 NARRATIVE

The single occupant of a vehicle was driving too fast just after it began to rain, lost control of his vehicle, and crashed through a metal guardrail.  The vehicle then fell approximately 20-30 feet before landing in blackberry bushes.  The driver had minor injuries. There were no signs of impairment.

 NARRATIVE

Customers alerted employees that a male subject had tossed three credit cards behind the employee only counter.  The credit cards belonged to three different people.  Suspect left on foot and Officers were unable to locate him. The cards had not been reported stolen as of yet.

A vehicle that had been stolen from Bellevue was located parked in Everett with a running engine and punched ignition.  No suspect information.

 NARRATIVE

Three suspects contacted the victim behind the church and threatened him, stealing his iPhone and speaker.  Approximately 15 minutes later, the suspects were located by police walking at SE 38 ST and Factoria Blvd.  The three suspects were detained and were positively identified by the victim. All three suspects were arrested for Robbery.  Two were booked into youth detention and one was booked into jail.

The suspect brought in a previously stolen phone to get fixed.  The suspect was contacted by police and found to have an arrest warrant for theft. Charges pending.

The suspect caused a disturbance and assaulted another person at the Men’s winter shelter. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

An unknown suspect fired two rounds through a bathroom window where a juvenile female was located.  The bullets missed the victim and she was not injured.  There were no witnesses located who actually saw the incident occur. The investigation is ongoing and Detectives were notified.

 NARRATIVE

Two bullets were fired into the residence, narrowly missing a female who was sleeping inside.  She did not suffer any injuries.  Officers could not locate any witnesses, however they recovered both bullets and casings from the scene.  This incident is believed to be related to 19-4046.  Investigation is ongoing and Detectives were notified.

 NARRATIVE

Security reported a male sleeping on the premise that had previously urinated on a podium.  The suspect was identified and found to be in violation of a valid trespass notice.  The suspect was arrested for Trespass. He was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine. The suspect was arrested and booked.

 NARRATIVE

Two suspects were seen stealing a car in the school parking lot and crashing into other cars in the process. One suspect left before police arrived. A second suspect was arrested and booked into youth detention. It was later determined that both suspects had been prowling several cars in the parking lot.

The suspect was seen assaulting his girlfriend. Officers arrived and located both parties. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect stole 10 bottles of liquor then fled the store.  Loss Prevention contacted the suspect and brought him back inside the store.  Officers arrived on scene and arrested the suspect for Theft.  During a records check it was found the suspect had a Felony Warrant.  The suspect was arrested and booked.

 NARRATIVE

The subject was driving eastbound on Forest Dr. when his vehicle left the roadway.  It struck a light pole, a tree, and then a second light pole before coming to a stop.  The driver was the only occupant of the vehicle, and an investigation determined that he was DUI.  He was treated by fire and released at the scene.  The suspect was processed for DUI.

 NARRATIVE

A City of Bellevue Forest Technician called police to report that somebody had cut several city-owned trees/bushes on a city property near Lakemont trail.  The technician suspected that the owner of a nearby home did it to give them a better view. A report was completed and forwarded to the prosecuting attorney for review.

 NARRATIVE

Suspects were contacted by police during a traffic stop. The investigating Officers determined that one suspect a misdemeanor warrant out of Bellevue for Assault and a second suspect had a felony warrant out of Everett for drugs. Both suspects were arrested.

The Officer responded to the area to multiple reports of an adult female with no pants on.  The Officer determined that the female was incapable of caring for herself.  She was transported to the Hospital for a mental health evaluation.

 NARRATIVE

The store employee reported that a previously trespassed suspect was on the property.  The first Officer on scene recognized the suspect as having been arrested for the same violation at the same location on 1/15/19.  When Officers attempted to place the suspect in handcuffs, the suspect resisted.  The Officers used force to control the suspect and place him in handcuffs.  The Officers suffered minor injuries due to the struggle. The suspect was evaluated and medically cleared by fire. The suspect was booked into jail.

The suspect stole merchandise and was arrested.  Suspected heroin was located on her person.  The suspect was booked into jail.

Police responded to a theft in progress. Officers contacted security officers who advised them that while attempting to contact the suspect for theft and trespassing the suspects almost ran over a Security Supervisor in a vehicle in their attempt to flee the area. Both suspects were arrested and booked.

 NARRATIVE

Witnesses reported the suspect was trespassing in a fenced area of the new extension to Meydenbauer Beach Park. The suspect entered Meydenbauer Bay and bypassed a fence to enter private property. The suspect boarded a large yacht moored at a private dock and refused to leave when officers ordered him to do so. The suspect was eventually detained, arrested, and booked.

 NARRATIVE

While addressing a Citizen Complaint and attempting to write a parking citation, the extremely intoxicated suspect approached the Officer and began to interfere with the ticket issuing process. The suspect was asked repeatedly to move along, and was finally escorted to his home nearby. While attempting to complete the ticket issuing process, the suspect re-approached the Officer and was taken into custody for Obstructing. The Officer contacted a sober family friend and the suspect was released with an advisement of a Court Summons in the mail.

 NARRATIVE

K-9 assistance was requested by Kirkland PD following a single car collision with a suspect fleeing apprehension. Bellevue Police K-9 Officer Ghost and his partner Officer Lange responded. The suspect was located a short while later by Ghost and taken into custody by Kirkland Officers. The suspect had a suspended license, and was a convicted Felon with arrest warrants out of Lynnwood and a history of Assault and eluding police.

Suspects were contacted in a stolen vehicle. One suspect had an outstanding felony warrant for drugs. The vehicle owner was contacted and arrangements were made for its’ return.  Charges pending.
