Excellent investigative work by Bellevue police detectives has led to the arrest of a
27-year-old man in connection with a bank robbery that occurred on June 10, 2019. Isaac Delacruz walked into the Bank of America in the 10100 Blk of NE 8th St., put a note on the counter demanding money, and implied he had a weapon. As Delacruz fled the bank, a witness saw him toss away cash and notified the responding Patrol officers.
Investigators used bank surveillance photos to identify Delacruz and detectives were able to work quickly to zero in on where he lived and worked. He was arrested without incident on June 27th at an apartment complex in Redmond.
Delacruz has been charged with robbery in the first degree and is currently in the King County Jail.
