An officer contacted a subject in a vehicle at Enatai Beach Park.  It was revealed that he had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.  The subject was arrested and booked without incident.

 NARRATIVE

An officer observed a vehicle that returned as being stolen.  All occupants were detained without incident during a high-risk stop.  It was eventually determined that the situation was civil.  One of the occupants was having a medical emergency prior to the stop.  Medics responded to the scene to provide assistance.  She was transported to the hospital due to a cardiac event.  The other occupants were positively identified and released from the scene so they could also go to the hospital.

 NARRATIVE

A resident called 911 to report a mailbox theft in progress. The reporting party said that mail was stolen, and she was able to identify the suspect vehicle.  Extra patrols were requested for the area.

 NARRATIVE

Officer responded to a storage facility that had been burglarized. The officer located an entry point where the door was pried open. $6,000 worth of cell batteries were stolen. The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

An officer attempted to stop a subject who crossed mid-block on a bicycle.  The subject also had no bike light, no helmet, and was riding down the middle of the road in all dark clothing while disrupting the flow of traffic.  The officer turned on his lights and then his siren, but the subject refused to stop.  He continued following with his lights & siren on until additional units arrived to assist.  The subject attempted to ride around the assisting officers and their police vehicles, however, two of them grabbed ahold of him. The subject was arrested and booked into jail without incident.  The suspect has a lengthy criminal history.

Two adults became involved in a dispute.  The victim reported to officers that she had been sexually assaulted by a known person. The officers conducted a thorough investigation.  Detectives were notified.

Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and the occupant had an outstanding felony warrant out of Everett for eluding.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail on the warrant.

 NARRATIVE

A store employee called in because a suspect was unwrapping and eating food in the store and the employee thought he had been previously trespassed.  The investigating officer determined he was violating a previously issued trespass and arrested him. The suspect was booked into jail without incident.

 NARRATIVE

Officers contacted the suspect after she was causing a disturbance in the hospital. The suspect assaulted security but he was uninjured and did not want to press charges.  The suspect was arrested on a theft warrant out of Renton PD and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Dispatch began receiving several calls regarding a suspicious pick-up truck stalled in the middle of the intersection. It was also reported that the driver was slumped over the wheel. Callers then advised that the truck began to drive off, only to crash into two separate motorists on Bellevue Way. An officer was able to locate the suspect in a parking lot, still inside his vehicle. A subsequent investigation gave officers probable cause to arrest the suspect on the investigation of DUI and Hit and Run.

Officers investigated this domestic disturbance involving a mother and a son. Officers were able to develop probable cause for domestic violence assault. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail without incident.

An officer recognized the suspect and confirmed he had an outstanding warrant.  The suspect was contacted while at the gas station and detained without incident.  He was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

A 75-year-old dementia patient at a care home absconded during the early morning by climbing out a window.  The subject was located several hours later after hitchhiking to Issaquah.  During transport back to the care home, the subject indicated she was in distress and was determined to be a danger to herself.  She was transported to the hospital for a mental health evaluation.

Two parents were in a verbal disturbance about the welfare of the children.  There was no crime, verbal only.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect lives with her mother and stepfather.  The suspect threatened her stepfather with a knife and then went after her mother.  Both victims were able to flee the house without injury and the suspect fled in her vehicle prior to police arriving.  Officers located her vehicle and attempted to stop her.  The suspect initially drove at a low speed and was a failure to yield and then accelerated and the officers were advised not to continue.  All attempts to locate the suspect were unsuccessful.  The case has been filed with the prosecutor.

The suspect stole from numerous locations at the mall and had been previously trespassed.  Officers located and detained the suspect in handcuffs and still the suspect attempted to flee.  An officer was able to stop him and controlled him on the ground.  The suspect was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

An officer observed a suspect known to him from previous contacts and checked his warrant status and learned the suspect had numerous outstanding warrants. The suspect was detained without incident and a Redmond warrant was confirmed.  A search following the arrest yielded suspected drug paraphernalia.  The suspect was transported to a Redmond officer and a summons was issued for the drug charge.

 NARRATIVE

Officers arrested the suspect on a felony eluding warrant on 1/7/20 and the vehicle was taken pending a search warrant for suspected drugs.  A search warrant was signed and executed and during the search, officers located suspected methamphetamine, heroin, and a Colt 22 long rifle.  The suspect is a convicted felon and additional felony charges will be filed.

 NARRATIVE

The subject was in emotional distress.  Officers worked together to remove everyone from the house before contacting the subject. The subject came outside and was taken into protective custody without issue.  Firearms and ammo belonging to the subject were taken from the house for safe-keeping. The subject was taken to the hospital for an evaluation.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect initiated a wrestling match with his brother-in-law and then punched him in the face, causing an obvious injury.  Both parties were intoxicated and neither wanted to press charges against the other.  The investigating officer determined who the primary aggressor was and booked him into jail without incident.

Overnight, an unknown suspect(s) forced entry into storage bins causing $5,000 in damage and took copper wire and tools valued at about $7,000.  This is the second recent incident at this location.

On 01/10/20 at 19:32, two suspects entered the store and stole approximately $850 in merchandise.  The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

There was a scheduled protest at this location from 12:00-14:30. Two bike officers monitored the event.  At its peak, there were approximately 50-60 participants.  There were no reported issues.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect and victim have a child in common and were at the hotel with their child.  A verbal argument began, and the victim tried to leave the hotel room with their child.  The suspect pushed the victim numerous times and prevented her from leaving.  The victim was able to leave the hotel and had staff contact the police.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

An officer was traveling behind the suspect vehicle and checked the license plate which returned to the registered owner has a suspended license and an outstanding warrant.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The victim’s push-start ignition vehicle was stolen when he left it running in the parking lot while he ran inside for a few minutes.  The vehicle had a trackable iPad in it and was last noted at being near the 1700 block of 140th Ave SE.  An officer located the vehicle, which was parked and unoccupied in the 14100 Blk SE 17th Pl. in a parking lot.  The iPad Air and the victim’s passport were taken from within the vehicle.  Various residences were spoken to, but no one saw/knew anything.  The victim requested not to have his vehicle processed for prints. The vehicle was returned to the owner.

 NARRATIVE

An officer recognized a subject in the crossroads area and discovered he had four Bellevue warrants for his arrest.  The warrants were confirmed, and the suspect was booked into jail without incident. Suspected drug paraphernalia and .63 grams of suspected methamphetamine were found on the subject during a search following his arrest.

The caller reported two males at this location in emotional distress.  Officers contacted both males who had consumed an unknown amount of alcohol and pills.  Both subjects were transported to the hospital for a medical and mental health evaluation.

An officer located an occupied vehicle with stolen plates.  The subject was detained and arrested on a confirmed felony warrant.  The vehicle was not stolen.  During the investigation, another subject returned to the car.  After giving a false name, his true identity was learned.  The second subject was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant.  Both suspects were booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect was in a verbal argument with his girlfriend and disrespected his mother when she tried to intervene.  The mother’s boyfriend, whom suspect lives with at the residence, then threatened to call 911.  The suspect told the victim he would give him something to call 911 about and punched the victim in the face causing a laceration.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail

 NARRATIVE

Officers located a vehicle that had been stolen in a burglary from 10-17-19.  It abandoned at the above location where another vehicle had been stolen on 10-14-19.  The vehicle was towed back to the station to process.
