The suspect was contacted by police on traffic stop at the above address. The investigating Officer determined that the suspect had multiple outstanding warrants out for his arrest. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Suspect was a passenger in a vehicle and the driver had a suspended license.  The suspect offered to take the vehicle and when given her name to confirm her license status, it was revealed that she had a warrant out of Pierce Co. The warrant was confirmed and she was booked into jail.

The Officer checked the license plate of a vehicle that was registered to a suspect who had a warrant for driving while suspended.  The suspect was contacted in the vehicle and arrested.

The suspect observed his ex girlfriend with a new guy, the victim, walking through Crossroads Park.  The suspect approached the victim and assaulted him.  The suspect then choked the victim.  When the suspect was contacted by police, a short foot pursuit ensued and the suspect eventually slipped and fell to the ground and was subsequently arrested.

Police responded to the above listed area after an employee at a local business reported a strange male was lurking in the back room and stole her personal keys. The suspect was located several blocks away and detained.  The keys were located on the suspect during a search. The keys were returned to the victim and the suspect was arrested.

The suspect and victim got into an argument about broken blinds in the house.  The suspect threw a cell phone at the victim’s head and then assaulted the victim.  The suspect was contacted by police at the apartment and arrested.

Bike Officers observed the subject and discovered he had a warrant out of Issaquah. The subject was contacted on the west side of the mall and taken into custody.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect was seen by officers attempting to break into a vehicle. The suspect ran from Officers when confronted. Officers located the suspect about 10 minutes later who again gave chase, catching him in the 1200 block of 144 Ave NE. The suspect had burglary tools in his backpack. Suspect was arrested.

The suspect was refusing to leave his friend’s apartment after they had a verbal altercation.  It was determined that he had an outstanding warrant, and he was booked into jail without incident.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded after hotel personnel reported that a nude male was in a second floor hallway.  He was located in the lobby by officers, and it was determined that he had accidentally locked himself out of his room.  The male later returned to his room dressed in the morning edition of the New York Times.  No crime was established.

A subject who had previously been trespassed from the library had repeatedly been at the library while intoxicated. Police were able to locate him and trespass him off the property without incident.

 NARRATIVE

A female transient subject entered the above location and disrupted a funeral in progress. The subject argued with staff/attendees and refused to leave. Police responded however the suspect had left.

The suspect was observed in the store cutting the cords on display phones with a knife.  Police contacted the subject when he exited the bathroom.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect forced victim into his car at her residence in Kirkland. The victim called her mom and told her she had been kidnapped. The suspect pulled over at a store in Bellevue and threw her phone out the window. The victim was able to escape and run into the business. The employees kept the suspect from entering and called 911. The suspect left the scene before officers arrived but was eventually stopped on SR 520. Kirkland PD responded and took custody of suspect.

 NARRATIVE

The homeowner contacted police after he witnessed the suspect in his fenced backyard.  The suspect left the property on foot before officers arrived.  A description was provided by the victim and the suspect was located behind Overlake Fred Meyer where she was detained.  A field show-up was positive and the suspect was charged with trespassing 2nd degree.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect punched the victim in the face during an altercation at a restaurant.  He then left the scene on foot and was located by a responding officer.  The suspect was placed under arrest and taken to Bellevue Booking. The suspect was later booked into jail for Assault 2nd degree.

A bystander reported an unresponsive individual in the elevator on the 11th floor.  Suspected overdose.

 NARRATIVE

A father reported that his 15-year-old daughter was causing a disturbance and throwing chairs causing customers to exit the restaurant for their safety.  Officers arrived and calmed the daughter down. She was taken into protective custody without incident and transported to the hospital.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect went to the tow yard in an attempt to get his car that was towed by his HOA. The company would not let him get the car. The suspect got a large chain from the back of his vehicle and started swinging it around as he threatened employees. The suspect left before officers arrived. Officers responded to the suspect’s residence. About 20 minutes later, the suspect arrived in a vehicle and officers were able to block him in. The suspect refused to exit the vehicle or roll down the window and ignored repeated requests to do so over the PA system. Officers eventually broke out two windows and extricated the suspect from the car. The suspect was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect stole a jacket then fled the scene.  He was contacted by Loss Prevention.  The suspect bit the Loss Prevention Officer, causing a visible injury.  The suspect was arrested by BPD without incident and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The victim went to the residence where he used to rent a room to pick up his green card that Immigration had mailed to the location.  The suspect resident displayed a gun and later pointed it directly at the victim causing him to fear that he would be shot.  The victim fled and called 911. The suspect was arrested and booked for assault.

The suspect attempted to assault wife and his 17-year-old son intervened.  The suspect then threw his son into a wall. When Officers attempted to arrest the suspect he refused and resisted.  Force was used to take the suspect into custody.

 NARRATIVE

Loss Prevention witnessed the suspect as she selected items and went to the fitting rooms.  When she emerged she was wearing different clothing had reusable bags full of items, and attempted to pay for a few additional items that she had selected.  After her credit card was declined, the suspect began to walk towards the exit doors with the bags of merchandise.  She was contacted by Loss Prevention and detained.  The suspect was booked into jail and charged with retail theft.

Officers located a vehicle in the parking lot that had reportedly been driving erratically.  there was drug paraphernalia visible in the car. The suspect was contacted and released at the scene and will be charged.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect used his 10 year old twin children to steal numerous items last April from Gucci. When he came in today with the kids the employees recognized them. One of the kids stole a purse and put it in the suspect’s car before they could get to him. Officers will be filing Felony charges and forwarding the case to CPS.

An officer conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle with two occupants.  During the investigation, he determined that the driver was the respondent of a no contact order, and the female passenger was the protected party.  The driver was taken into custody and booked into Jail.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to the report of a private property crash involving a possible DUi driver.  It was determined that the driver of one vehicle was impaired.  He was placed under arrest and transported to Bellevue Booking.  After a search warrant was obtained, a blood draw was conducted at the Hospital.
