 NARRATIVE

The suspect was contacted on a traffic stop in an unlicensed vehicle. The investigating Officer determined that the suspect provided a false ID Card. Drug paraphernalia was observed in plain view and the suspect was detained. The suspect’s vehicle was impounded pending the application of a search warrant. The suspect was positively identified, revealing an outstanding warrant. The suspect was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect was contacted on a traffic stop. The suspect was arrested for a criminal traffic offense. A search revealed drug raraphernalia and suspected methamphetamine.

Police responded to a report of an assault. Officers located an injured woman in the parking lot. The woman would not cooperate with police and was transported to the hospital.

An Officer located a suspect that had previously been issued a trespass notice from the location. The suspect also had an outstanding warrant. The suspect was arrested on the warrant and later booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

City hall staff received a suspicious letter emailed to the general email account. After reviewing the E-mail, employees notified BPD. Police took a report. IP addresses suggested that the letter may have been associated with servers in Russia. After investigating the email, no physical evidence was located or information learned that would make the letter credible.

Police stopped the suspect for a traffic infraction.  The Officer learned that the driver had an outstanding arrest warrant. The suspect was arrested and transported to jail without incident.

 NARRATIVE

Security called police to report that a subject had checked into the hospital under a false name and had been previously trespassed for trying to obtain prescription drugs.  Officers arrived and arrested the suspect, who also had an outstanding arrest warrant.

 NARRATIVE

An officer was on routine patrol when he observed a subject possibly matching the description of a suspect with an outstanding felony warrant. The individual was walking with another person.  The Officer contacted the individual, who ran across the street against the pedestrian signal. A short time later, the Officer located and stopped the subjects.  The officer refused to comply with Officer instructions and was placed into handcuffs. He also stated that he thought that he had a misdemeanor warrant from Clark County (WA).  A check confirmed that he did have a warrant, but it was non-extraditable.   The suspect was booked into jail for obstructing and cited for pedestrian violation.

The suspect broke out his sister’s vehicle window and damaged items inside the residence.  When confronted by his sister he assaulted her, causing injuries.  The suspect was arrested and booked.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect was trespassed from the bar for being intoxicated and threatening staff.  The suspect returned to the business.  While he was being placed under arrest the suspect resisted arrest and was physically subdued by Officers. The suspect was booked into jail.

The suspect stole two purses from a store. She also sent her 7-year-old son into Sunglass Hut to steal sunglasses. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail and the juvenile was picked up by a relative. CPS was notified.

Officers contacted the suspects after they were observed smoking narcotics in their vehicle in the parking lot.  Suspects were detained.  One suspect had an outstanding warrant. Suspected Methamphetamine was located in the suspect’s purse.

Three victims reported a robbery at the above location.  The suspects tackled the victim simultaneously and stole their purses and necklaces. The suspects then fled on foot on NE 4 ST.  The suspects were not located. Report taken.

The subject was stopped fora traffic violation. A check of the subject’s name revealed that the subject had a warrant issued for her arrest. The subject was taken into custody without incident and transported to jail for booking.

 NARRATIVE

A roommate contacted police to report the suspect was causing a disturbance at the residence. The subject was recently served an eviction notice to vacate the residence and became upset over receiving the notice via text message. The suspect allegedly knocked a door off the hinges. The subject was arrested for malicious mischief and transported to jail for booking.

The Officer responded to a dispute between a condo homeowners association and one of its’ members.  The alleged suspect is the HOA president. A report was taken for documentation.

Officers responded to the transit center after a uniformed security guard reported a malicious harassment incident directed towards him. The suspect allegedly yelled racial slurs at the guard and threatened to kill him.  The suspect was located, arrested and booked into jail.

The suspect attempted to order coffee from above coffee stand.  When the suspect was asked to pay for the coffee, the suspect realized she did not have enough money, became irate, and threw money/change at the employee.  The suspect was located and arrested.

On-Star notified police of a stolen vehicle located in the area of the above address.  Security located the vehicle and two suspects. Officers following up on possible additional charges.

 NARRATIVE

Suspects accosted the victim, displayed a handgun and demanded money. When the victim said he had none, they demanded his phone. Suspects took the phone and ran away.  About 30 minutes later, Kirkland PD reported a similar armed robbery occurred at a bus stop. Suspects were not located in either case.

The victim reported that several rare coings had been stolen from a box located behind some clothing in one of his dresser drawers.  The victim suspected that it was his caregivers. Officer is investigating.

The suspect was observed by the car owner and witness kicking, punching and pulling on the victim’s vehicle.  The victim did not know who the subject was or why he was attacking the car.  Police arrived and discovered that the subject was intoxicated and could not give a reason for causing the damage.  The suspect was arrested and booked.

The suspect was contacted by Police on a traffic stop. The investigating Officer determined that the suspect had an altered Trip Permit within the vehicle. The suspect was arrested. A search revealed illegal possession of prescription pills/narcotics and suspected counterfeit $100 bills. Further investigation revealed that the VIN plate on the suspect vehicle had been removed. The suspect was arrested and the vehicle was impounded pending a search warrant.
