 NARRATIVE

A suspect attacked the victim with a knife after an argument. Officers arrived quickly and were able to detain the suspect. An officer put a tourniquet on the victim’s arm to keep him from bleeding out. A pressure bandage was also applied by officers. The victim was transported to the hospital, the suspect was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect was upset with the victim for telling him to leave the area. As the victim was backing into a parking space, the suspect exposed his genitals for a few seconds before turning around and urinating on a trash can and sidewalk. The suspect was arrested.

Subjects were yelling and fighting at the hotel. It was determined they had a No Contact Order between them. Officers arrived as the victim was trying to leave. The suspect was seen leaving about the same time. An officer attempted to stop the suspect, but he eluded him, running two red lights. Officer did not pursue. The suspect’s car was located going into a dead-end apartment complex. A perimeter was set and a K9 unit located the suspect within a minute in nearby bushes. He was booked into jail.

Video footage from four days ago shows an unknown suspect forced entry into a key box and a vehicle.  Laptops were stolen from the vehicle.  All locks have been re-keyed, and a stolen key fob has been deactivated.  The investigation is ongoing.

The reporting party received an anonymous correspondence via an app demanding to pay money or harm would come to his family.  The reporting party’s contact and family information are unsecured on social media.  The deadline for payment passed without incident before police were contacted.  All messages had been deleted and were not recoverable.

Multiple callers reported a male slashing vehicle tires with a machete in the parking lot.  The suspect was fleeing on foot when detained without issue by a Traffic Officer and Patrol Captain.  The machete was found in the suspect’s property.  The vehicle sustained damage to all four tires, the windshield, and several places in the engine compartment.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

A suspect and victim that are in a dating relationship were involved in a physical disturbance in which the male suspect punched the victim multiple times and attempted to prevent the victim from call 911.  The suspect left prior to police arrival and was not located on an area check.  A summons was forwarded to the prosecutor.

The victim is the respondent in a No Contact Order with her ex-husband. Yesterday, she was in Bellevue all day running errands. When she got home, she realized her laptop was missing from her backseat. In its place, she said she found her ex-husband’s wedding ring.  The investigation continues.

The first subject was exhibiting suspicious behavior as he pushed a full shopping cart near the front of the store.  When contacted by a manager, this subject threw a clipboard at him and began making homophobic slurs towards him.  The subject and a second subject left the store.  Bikes located both subjects inside a car parked in the parking lot.  Upon contacting them, paraphernalia was seen in the vehicle, at which point both were detained.  The first subject was released with a trespass and summons for paraphernalia.  The second subject was booked on a warrant and summonsed for paraphernalia and trespassed.

Bonney LK PD called back and stated that they were rescinding the confirmation of their Warrant. The suspect was released at the scene.

Police responded to an unwanted subject and determined that an actively trespassed suspect had been given multiple chances and warnings to leave the property. When the suspect didn’t, he was arrested and transported to the Transit Center. The suspect was advised that he would be summoned in the mail with a court date and released.

A verbal argument escalated to a physical altercation when a male grabbed his girlfriend from behind and attempted to drag her back into the apartment, causing her fear.  The female called 911, and the male grabbed the phone out of her hand, retaining possession of it.  The suspect fled the scene prior to police arriving.  The case was forwarded to the Prosecutor for charging.

A neighbor reported a male stealing mail.  The officer located the male working on a home in the area and developed probable cause for theft and placed the male under arrest.  The male was released on scene, pending a summons due to the COVID booking directive.  The case was forwarded to the Prosecutor for charging.

 NARRATIVE

A male and female suspect went behind the cashier counter and began to steal alcohol and cigarettes.  When confronted by the employee, the employee says the male suspect began to lift his shirt up at his waist.  Fearing he had a gun and was going to shoot her, she fled from the area.  The suspects fled in a blue Jeep Grand Cherokee.  The investigation is ongoing.

A subject called 911 requesting a civil standby after being released from jail.  A No Contact Order existed allowing, for a civil standby for personal belongings.  The victim reported the subject went to the home without police prior to calling 911 for the civil standby.  The subject initially denied being at the home before calling 911 then admitted to it.  The subject was arrested for the order violation and booked into jail.

The victim stated that this morning his girlfriend threw household objects at him striking him and causing pain. He disclosed during the investigation that his girlfriend attempted to stab him approximately one month ago. The girlfriend was located at the Downtown Transit Center and arrested for Assault 2 – DV and Assault 4 – DV.  She was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

A bicyclist was traveling downhill on Northup Way crossing NE 8th in the dark, while wearing dark clothing and no front reflectors or lights on his bike. A vehicle turned from Northup onto NE 8th, did not see the bicyclist, and collided into the bicyclist and immediately stopped. The bicyclist was transported to the hospital with serious (non-fatal) injuries. No crime.

The suspect got into an argument with her girlfriend at Downtown Park after her girlfriend failed to bring marijuana with her to the park as she said she would. The suspect hit/punched her girlfriend-victim in the face causing pain and minor visible injury.  The suspect had left the scene in her vehicle but was located and stopped by officers and arrested for DV Assault 4. She was booked into jail.

Police responded to the Sound Transit Tunnel in reference to multiple alarms and a Trespass in progress. Upon arrival, officers were advised by Sound Transit Security that multiple subjects were observed via camera, illegally trespassing on Sound Transit Property without their consent. A K9 Unit located the suspects hiding on a construction platform deep within the tunnel system. The suspects were arrested and advised they would be summoned in the mail with a court date.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a Commercial Burglary in progress. While enroute to the scene, the caller advised that he was watching suspects on a live video feed burglarizing his business. Officers arrived on scene and set a perimeter. The occupied suspect vehicle was located, and the suspects were detained without incident. Probable cause was established, and the suspects were arrested. Officers obtained consent from the suspects to enter the vehicle to recover the stolen merchandise. The stolen merchandise was placed back into the business yard at the owner’s request. The suspects were booked into jail.

The suspect was at his parent’s house, violating a DV order protecting the suspect’s mother. The suspect pushed his father down during an argument. The suspect fled before PD arrived. At about 2100 hours, the suspect returned to the address, and police were called. The suspect was taken into custody and booked into jail.  Suspected methamphetamine was found on the suspect.

 NARRATIVE

An officer located an unoccupied stolen vehicle in a parking lot and discovered a female was shown on surveillance video as she exited the vehicle and entered the store.  The arresting officer later located and detained her as she exited the store’s bathroom.  The suspect was also found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and heroin, and she had multiple warrants from Snohomish County, totaling over $10,000.  She was booked into jail without incident.

 NARRATIVE

A bystander reported a suspected domestic disturbance in a moving vehicle NE 8th St, moving to the off- ramp of SB I450 to SE 8th St.  Officers located the disturbance at the bottom of the off-ramp and detained the male suspect.  The investigation developed probable cause that the adult son suspect had physically assaulted his mother in the vehicle and then took some of her money that had fallen out of her pocket during the incident.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

The officer was in the area checking for a suspect in a felony crime against a person.  The Officer located the suspect and placed him under arrest without incident.  The suspect was booked into jail.
