A subject was selling a Cello and was contacted by someone who recognized it as a stolen item from a car prowl in 2017.  The subject who currently owned it did not know it had been stolen when she bought it a few years ago. It was confirmed through the insurance company that it was the correct Cello. The current owner brought it to the station for evidence. The cello is worth $45,000. The owner was notified.

On Saturday 8-8, two female friends were out drinking with a male acquaintance. The females decided they were too intoxicated to drive, so they got a room at a hotel. The male dropped them off. The next morning one female felt odd and thought that the male may have raped her. She contacted the police and went to the hospital. The investigation is ongoing.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance and determined that the suspect had assaulted his ex-girlfriend while in an argument within their shared vehicle. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a suicidal subject with a gun. While en-route to the scene, a concerned family member contacted police about threats made by the suspect to kill himself. A legal basis was established to take the suspect into protective custody. Officers on the scene located the suspect in his vehicle driving around the location in an aggressive manner. They initiated a traffic stop, however, he failed to yield to the officers and fled into the parking garage of the location. Seconds later, the suspect was located by officers upstairs in his residence, attempting to flee into his apartment. The suspect was determined to be intoxicated. He was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a K9 assist to WSP and determined that a vehicle pursuit was initiated by WSP and the suspect vehicle was located at an apartment complex west of Bellevue College. Multiple suspects were detained, and the suspect driver fled the scene. In addition, WSP Troopers located (2) illegally possessed Firearms within the suspect vehicle. A perimeter was set by units on the scene and a K9 track was initiated. After an extensive track, the K9 Units lost the scent within the College.

King County Metro reported a subject damaging property with a pipe.  Officers contacted the subject and placed him under arrest for a confirmed warrant (Fife PD – DV Harassment / DV Order Violation AOB $5K) and booked he was booked into jail.  Malicious Mischief charges are pending KC Metro follow up.

 NARRATIVE

A suspect was harassing people walking by and earlier stood in the road preventing a metro bus from moving. Officers contacted the suspect who immediately became confrontational and screamed numerous profanities. The suspect challenged an officer to a fight and took a bladed stance with closed fists. The suspect was arrested.

A suspect entered an occupied apartment and decided to make himself at home.  After the homeowner confronted the male, he fled to the basement and called 911.  Officers responded and took the suspect into custody without incident.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance between a boyfriend and girlfriend.  The victim reported that the suspect bit him, causing an injury.  Officers investigated and arrested the suspect and booked her into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a domestic disturbance in progress and determined that neighbors had contacted police because of a disturbance between (2) males within the residence. Officers on the scene observed that the (4) residents were extremely uncooperative with police. Once the scene was secured, the primary officers were able to get a name for a possible suspect, however, he could not be identified. The victim refused to provide a written statement and his injuries were photographed. The victim stated that the suspect was responsible for “many” vehicle-prowls and burglaries within the neighborhood. The suspect could not be located after an area check. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers responded to the park for a female who was partially nude and acting strange.  Officers arrived and saw the female enter a nearby apartment.  Contact was made and as a result of a subsequent investigation, the female was transported to the hospital for an evaluation.

Officers investigated several crimes that occurred in the secured parking structure of the building.  The incident occurred this morning (0000-0445). The initial investigation revealed the unknown suspect(s) gained access to a secured portion of the structure after a resident accidentally left the door ajar.  Once inside, the suspect(s) prowled several vehicles and then stole a vehicle which had its keys inside.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to an alarm with voices heard in the business by the alarm company.  As officers arrived, they saw a vehicle that appeared to be fleeing the scene.  A third shift officer located the vehicle and a stop was initiated.  Three subjects were detained.  It was later determined that they entered the building through a rear maintenance door before climbing into the void area above the ceiling panels and dropping into the locked offices of the company.  The three suspects were booked into jail. without incident.
