A license plate check by officers revealed that the registered owner of a vehicle had an outstanding warrant.  They contacted the driver and determined that he was the wanted subject.  He was arrested and booked without incident.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect concealed a cell phone on his person and went into the bathroom in the store.  He then exited the store and went to a vehicle.  Officers arrived on scene and detained the male in the parking lot. The phone was located in the glove box. Suspected heroin and meth were located on the suspect.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded after it was reported that a 12-year-old hit her mother with a hockey stick.  There were no visible injuries and the mother did not want to prosecute her child.  The primary officer completed a report which was forwarded to the City Prosecutor for review.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect was with another shoplift suspect at the above location.  The suspect had entered and attempted to steal electronics three separate times today.  Another Officer had probable cause for the suspect.  Officers located the suspect re-entering the store.  He was told he was under arrest for a theft from the other day in Factoria.  The suspect refused to comply and advised he wasn’t going to be arrested.  Force was used to get the suspect into custody.  No injuries.  The suspect was in possession of suspected heroin.  The suspect was booked into jail.

While checking on a reported homeless camp in the I-405/Ne 8th cloverleaf area, bike officers contacted the suspect.  It was determined he had several warrants for his arrest.  The suspect was taken into custody and booked into jail.

A large personal boat caught fire for an unknown reason.  There was nobody on the boat, and the fire stayed contained to the boat & dock.  The situation was handled by BFD with our assistance.

The suspect was stealing two phones and attempting to defeat security devices with tools.  The suspect fled the store and was tackled after a foot chase by security and detained.  The suspect had a Bellevue PD warrant for possession of burglary tools.  The suspect was arrested for theft and later booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Unidentified suspects were attempting to remove a window screen when the homeowner heard it and confronted them.  The suspects stated that they were at the residence to fight the homeowner’s daughter.  No entry was made and the suspects fled the scene in a car.  Sammamish High School SRO was notified of the situation since it is believed the suspects possibly attend school there.

While checking Highland Park, bike officers located the suspect sitting in the dugout with a 12pk of Corona.  As Officers moved in to take him into custody he quickly fled west.  Officers gave chase and after jumping several fences and going through several apartment complexes he was located by K-9 Officer Knudsten and his partner Tyr.  The suspect was arrested and booked.

The suspect was captured on live feed video by the alarm company while inside the fenced area of the construction project at Main St. Flats.  A responding officer located multiple open doors and saw the suspect.  The suspect was arrested and booked without incident.

 NARRATIVE

An officer conducted a traffic stop on the suspect.  The suspect was found to have a suspended license and had numerous Orders of Protection out against him.  The officer found that the female passenger was one of the petitioners and arrested the suspect for DV Order Violation and the suspended license.  The suspect was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to the above location for a report of a suspicious vehicle that had the plates covered with plastic bags.  The vehicle returned to a Mazda out of California and the plates under the plastic returned to a Toyota out of California.  The suspects were contacted at the vehicle.  Two suspects ran. Two suspects were detained at the scene and two other suspects fled on foot.  A third suspect was later detained. The fourth suspect was not located.   A wallet and ID belonging to a Bellevue Resident was found in the vehicle.  She had been the victim of a Theft and ID Theft at a store in Bellevue.  One of the detained suspects was identified as the person who stole her wallet and contents.  That suspect provided a false name and was later found to have a No Bail Robbery Warrant out of New York that was extraditable.  The suspect vehicle was impounded.

Officers located a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot.  They observed the occupants in possession of drug paraphernalia.  In addition, suspected methamphetamine was located during a search of the vehicle.  The subjects were both arrested and later released without incident.

An officer located a vehicle with a registration violation. Police records indicated a known associate of the registered owner had a warrant from Chehalis PD. The known suspect was seen entering the vehicle. He was contacted, arrested, and booked into jail.

Officer saw a vehicle with an expired registration. The officer contacted the driver and determined he was driving with a suspended license. A passenger in the vehicle was identified and records showed he had a warrant. The driver was issued a summons and the passenger was arrested for the warrant.

 NARRATIVE

Officers were conducting proactive enforcement when they observed two subjects with a vehicle. Further investigation determined that the male, who was working on the vehicle, had a felony warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.  His identity and the warrant were confirmed, and the subject was placed under arrest.  He was booked into jail without incident.

 NARRATIVE

An officer observed a vehicle that was sold in January but the title had not been transferred.  During a traffic stop, the officer placed the driver under arrest for the title violation and for having a suspended license.  She also conducted a search of the vehicle and located drug paraphernalia, suspected heroin, methamphetamine, and prescription pills.  The subject was arrested and later released from the scene without incident.

 NARRATIVE

A male was involved in a verbal dispute with his mother after she assisted him in recovering his vehicle. A neighbor heard the subject yelling outside the residence and notified police. The subject became irate with police on scene and was detained during the investigation, no crime was determined to have occurred. The subject was later released. Report taken.

An officer located the suspect vehicle.  It was determined that the suspect had a felony warrant.  Officers determined during the week that the suspect’s mother lived in an apartment at the location.  Officers watched the location throughout the week to see if the suspect would return.  The suspect was seen driving tonight, a traffic stop was conducted, and the suspect was taken into custody without incident. The suspect was booked into jail.

A store employee arrived at work and discovered the business was broken into. CCTV surveillance revealed 2 suspects making entry after throwing a large rock through a glass door. The district officer is investigating.
