The suspect broke into the business and stole money from the register while the business was closed. The suspect was later involved in a disturbance at the Walmart off 148th Ave. The responding Officer positively identified the suspect from surveillance footage of the break in. The suspect was arrested for the burglary and booked.

 NARRATIVE

Store staff called police to report a disturbance in the store. The store wanted the subject trespassed. An officer on the scene recognized the subject as a burglary suspect and the suspect was arrested for burglary.  During this investigation Officers located the suspect’s vehicle and a passenger that was inside. The vehicle was a reported stolen vehicle.  A frisk search revealed Paraphernalia and eventually 5.15 grams of suspected heroin. Both suspects were booked into jail.

An unknown suspect pried the locked laundry facility door open and then pried open four laundry machines. The suspect stole $80 worth of quarters and caused about $2500 in damage.

 NARRATIVE

Store loss prevention called in a suspicious subject possibly stealing liquor. The subject is a known shoplifter at this store and area Safeway stores. Officers contacted the subject as he exited the store pushing a shopping cart carrying alcohol and other goods totaling slightly over $2000.00. The subject was placed under arrest. The subject dropped suspected heroin from his jacket as he was taken into custody.

 NARRATIVE

An Uber driver called to report he was assaulted by a male adult. Officers arrived, and, after investigating, detained the subject for investigation of assault. When told he was under arrest for assault, the subject bashed his forehead against the Plexiglas partition. He then laid down and began kicking the patrol car door. Officers pulled him out of the car and restrained him. The subject struggled with officers and subsequently spit blood at several officers striking at least one of them. The subject was taken to the hospital by ambulance. He was cleared for booking and transported to jail.

Son reported his 72-year-old mother as missing after she has not been in contact with anyone for over a week. There is concern for the welfare of the victim due her age and the current weather conditions. Local hospitals, jails and other facilities were checked.  Her missing status was entered into the database.  She was located the following day.

The suspect drove to the victim’s house to pick up her belongings. A court order prohibited the suspect from being within 500 feet of the victim’s residence. Suspect was contacted and arrested.

The suspect was found slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle which was blocking a lane of traffic. The officer observed signs of impairment, possibly marijuana related. A traffic officer conducted a DUI investigation and arrested the driver.

 NARRATIVE

Three male suspects stole items from a store.  The subjects were confronted by loss prevention and security officers. One suspect punched one of the loss prevention officers, however he was pepper sprayed and detained until BPD officers arrived on scene.  He was eventually booked into youth detention for Robbery 2nd degree, and his parents were notified of the situation.  A second suspect was located by an assisting officer.  The second suspect was booked into Jail for theft.  The third suspect is still outstanding.

An officer was at Safeway for an unrelated call when he saw the listed missing endangered female.  She was unharmed, and her son was advised that she had been located.  The subject was removed from the database as a missing person.

The victim called the police to report feeling threatened by her suspect boyfriend.  The Officer determined that the boyfriend had assaulted the victim.  The suspect had also intentionally broken the victim’s glasses.  The suspect was arrested without incident and booked into jail.

The suspect stole $300.00 worth of items and drove away.  When stopped, the suspect blamed his 9-year-old son for the theft.  The suspect was released at the scene with his son.  Charges filed.

 NARRATIVE

Bellevue Fire called in a report that a patient was attempting to assault them during a medical call.  Bellevue Fire retreated from the apartment.  Several police units responded to the location and detained the suspect.  It was determined that there were no injuries to any fire personnel and that they did not wish to pursue charges.  The subject was taken into protective custody and transported to the hospital for treatment.

 NARRATIVE

Three suspects entered the store and stole the owner’s wallet from his coat that was hanging on a chair. While doing so one of them dropped their phone. The victim was able to get his wallet back in exchange for the suspect’s phone. Victim did not want to pursue charges.

A suspect that had previously been trespassed entered the hotel then went to the employee locker room and attempted to break into several lockers. The suspect was contacted by police, refused to comply initially, and was eventually taken into custody. The suspect was booked into jail.

The suspect concealed merchandise and left the scene.  He was detained by loss prevention and arrested for theft.  The suspect provided a false name.  Officers determined his true identity and found he had a warrant.  The suspect was arrested for the warrant, theft and making false statements.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect stole several bottles of champagne and fled the store. The suspect was detained by Loss Prevention. Once taken to the back office, the suspect dumped suspected narcotics and paraphernalia in a garbage can.  The suspect was also found to have a warrant for ID theft. Additionally, ID Theft information was found in a notebook belonging to her.  Felony and Misdemeanor Charges to be filed.

 NARRATIVE

Bellevue Police was contacted by WSP following a one car collision on the interchange with the suspect fleeing from the freeway and into the Factoria area. Officers arrived on scene and a K-9 Track was initiated. The suspect was located and stopped by a perimeter Officer a short while later at the Eastgate Chevron.  The suspect was turned over to WSP.

The suspect and victim were in a verbal disturbance when the suspect assaulted the victim. The suspect left prior to police arrival.  Case forwarded to the prosecutor for issuance of a summons.

 NARRATIVE

Manager at the store reported 3 suspects concealing vitamins and over the counter medication in re-useable bags.  He attempted to stop the suspects, recovering one bag with over $732 of store merchandise.  The suspects fled in a vehicle.  Responding officers arrived as the car fled.  The car stopped at a nearby hotel with two suspects fleeing and one suspect (driver) detained.  Approximately $800 of stolen merchandise was recovered from the car.  One of the two suspects was located by officers nearby.  The final suspect was located by officers a short time later after officers tracked his footprints in the snow through a nearby wooded area and ravine.  Two adult suspects were booked into jail for Theft 2nd Degree.  One juvenile suspect was released to his adult sister.

Officers contacted the suspect and determined that he had an had outstanding warrant for theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. The suspect was arrested and upon conducting a search incident to arrest, the investigating officer discovered .35 grams of suspected methamphetamine and additional drug paraphernalia. The suspect was booked into jail.

The above listed subject arrived at BPD records to turn himself in for a misdemeanor warrant. He then decided not to wait for officers and left the scene. An Officer was able to find him several blocks away, and arrested him without incident.

A suspicious subject was located in the parking garage sitting in his vehicle.  Security noted that they had observed the subject the day before in another vehicle. Officers learned that the owner of the vehicle had a felony warrant. Officers contacted the suspect, confirmed the warrant and took him into custody without incident.

 NARRATIVE

An officer conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation. The investigation revealed the driver did not possess a license and there were further vehicle registration violations. The officer discovered the passenger hiding drug paraphernalia. The driver and passenger were eventually arrested. A search resulted in the discovery of suspected narcotics and stolen credit cards. Suspects were arrested.

An officer observed a vehicle with two occupants in the parking lot of Lake Hills QFC.  The Officer learned that the passenger had a misdemeanor warrant.  Once the warrant was confirmed, the male was arrested and turned over to Kirkland P.D. for booking.

 NARRATIVE

Two adult brothers became involved in a physical altercation.  One of them was assaulted and suffered a scrape on his forearm.  The suspect brother then fled the apartment on foot.  Responding units were able to quickly set up a perimeter and contained the suspect in the area.  He was later apprehended during a subsequent K-9 search and taken into custody without incident.  The suspect was booked into Jail.

 NARRATIVE

911 caller stated they saw a known wanted suspect in the street with a handgun. Numerous people ran into a house when officers arrived. One subject came out of the house and confirmed the suspect was still in the house but would not confirm if there were any weapons. After some time the suspect exited the house and was arrested. Detectives are in the process of writing a search warrant for the house.

 NARRATIVE

The officer observed two vehicles without a license plate displayed.  Officer contacted the drivers of each vehicle and determined that they were displaying an altered trip permit.  The officer identified a passenger as a subject who had outstanding warrants.  He was placed under arrest and turned over to Bothell P.D. for booking.
