Officers investigated a domestic disturbance that occurred at a restaurant. During dinner, an argument began between the victim and the suspect, a boyfriend and girlfriend. During this argument, the suspect slapped the victim’s hand while she ate, followed by the suspect pouring a pitcher of water on the victim’s lap. The argument continued outside the restaurant when the suspect threw the victim’s phone in the trash when she tried to call the police. The suspect was located in Seattle with Seattle Police assistance, and he was arrested and booked into jail. |

He was flagged as mission and fourth and first shifts were notified. |

Officers responded to a vehicle vs two-pedestrian collision with injuries. One pedestrian was transported to the hospital and the other self-admitted. It was determined that both pedestrians were intoxicated and crossing NE 8th ST against the light in heavy traffic. Video footage of the collision was located and showed both pedestrians crossing illegally. While most of the traffic stopped for them, the last vehicle in the far-right lane did not. Both pedestrians ran out in front of that vehicle, causing them to be struck. There were no significant injuries. Both pedestrians were cited for the violation and causing the crash. |

Officers determined that the suspect had attacked the victim in the parking lot in front of the residence. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail. |
