 NARRATIVE

Police responded a report of a burglary and determined that the victim had observed a suspect standing outside her kitchen window in a common area of the apartment complex; however, he never made entry. The suspect fled in A vehicle after realizing that the victim had observed him outside of her window.  The area check was unsuccessful for a suspect and suspect vehicle.

 NARRATIVE

A subject was slumped over the steering wheel in the parking lot. His front bumper was barely hanging on. A customer called 911, wanting to make sure the suspect didn’t drive away. Officers arrived and determined the suspect had $20,000 worth of warrants out of Kent PD. The suspect was transported to Kent PD Jail.

 NARRATIVE

A suspect stole over $300 worth of perfume and jewelry from the store. When caught, she said she was going to sell the items to people she knew who would buy them.

 NARRATIVE

A suspect, without provocation, assaulted his neighbor by tackling him and attempting to punch him.  The victim reported that the suspect accused him of sleeping with his girlfriend, which never happened.  Officers arrived on scene and contacted both parties.  After he was read his rights, the suspect admitted that he assaulted his neighbor based on his perceived sexual orientation of him.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a domestic disturbance in progress and determined that the victim had contacted police because of a suspect violating the provisions of a served No Contact Order. The investigating officer confirmed that the suspect had more than (3) NCO DV convictions for the same violation within the year. He was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Upon conclusion of a domestic violence arrest at a nearby location, officers checked a license plate on a vehicle and observed that it was reported stolen. The registered owner of the vehicle was contacted and responded to the scene to take possession of his vehicle.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a report of an armed robbery. Upon contact with the victim, the officer determined that the victim had met the suspect in her hotel room and was contacted by a second suspect who surprised him by exiting the bathroom, implying that he had a gun.  The second suspect ordered the victim to get on the floor, then took the victim’s phone, credit cards, and PIN number. The victim stated that the suspect(s) made multiple withdrawals from his account under coercion.  The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

Bystanders reported two males fighting in the road.  Officers arrived and contacted both involved parties, one after a short foot chase.  The investigation indicated that the subjects engaged in mutual combat after a verbal disturbance and did not want prosecution.  Both subjects were released on scene.  One subject was unable to be identified on scene and was later identified via an investigation.  Charges for Providing False Information will be forwarded after additional follow up.

The victim reported having been in an argument with a co-worker last night and suspected the co-worker damaged her windshield with a rock.  The investigation is ongoing.

A passerby reported a broken window at a vacant school.  The premise was cleared, and no signs of entry were found.  The school is slated for demolition.

 NARRATIVE

Police contacted the suspect following a single-vehicle collision into a building. The investigating officer determined that the suspect driver was exhibiting impairment and the effects of alcohol consumption. The officer initiated a DUI investigation and established probable cause.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a single-vehicle rollover collision. The officer determined that the driver, traveling at an excessive rate of speed, had lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the property line of the above business. The suspect was arrested and taken to the hospital for his injuries.

 NARRATIVE

Two subjects were contacted during a traffic stop.  During the investigation, the male subjects provided consent to search the vehicle.  Suspected heroin, a stack of gift cards, and several people’s IDs were found inside.  The male suspect was booked into jail.  The investigation is ongoing to contact the owners of the cards and IDs.

An officer was conducting a check of the area and found an unoccupied stolen vehicle.  He and another officer watched the vehicle, but nobody returned to it.  The owner requested that it be towed from the scene.

The victim came to Bellevue for an in-person meeting..  She met the male, had dinner, and then he took unwanted photos of her. He then assaulted her and fled the scene. The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect was contacted during a traffic stop.  The driver was driving with a suspended license and had multiple warrants for her arrest. She was detained and consented to a search of a small box in her vehicle. The officer found suspected methamphetamine, Xanax, and Suboxone in the box. The suspect was trespassed from the location and released. Charges were submitted.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect was stopped for expired plates. When the officer made contact, he smelled the odor of marijuana and observed signs of impairment.  A second officer was requested to conduct a field sobriety test, but when the suspect was asked to exit the vehicle, he started the car and sped off onto I-90 at a high rate of speed.  Charges were filed.

Security called to report a child refused to get into her mother’s car because the mom had been drinking. Officers verified the child’s story, contacted the suspect, and confirmed she had alcohol on board. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail. The child was released to her father.

Officer contacted the suspect for a traffic violation.  The driver had a felony Department of Corrections escape warrant.  He was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

An officer checked on a suspicious vehicle and discovered there are two known felons associated with the vehicle. The officer knew one of the felons identified. The known subject was seen walking away from the vehicle, and positively ID’d by the officer. Police records indicated she had two felony warrants.  She was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

A subject was walking in and out of traffic, oblivious to anything around him. The subject was erratic and not responding to the first officers on scene. More officers arrived and detained the subject without incident. He was transported to the hospital.

 NARRATIVE

Driver one ran a red light going west on NE 8th St. He collided with driver two who had a green light and was in the intersection going north on 116th Ave NE. Driver one was going about 45 MPH and was T-boned by the other vehicle, causing driver one’s vehicle to roll over.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to assist Bellevue Fire with a female who overdosed.  Upon arrival, officers learned the female had accidentally overdosed. She was conscious and alert but was transported to the hospital for an evaluation.  Suspected narcotics paraphernalia and a small amount of narcotics were located and seized.  During the investigation, it was discovered the boyfriend of the female had an outstanding felony warrant.  The boyfriend was arrested and transported to jail.
