Store security called for a shoplifter in custody.  The officer noticed suspected drug paraphernalia in the subject’s purse and officers found multiple ounces of suspected drugs inside the purse during a search after the arrest.  The suspect was booked into jail.

The reporting party found a depression in his wall and a bullet on the floor.  There was also a hole in the exterior wall.  The resident recalled hearing a thump on Sunday evening.  The evidence was collected.

During the past two days, a mental health patient assaulted two nurses causing pain and minimal injury.  The suspect was transferred to another hospital for a hold.  Additional investigation is pending.  Felony charges will be forwarded upon completion of the Patrol investigation.

A suspect was on active trespass and was aware he wasn’t supposed to be there.  He came back and was inside the location causing staff to call the police. The officer arrived on scene and contacted the suspect and took him into custody.  He was booked into jail.

An officer was conducting a check of the Spring District construction area and located a suspect who was inside the fenced area and stealing property.  The suspect refused to provide any of his personal information, but he was later identified, arrested and booked into jail.

An officer was arriving at a call when he was contacted by an unrelated subject.  The officer determined that the subject was wanted by Issaquah PD for an order violation that had occurred earlier in the day.  The subject was arrested and turned over to Issaquah PD for booking.

 NARRATIVE

A single vehicle crashed into a retaining wall, causing the vehicle to roll onto its side. There was also damage to a city street sign. The driver of the vehicle lost control of his vehicle coming down an icy road. Streets notified and cleared the roadway of the ice. Several other vehicles slid down the hill, but successfully stopped their vehicles with the assistance of the curb.

 NARRATIVE

An officer noticed a vehicle with expired tabs and conducted a traffic stop.  The driver gave him a false name but later provided her correct information.  She was also found to be driving with a suspended license and in possession of suspected drug paraphernalia.  She was released at the scene and will be summoned into court.

An officer was checking Wilburton Park & Ride and located an occupied vehicle containing a subject with a misdemeanor warrant.  He was arrested and booked into jail without incident.

 NARRATIVE

A suspect assaulted a security guard and was located in the mall a few blocks away. Officers contacted the suspect in the southeast garage, and he was taken into custody without incident. As the suspect was being transported to jail, he began to violently bang his head into the prisoner partition. Officers pulled over and requested a foam helmet when the suspect attempted to kick an officer. He was restrained and transported to jail.

An officer was conducting a walk-through when he was advised of a possible theft.  He located and contacted the subject and observed him in possession of the stolen clothing.  The suspect fled on foot but was caught and placed under arrest.  It was determined that he also had an outstanding warrant that included multiple misdemeanor charges. He was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

It was reported that an unwanted suspect left a restaurant without paying for his food.  After a foot pursuit with officers, he was arrested. The subject was not compliant. He was arrested and booked into jail for theft and obstruction.  He was also issued a citation for violating the Washington Clean Air Act since he was observed smoking inside a hotel.

 NARRATIVE

An elderly male left his home at approximately 0345 and told his wife he was en route to a doctor’s appointment.  The male is in good health and does not have any known serious medical issues, however, he has been forgetful according to his wife.  Surrounding agencies were notified along with the PIO and chain of command.  The subject returned home later in the morning for breakfast.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance involving a knife.  Both parties were contacted, and it was determined there was no knife was involved.  The argument was over one subject claiming that the other had bent the windshield wiper on a vehicle.

An officer was patrolling in the area of the Newport Park & Ride and located an occupied vehicle displaying a registration violation. The driver was contacted, and it was determined the owner failed to transfer the title. Further investigation showed the driver possessed a warrant for the same offense. A search produced a small amount of methamphetamine. The subject was arrested and booked into jail.  A summons is pending for noted charges.

An officer responded to a domestic disturbance progress. The disturbance became physical when the suspect slapped and kicked the victim causing visible injury. The suspect was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance.  The wheelchair-bound victim was punched in the back of the neck by the suspect.  The victim pulled his phone out to call 911 and the suspect grabbed the phone from the victim and fled the area in his vehicle.  Charges are being filed by the investigating officer.

The investigating officer determined that suspect was exhibiting the effects of impairment due to the consumption of alcohol and drugs and made the decision to drive. A DUI investigation produced probable cause and the suspect was arrested and booked into jail.
