When the victim exited the stall to confront the suspect, demanding he exit, the suspect alluded to being armed. The victim left the men’s restroom and called security. The suspect was walking his Pitbull dog on the trailhead when it broke free from its leash and attacked another dog. The owner was able to separate the dogs by lying on the Pitbull. Owner was afraid that the Pitbull would escape and attempt to attack him. Officers arrived and restrained the dog with a tether pole. King County Animal Control arrived on scene and took over the investigation. No injuries to either dog or owner. |
