 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to an alarm at a business and noticed damage to the entrance, but it was deemed that no entry was made.  The owner arrived later to confirm this finding.  Traffic video shows two suspects fleeing in a small red pickup truck.  A previous burglary occurred at this location on 07/17/20.  (Related case 20-33370)

Callers reported hearing screaming in the area.  The 0fficer located an adult female subject in crisis.  She was taken to the hospital for an evaluation.

 NARRATIVE

A caller reported a disturbance in a vehicle in a parking garage between a male and a female.  Names provided by the caller showed a felony warrant for a firearms violation for the male and a misdemeanor warrant for the female.  Upon arrival, officers detained the male.  The female left in a vehicle. Officers arrested the male on 3 confirmed felony warrants, and he was booked into jail. The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

A suspect entered the victim’s apartment while she was napping and sexually assaulted her. The victim’s daughter ran to the neighbor’s place and the neighbor called 911. Officers arrived on scene took the suspect taken into custody.  The investigation is ongoing.

Officers arrived to take a subject into protective custody for mental illness per a court order. The suspect also had an outstanding felony warrant for assault 3. During the arrest, the suspect assaulted an officer.  He was arrested and taken to jail.

Officers contacted a suspect in the parking lot, and it was determined she had a $5,050 warrant out of Issaquah for DWLS 1st.  The suspect was handed over to Issaquah PD.

 NARRATIVE

Security called about the subject sitting in his vehicle using drugs.  Prior to our arrival, the subject left.  Approximately 20 minutes later, the subject returned and re-parked his vehicle.  Officers then contacted the subject and no paraphernalia could be seen in the vehicle.  A Trespass was issued and the subject left the property.

 NARRATIVE

The reporting party/suspect called in a vehicle possibly “mailboxing” near his residence.  The caller initiated his own pursuit of the vehicle prior to officers arriving.  The subjects in the vehicle fled when officers initiated an enforcement stop.  The reporting party then passed the police vehicle while it was still running lights and sirens and ran a stop sign.  A citation for reckless driving will be completed.

A neighbor reported a verbal disturbance at this residence.  Officers contacted the occupants and learned that two juvenile daughters and their mother were arguing over schoolwork. The father attempted to mediate.  Verbal only. No crime.

 NARRATIVE

While riding around Downtown Park, a passerby advised there was a naked female in the fountain on the north end of the park.  Bikes responded and contacted the subject, who was indeed sunbathing in the fountain.  The subject got dressed and before a trespass could be issued, she walked away talking to herself.  A short time later, it was also reported the subject tried to take someone’s backpack on Main St.  The subject was located again in the area, however, she refused to speak to us.

Suspects exited a gray Mercedes and approached the victims in Ivanhoe Park.  They then started a confrontation that turned into a fight between two of the females.  A male went to break up the fight and another male pointed a gun at him while telling him to back away.  A few minutes later, the fight ended and the suspects fled back to their vehicle.  They also took a speaker system that belonged to the male victim.  The suspects could not be located.  The investigation is ongoing.

The petitioner of a civil Anti-Harassment Order reported violations by the respondent yesterday and today.  The violations consist of unwanted yelling by the respondent, who is criminally prohibited in the court order.  Both parties’ condos share a wall and have adjoining outdoor spaces.  Charges were forwarded to the prosecutor.

The suspect and victim are in a relationship where a No Contact Order was issued.  The suspect entered the victim’s residence and threatened to kill the victim while holding a knife and picked up a chair and attempted to strike the victim.  The suspect was arrested on scene without incident and booked into jail.

Officers responded to the report of a domestic disturbance in a vehicle.  They determined there was probable cause to arrest the husband for Assault, but it had occurred earlier in the evening in Ocean Shores, WA.  The subject was arrested and booked into jail to be held for Ocean Shores.

Officers responded to the report of a mail theft that had just occurred.  They located the matching vehicle and suspect nearby.  He had an outstanding warrant, a felony amount of suspected drugs in his possession, and probable cause was developed for mail theft.  The stolen mail was also recovered from his vehicle.  The suspect was booked into jail without incident.

A suspect stole a Credit Card on 8-6-20 and returned to the location today and was suspected of using narcotics in the bathroom.  Officers responded and took the male into custody for the theft of the credit card from yesterday.  Following the arrest, the search produced 1.6g of suspected heroin on his person, a concealed spring blade knife, suspected paraphernalia, and burglary tools.  It was later discovered that suspect was also on active trespass.  He was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

A witness called in to report seeing a suspect assault a female. The officer arrived and located both parties. The suspect fled on foot and the victim had facial and leg injuries. A K9 located the suspect hiding south of the incident where he was taken into custody. The investigation determined that the suspect assaulted the female victim in violation of a DV No Contact Order.  The suspect started to smash his head into the back of the patrol vehicle, was treated by Fire, and had to be taken to the hospital for treatment of the self-inflicted injuries. He was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

An officer observed a traffic violation and initiated a stop.  He determined that the driver was driving with a suspended license, had an ignition interlock device requirement, and had an outstanding warrant for driving with a suspended license out of Auburn.  He also discovered that a passenger had outstanding warrants.  The issuing agencies agreed to confirm on the warrants and the suspects were booked directly into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to the report of a physical altercation at a residence.  They determined that the 19-year-old suspect became enraged and struck his father, sister, and juvenile brother.  He also threatened to kill them.  The suspect was arrested and taken to jail for the mandatory booking on the three counts of DV Assault 4th degree.  The felony harassment and threats to kill will be filed with the King County Prosecutor’s office.

A construction site burglary was interrupted by an employee as the suspect was loading construction equipment into the side-compartment of a U-Haul minivan.  After being seen, he jumped into the driver’s seat and fled when confronted by employees. The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to the business after a janitor called 911 to report a forced entry.  Officers cleared the location and did not locate any suspects.  The investigation revealed the suspects entered the building on Friday night and spent several hours ransacking the three businesses that lease offices there. The investigation is ongoing.
