An officer was conducting a proactive patrol and located an occupied stolen vehicle with two occupants.  They were also found to be in possession of suspected drugs. One subject was booked into jail on drug charges, the other was booked into jail for possession of a stolen vehicle.

The suspect went to the business and slapped an employee for no apparent reason.  The suspect was highly intoxicated and was taken to the hospital and released on a summons.

The victim called the police and advised he was assaulted with a knife, during the investigation officers learned the knife was never in play.  The suspect and victim worked together at a landscaping business and was doing work at the location.  The suspect got angry with the victim for being “lazy” and taking too many breaks.  The two were involved in an altercation and the victim sustained an abrasion to his cheek and the suspect had complaint of pain to chest. The victim was transported to the hospital and the suspect was released to his boss.  A summons was issued.

Cares was on scene doing a check with the victim when she disclosed, she had been sexually assaulted by a known suspect.  The suspect was arrested in that case for a warrant. The investigation is ongoing.

The victim reported that while at Snowflake Lane, somewhere around NE 8 ST and Bellevue Way possibly, and the unknown suspect stole his firearm from his holster on his belt while he was holding his grandchild on his shoulders.  He last knew the firearm was in the holster while inside a store.  The weapon was entered in as stolen.

 NARRATIVE

The adult female victim was at the hospital for treatment and reported that she was sexually assaulted by an unidentified suspect in the Crossroads area approximately three days prior.  The preliminary investigation was completed, and a check of the area was conducted for any possible evidence.  Detectives and chain of command were both notified, and the investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

Two male suspects entered a store and left the store without paying for their items.  When confronted by security and a Bellevue Police Officer, the suspects began to fight, and a foot pursuit ensued with one of them.  The officer caught the suspect and placed him under arrest.  The second subject was detained by loss prevention. A female suspect was waiting for the two suspects as the getaway driver.  She fled the area in the vehicle and was later located and stopped by a patrol sergeant.  All three subjects were charged with organized retail theft.  The male subjects both had outstanding felony warrants for escape from community custody. They were all booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The listed subject approached his girlfriend with a knife and threatened her. She was able to de-escalate the situation and leave the apartment so police could be contacted.  Before officers arrived, the subject used the knife to cut his own head.  He was eventually contacted and detained by officers.  After receiving medical attention, the subject was booked into jail.

The reporting party called stating that the female respondent in an order was outside the residence slashing tires with a knife.  The caller then stated that the female suspect had forced entry into the residence and heard glass breaking.  The suspect briefly barricaded herself under the kitchen sink before officers were able to make verbal contact.  The suspect exited and was arrested without further incident and booked into jail.

The suspect was issued a trespass notice earlier in the day while at the mall.  The suspect returned later that day and security called about him being back in the mall. Officers contacted the suspect and he was arrested without incident and booked into jail.

Officers were investigating a suspicious vehicle at the mall.  Through the investigation, they determined the vehicle plates were stolen and there were stolen packages in the back.  The VIN was also covered.  The suspect returned and attempted to flee in the car, which didn’t contain the keys. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to the report of a stabbing at the listed address.  Upon arrival, several subjects were yelling at each other in the front yard and one had a chair in his hands. The subjects were detained and interviewed.  Two residents of the home became involved in a dispute in the kitchen/living room area and one stabbed the other in the leg.  His injuries were non-life threatening, and he was transported to the hospital.  The suspect was booked into jail without incident.

The subject was contacted near downtown and was taken into custody for his outstanding warrant.  The subject damaged a patrol vehicle and became very uncooperative. The subject was taken to the hospital after he injured himself by head-butting the divider in the patrol car. The subject was eventually booked into jail on the warrant and summonsed for Malicious Mischief.

 NARRATIVE

The homeowners called from out of the country and advised that they received an alarm activation at their Bellevue residence at 0306 hours.  Officers arrived and found forced entry into the house.  There were no suspects located inside.  It appeared that the unidentified suspects were present for an extended period of time and took many items of property.  The scene was processed, and a family friend responded to secure the house. The investigation is ongoing.

On 12/23/19 after shift hours, the Officer served a search warrant on a vehicle that was seized earlier that morning and found an unlawfully possessed loaded pistol, and suspected drugs, including .80g cocaine, 2.74g of methamphetamine, 6.3g heroin, and Oxycodone pills.  Charges pending Washington State Patrol lab results.

Two callers reported a male suspect holding female in a parking lot.  She was screaming for help.  She broke away from the suspect and ran to a reporting party. Officers arrived and detained the suspect by the dumpsters in the parking lot.  The female told officers the suspect said he was going to rape her.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail for attempted rape.

An officer witnessed a vehicle with a registration violation and conducted a traffic stop.  It was determined the driver was driving with a suspended license possessed a warrant out of Bothell. The warrant was confirmed, and custody was transferred to Bothell PD.  A summons is pending for new charges.

Officers watched the two listed subjects acting suspiciously in the parking lot.  The first subject walked over to one store as the second suspect walked into another store. When the occupants returned and left in the vehicle, officers stopped it for a registration violation and the driver driving with a suspended license. The subjects were trespassed, and a summons was issued for driving/registration offenses.

An officer responded to a shoplifting in progress. The officer contacted the female and established probable cause for theft. During the investigation, the suspect lied about her identity and stated she needed to go home to her children. The officer was able to determine her identity and discovered she possessed a felony warrant out of Everett PD. The suspect was booked into jail and Redmond police confirmed the suspect’s children were okay with a family member. Charges pending for Obstruction and False Statements.

AN officer made a random check of a vehicle plate. According to police records, there was a felony warrant associated with a passenger. The officer recognized the passenger as the subject with the warrant. A traffic stop was initiated, and the warrant subject was confirmed. The driver was contacted, and it was determined he possessed a warrant as well. Both warrants were confirmed, and subjects were booked into jail.

An officer located a moving vehicle that according to police records had registration violations. The officer contacted the driver and after the driver made false statements about his identity, it was discovered the driver was driving with a suspended license.  NARRATIVE

Officers responded to a fire assist regarding a subject that was unresponsive. On arrival, it appeared the subject suffered a drug overdose based on witness statements and evidence on the scene. Officer administered Narcan and began chest compressions until the fire department arrived. The fire department was able to locate a steady pulse, so they transported her to the hospital for observation.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to the area noted above regarding a rolling disturbance. The victim reported she was in a physical disturbance with her boyfriend, the suspect.  At one point, the suspect kicked the victim in the face as they sat in the vehicle. The victim managed to exit the vehicle, followed by the suspect fleeing prior police arrival. K9 attempted a track, but it was unsuccessful.  Charges were filed for assault and harassment.

Officers responded to the above location after the victim’s mother called 911 to report a possible overdose incident. The victim took pills as a result of having boyfriend problems. Upon arrival, officers made entry into the home when they learned the victim ingested 20 Xanax. The subject was located and coherent and she was transported to the hospital by Bellevue Fire.

Security notified an officer about a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. The subjects associated with the vehicle were believed to be shoplifting at the mall. The vehicle was determined to be a confirmed stolen out of Federal Way. The first suspect was believed to be the driver and had the key to the vehicle. The second suspect was caught shoplifting at a store. Suspect number one was booked into jail for possessing a stolen vehicle and suspect two was booked into jail for theft.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in progress. Dispatch stated a subject was threatening himself and others with a knife. Officers arrived on the scene and found all subjects in the home separated; however, the investigation revealed the suspect attempted to stab his step-mother during this disturbance. Statements indicated the family was in fear of the suspect’s suicidal tendencies involving a knife. Based on these statements, the suspect was arrested for assault and booked into jail. Charges have been forwarded to the prosecutor.

 NARRATIVE

An officer contacted a victim regarding an order violation. The victim, who is the ex-girlfriend, reported the suspect, the ex-boyfriend, repeatedly contacted her via text and phone. The officer was able to substantiate evidence for an order violation. A Summons was forwarded to the prosecutor.
