Investigators say a domestic disturbance at a high-rise apartment building in downtown Bellevue lead to the stabbing and shooting Saturday night. Two people died, and two others were injured during the incident.
Detectives say the suspect stabbed a family member and two others at a party. One of the stabbing victims died at the scene, and two others were transported to the hospital. One of those victims was armed and shot the suspect who died at the scene.
The deceased victim is a 21-year-old male from Renton. The other two victims are a 22-year-old female from Bellevue who has been released from the hospital and a 24-year-old Oregon male who is in stable condition at Harborview Medical Center. The deceased suspect is a 41-year-old male from Burien.
The timeline is still being pieced together, and detectives are investigating the motive.
