

The suspect was contacted in a vehicle for suspicion of narcotics use.  The suspect had a Bellevue Misdemeanor Warrant for his arrest as well as several other Warrants from surrounding jurisdictions.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Several locations throughout City Hall were vandalized over the weekend by an unknown suspect who had carved markings into glass, walls, ceilings, and windows.

A son came to his mom’s house and refused to leave. Before officers arrived he had exited the house and waited for officers. The subject agreed to leave. Informational report taken.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect confronted the victim, an UBER driver, regarding a parking dispute. The initial confrontation involved the suspect pushing a shopping cart into the victim’s vehicle as well as slapping a side window with his hand. The victim confronted the suspect who immediately began making disparaging comment about the victim’s race. The suspect threatened to “beat” the victim and specifically referred to his race. The suspect was contacted by police and admitted  to confronting the victim, but denied making threats or using racially charged language. The suspect was arrested.

The subject was contacted after it was reported he was lying on the floor in the transit center bathroom.  A syringe and tin foil was located on his person.  The subject was taken into custody for possession of drug paraphernalia.

A grocery store employee reported to bike officers there was a subject near the restroom yelling and threatening people.  The subject was contacted by bike Officers, who determined he had several warrants.  The warrant was confirmed and the subject was taken into custody.

A mother and son became involved in a verbal argument because the child was late to school.  The argument turned physical.  There was no crime established, but a report was taken for documentation.

The suspect was contacted by bike officers for smoking marijuana in public.  A search of his name revealed two felony warrants out of Seattle.  The subject was taken into custody and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to an attempted carjacking that had just occurred at the listed location.  A perimeter was established and K-9 deployed.  The suspect was later located by the K-9 and taken into custody without incident. The victim did not suffer any injuries.

The suspect sat on the floor of the store and became involved in a verbal dispute with store personnel.  An investigation revealed that the subject was trespassing, and he was booked into jail.

The subject’s family called because she was gone from their residence when they woke up.  She has mental issues, but she is not considered endangered.  Her information and photograph have been forwarded to the media via the PIO.  She was later located and returned home.

While doing proactive policing, an Officer located a wanted subject. The subject was subsequently arrested without incident and turned over to Redmond PD where the warrant was originated.

 NARRATIVE

Police were called to the hotel regarding a credit card fraud in progress. The owner of the credit card was contacted and confirmed that his card was being used at the hotel without his consent. Both suspects were contacted by Police outside of their Hotel Room and detained for investigation of fraud. Both suspects were identified and found to have confirmed warrants out of Auburn PD and DOC respectively.  In addition, there was a valid No-Contact Order involving both suspects. Both suspects were arrested and booked.

A suspect wanted by Bellevue PD was contacted by Snoqualmie PD. The suspect was arrested and transferred into the custody of Bellevue Police.

 NARRATIVE

Police were contacted regarding an attempted burglary in the Newport Shores neighborhood. A suspect had attempted to open the rear bedroom door of a residence. The suspect was seen leaving in a Silver Volvo SUV with other subjects aboard.  A responding Officer located the suspect vehicle on 118th Ave SE. The Officer attempted to stop the vehicle, however it fled at a high rate of speed. Officers later discovered that the vehicle had crashed in the 2200 block of 118 Ave SE. Three male occupants were detained without incident. A female suspect was found injured inside the vehicle and was extricated by BFD and transported to the hospital. The male occupants were transported to the hospital and medically cleared before being booked into jail for warrants, investigation of vehicular assault, and felony eluding.

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle causing significant injuries. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital.  Traffic collision investigators are following up.

 NARRATIVE

Police were called to a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, responding Officers determined that the suspect had a family member in the chest with a handgun. The victim was transported to the hospital, and was later upgraded to stable condition. The suspect fled the apartment complex. Redmond K-9 Officer “Remy” and his partner located the suspect and the suspect vehicle several blocks away on NE 20th St.  The suspect was arrested and the scene turned over to Detectives.

 NARRATIVE

The victim invited an individual he had just met to stay in his hotel room.  When he awoke the next morning, his rental vehicle had been taken without his permission.  One suspect returned with the vehicle later, was detained, was unwilling to identify himself, and was found in possession of suspected narcotics.  The suspect was arrested and transported to booking for fingerprint identification.  The suspect’s true identity was discovered which revealed a Felony Warrant and Misdemeanor Warrant.  The suspect was booked into jail.
