The single occupant of a vehicle was driving too fast just after it began to rain, lost control of his vehicle, and crashed through a metal guardrail. Three suspects contacted the victim behind the church and threatened him, stealing his iPhone and speaker. Approximately 15 minutes later, the suspects were located by police walking at SE 38 ST and Factoria Blvd. The three suspects were detained and were positively identified by the victim. All three suspects were arrested for Robbery. Two were booked into youth detention and one was booked into jail. |

Two bullets were fired into the residence, narrowly missing a female who was sleeping inside. She did not suffer any injuries. The Officers suffered minor injuries due to the struggle. The suspect was evaluated and medically cleared by fire. The suspect was booked into jail. |

While addressing a Citizen Complaint and attempting to write a parking citation, the extremely intoxicated suspect approached the Officer and began to interfere with the ticket issuing process. The suspect was asked repeatedly to move along, and was finally escorted to his home nearby. While attempting to complete the ticket issuing process, the suspect re-approached the Officer and was taken into custody for Obstructing. The Officer contacted a sober family friend and the suspect was released with an advisement of a Court Summons in the mail. |
