Store staff called police to report a disturbance in the store. The store wanted the subject trespassed. An officer on the scene recognized the subject as a burglary suspect and the suspect was arrested for burglary. During this investigation Officers located the suspect’s vehicle and a passenger that was inside. The vehicle was a reported stolen vehicle. A frisk search revealed Paraphernalia and eventually 5.15 grams of suspected heroin. Both suspects were booked into jail. |

An Uber driver called to report he was assaulted by a male adult. Officers arrived, and, after investigating, detained the subject for investigation of assault. When told he was under arrest for assault, the subject bashed his forehead against the Plexiglas partition. He then laid down and began kicking the patrol car door. Officers pulled him out of the car and restrained him. The subject struggled with officers and subsequently spit blood at several officers striking at least one of them. The subject was taken to the hospital by ambulance. He was cleared for booking and transported to jail. |

Three male suspects stole items from a store. The subjects were confronted by loss prevention and security officers. One suspect punched one of the loss prevention officers, however he was pepper sprayed and detained until BPD officers arrived on scene. He was eventually booked into youth detention for Robbery 2nd degree, and his parents were notified of the situation. A second suspect was located by an assisting officer. The second suspect was booked into Jail for theft. The third suspect is still outstanding. |

He attempted to stop the suspects, recovering one bag with over $732 of store merchandise. The suspects fled in a vehicle. Responding officers arrived as the car fled. The car stopped at a nearby hotel with two suspects fleeing and one suspect (driver) detained. Approximately $800 of stolen merchandise was recovered from the car. One of the two suspects was located by officers nearby. The final suspect was located by officers a short time later after officers tracked his footprints in the snow through a nearby wooded area and ravine. Two adult suspects were booked into jail for Theft 2nd Degree. One juvenile suspect was released to his adult sister. |
