A Bellevue police officer has resigned following his arrest in Redmond during a domestic disturbance.
Chief Steve Mylett says Officer David Wright’s resignation follows an internal investigation and takes effect immediately.
Redmond police arrested 48-year-old Wright at his home on July 9, 2020. Wright had been an officer with BPD since May 2017.
