 NARRATIVE

An Officer two individuals in a vehicle near a trailhead. The passenger had misdemeanor warrants out of Federal Way and Bellevue. When she exited the vehicle drug paraphernalia was found. Additionally, she lied about her name. The suspect was booked on her warrants and charges were forwarded to the prosecutor for possession of drug paraphernalia and making false statements to police.

 NARRATIVE

Two suspects were seen in a stolen vehicle leaving the mall parking lot. Security followed the suspects until officers got behind it. The suspects pulled over in the alley by Chipotle off NE 4th. The driver ran away and the passenger stayed in the vehicle, which was not in park and rolled into another vehicle. The driver was caught by officers a few minutes later hiding in a hallway in a nearby business. Both the driver and passenger were arrested and booked.

Vehicle owner called 911 and advised that there was a suspect inside of their vehicle in the driveway.  The suspect stole the vehicle and was driving away in it while Officers were responding.  A responding officer located the vehicle, however the suspect sped off and was not chased.

The victim wife reported a possible Restraining Order violation by the suspect husband.  Prior to police arrival, the suspect assaulted the victim.  The suspect was not located after area check in multiple jurisdictions. Case forwarded to the Prosecutor for issuance of a summons.

While on proactive patrol, an Officer conducted a traffic stop for a passenger seat belt violation.  The passenger had a misdemeanor warrant. The suspect was arrested and booked.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect concealed several bottles of alcohol and exited the store without paying.  The suspect was contacted outside of the store by loss prevention and the items were recovered.  The store wanted to press charges.  The suspect was located, identity confirmed via a field show up, placed under arrest, and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect entered the above location and looked at engagement rings for 45 minutes.  After looking at numerous rings, and there being 5 trays of rings out, the suspect grabbed all 5 display trays valued at approximately $50,000 and fled the scene to a car.  The suspect was kind enough to accidentally drop his health insurance card containing his name and date of birth at the scene.  The witness positively identified the suspect. Bellevue SWAT responded to the Suspect’s residence in Issaquah. The suspect was arrested and the stolen jewelry was recovered.

A business called to report an unwanted subject that was refusing to leave.  The Officer contacted the subject outside of the business.  The subject was identified and the Officer discovered a felony warrant from Olympia.  The suspect was placed under arrest and booked.

An employee reported contacting a possibly homeless person who had entered a customer’s vehicle and removed a firearm.  The suspect handed the firearm to the employee without incident and left the scene on foot.

 NARRATIVE

A cab driver reported the suspect refused payment and then threatened him with a knife.  The suspect fled on foot and evaded several Officers before being captured near the NE 200 block of 112th Ave NE.  After the victim calmed down and upon further interview, the victim recanted his statement about the suspect holding a weapon and did not report any threats.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect was inside McDonald’s causing a disturbance and appeared to be highly intoxicated. Officers contacted him to place him in protective custody when he became agitated and aggressive. The suspect hit an officer in the nose with his head and bit another officer.  The suspect was taken to the ground and handcuffed.  The suspect was booked, and two Officers were treated at the hospital and released.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect was contacted by police and provided a false name.  The Officer found her true identity and discovered that she had two Felony Warrants out for her arrest out of Spokane for Theft and Fraud. The suspect also had a Bothell PD Warrant for assault.  The suspect was arrested and booked.

The suspect concealed merchandise from three separate stores and fled without paying. The suspect was contacted by police and arrested for theft.

 NARRATIVE

Security called in reporting two people were smoking narcotics off of tin foil.  The suspects left before police arrived.  Officers observed the suspect driving and subsequent moving violations.  A traffic stop was conducted and the suspect showed signs of impairment.  The suspect was arrested for DUI-Drugs.  A search warrant was obtained for the suspect’s blood.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to a report of an unwanted subject at the location.  One of the officers was able to locate the subject on the property.  She determined that the suspect had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant and placed him under arrest.  A subsequent search of his backpack revealed that he was in possession of suspected narcotics.  The subject was booked into jail for the warrant.

An officer conducted a traffic stop and discovered the the driver had a suspended license.  Drug paraphernalia was located in the car.  The Officer located a large amount of suspected methamphetamine hidden in a carved-out book in the vehicle.  The suspect was arrested and booked.

An officer observed a vehicle making multiple traffic violations.  During a subsequent traffic stop, the driver lied about his identity.  It was eventually determined that the subject had a suspended license and an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.  The suspect was arrested and booked.

An Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle displaying expired tabs. The driver had a suspended license, and there was drug paraphernalia next to the passenger’s feet on the floorboard. A search after the arrest revealed suspected Heroin. The vehicle was seized for a search warrant. Both suspects were booked.

A citizen reported a male slumped over in the driver’s seat.  The citizen contacted the male who fled the scene onto Coal Creek Pkwy SE.  The Officer conducted an area check and located the vehicle stationary on the side of the road with the engine still running .  The Officer contacted and arrested the driver.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to a report of a car prowl in progress in the parking garage with possible shots fired by the fleeing suspect.  Numerous Officers arrived on scene.  It was determined that more likely than not a shooting did not occur.  No evidence of a shooting was found and no other reports of shots fired were received. Investigation is ongoing.
