Officers responded to a report of a subject in front of the gas station sitting on the ground rocking back and forth in 37 degree weather.  Possibly under the influence of drugs/alcohol.  The subject was located and transported to the hospital by the responding Officer.

Victim called to report that somebody had entered his parked vehicle and taken the residence garage door opener.  The garage door was found partially open, but nothing appeared to be missing.

Officers were called to the Transit Center for a report of a person arguing with a metro driver.  Officers contacted the individual, who complied with officers’ request to leave the area.

The suspect was contacted by an Officer at the pet supply store. The Officer learned that the subject had a felony warrant for her arrest. The subject was arrested and booked.

The suspect driver wrecked his vehicle into the guardrail. This caused the vehicle to go airborne, hit a power pole, and land in a ravine along the road. The suspect was seen getting out of the car and walking around. The suspect was arrested for DUI, evaluated at the hospital, and booked into jail.

An Officer conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation. The driver was contacted and an investigation revealed the driver had an active warrant. The suspect was arrested and booked.

Domestic Disturbance

Officers responded to a residence to investigate a 911 hang-up call. Upon contact with the residents, the officers determined that the subjects were involved in a domestic disturbance. The investigation revealed that the female assaulted the male with a cell phone, causing visible injury.  The female was arrested and transported to jail for booking.

The Officer contacted a subject that was previously trespassed from the hotel. The trespass order was confirmed and the subject was arrested and booked into jail.

An Officer observed the suspect cutting open gift cards, manipulating them and carefully gluing them back together. Officers contacted the subject who admitted he was going to commit fraud with the cards.  All the cards were seized.

Two subjects were contacted following a report of suspicious activity at a car dealership.  During the contact an officer observed drug paraphernalia and detained one of the subjects. The subject then lied about his personal information, but the officer was able to determine his true identity and found that the subject had multiple outstanding warrants.  The suspect was booked into jail for the new Bellevue charges.

Sometime between 1700 hours on 03/02/2019 and 0800 hours on 03/04/2019, an unknown suspect(s) cut the interior latch on a Rigid tool box that was stored at a house under renovation and stole tools.

The victim left his vehicle running outside an apartment while he ran inside. When he returned his vehicle was gone.

The suspect was on school grounds violating a trespass notice. The suspect was told to leave by school administration and the SRO. The suspect refused. He was arrested by the SRO for criminal trespass and later turned over to his guardian.

An officer noticed a suspicious subject in a vehicle at the retail center.  He determined that the subject had multiple outstanding warrants, including one for resisting arrest.  The subject was taken into custody without incident and booked into jail.

Officers contacted the suspects in a vehicle.  Drug paraphernalia was observed. One of the suspects had a warrant out of Mountlake Terrace and another had a warrant out of Lynnwood.  Both suspects were arrested without incident.  A search of the vehicle revealed two revolvers. One of the suspects was a convicted felon and prohibited from owning firearms.

Officers responded to the Transit Center for a reported assault.  The suspect then attacked a responding Officer.  The suspect was arrested and booked for assault.

The suspect was on a Metro Bus when he became belligerent and started to yell and threaten passengers.  The suspect called one passenger a racial slur and threatened to kill him.  The victim video recorded the encounter.  Officers arrested the suspect without incident.

The suspect was stopped after the officer observed “Sovereign Citizen” license plates on the vehicle.  Suspect refused to provide identification, Registration, or Insurance.  The Officer discovered that the vehicle was unregistered with the title failing to have been transferred. The suspect refused to exit the vehicle after being asked to numerous times.  The suspect was eventually arrested for the criminal traffic offenses and for obstructing an officer. The suspect’s vehicle was Impounded. An officer located the suspect in a vehicle at the listed location.  During the contact, the subject stated that he was living in the adjacent apartment building.  It was determined that he had multiple outstanding warrants, however he refused to exit the vehicle.  A passenger side window was broken so that the door could be unlocked, and he was taken into custody without further incident.  The suspect was booked into jail.

148th Ave. NE/ Bel-Red Rd.

The drive shaft of a tractor trailer broke while it was turning left through the intersection of 148th Ave. NE & Bel-Red Rd.  The result was that the truck was completely blocking three directions of travel.  Officers conducted traffic control through the intersection until a tow truck arrived to remedy the situation.

Two homeless subjects were inside the establishment getting food/drink.  Both parties got into a verbal dispute.  A physical dispute occurred and the victim received a cut on the nose.  Both subjects accused each other of assault.  Case report was taken and forwarded to the prosecutor for review.

The suspect stole a beer and then pushed the clerk.  The suspect was arrested and booked.

The officer was conducting routine patrol in the parking lot when he saw a known subject with a warrant.  The officer attempted to make contact and the suspect took off on a skateboard through traffic.  The officer made initial attempts to stop the suspect but when it appeared unsafe backed off.  An area check was conducted and the suspect was not located.

The suspect was seen driving approximately 70mph in a 30mph zone while an Officer was sitting in an apartment complex looking for an unrelated wanted suspect.  The driver continued to drive erratically and was stopped at the QFC Parking lot where he rammed a curb, then rolled backwards and his brake had to be engaged by the Officer.  The suspect was arrested for DUI.

The suspect concealed merchandise and then fled the store without paying.  The suspect was contacted by Loss Prevention and detained. Once inside the loss prevention office, the suspect tried to force his way out of the office and began fighting with the loss prevention Officers. The suspect was arrested for Robbery 2 and booked into jail.

The suspect was contacted by the officer for being in the park after hours.  The suspect was found to have several Felony Warrants out of Snohomish County for ID Theft, Forgery and Possession of Stolen Property.  The suspect was arrested without incident and booked.

The suspect was contacted while driving a vehicle.  It was determined that he had a suspended license and had multiple outstanding warrants.  He was also found to be in possession of a suspected meth pipe.  The suspect was transported and booked into jail for the outstanding warrants.

The suspect was contacted while operating a vehicle that was registered to a wanted subject.  During the contact, the officer discovered that the subject was in possession of a suspected drug pipe.  He was placed under arrest and later released from the scene.

The suspect attempted to use a fraudulent credit card to purchase thousands of dollars in items. Employees recognized the man as a prolific fraud suspect. He is also suspected in a prior fraud worth several thousands of dollars in February. The suspect was arrested and booked, case was forwarded to detectives.

A mentally disturbed subject who had just been released from hospital called 911 from hospital lobby saying someone was following him and going to shoot him. That complaint was unfounded, however the caller was arrested for a misdemeanor criminal trespass warrant and booked into jail.
