Three suspects stole over $2000 worth of cosmetics and attempted to leave the store without paying. When confronted, they threatened the employee with bear spray and assaulted her. The suspects then fled to a vehicle where they were blocked in by witnesses. The suspects then fled on foot. A responding Officer located the suspects and engaged in a short foot pursuit through a dead-end parking garage. All three suspects were taken into custody without incident. Two adults were booked into jail and one juvenile was booked into youth detention. |

The suspect became involved in a verbal altercation in the parking structure of the hotel. During the argument, the suspect pulled a handgun. He then left the area eastbound on NE 8th St. After the altercation, the suspect held his handgun out of the driver’s side window of his vehicle and fired one round into the air. He then got onto south bound I-405 until his vehicle was located by an officer. The suspect was detained during a high-risk traffic stop. He was later positively identified by all four victims as being the suspect. He was booked into jail and his vehicle was towed to the station for a search warrant. |
