Security contacted police after they observed a male with two crowbars. Pry marks were found on two different doors that lead into an office area from the stairwell. The suspect was eventually located by Security in a locked area of the 24th floor and fled to a vehicle before leaving the area in it. Security provided photos of the suspect. The investigating officer was able to identify him by comparing security photos with the DOL photo of the registered owner of the vehicle that left the scene. It was discovered that he is a former employee. He has not been located at this time and the investigation is ongoing. |

The reporting party called after noticing suspicious people in the parking lot of his apartment complex. An officer located a related stolen vehicle with a female sleeping in the backseat area. She was detained. He also observed two subjects running from the stolen vehicle. Auburn P.D. responded to assist with a K9 track but could not initially locate the suspects. A perimeter officer saw one of them and became engaged in a foot pursuit, however, he lost her a short time later. A follow-up K9 track was unsuccessful, and it’s believed the suspect possibly fled on a trail that was in the area. She was identified during the investigation, which is ongoing. |

The boyfriend was contacted via telephone today who reported that he was attacked by the reporting party last night at a convenient store. The officer viewed the footage from the convenient store and confirmed that a physical altercation occurred. Due to significant inconsistencies between both parties’ statements and lack of cooperation no primary aggressor was established. The case will be forwarded to the prosecutor for review. |
