Bikes located both subjects inside a car parked in the parking lot. Upon contacting them, paraphernalia was seen in the vehicle, at which point both were detained. The first subject was released with a trespass and summons for paraphernalia. The second subject was booked on a warrant and summonsed for paraphernalia and trespassed. |

Probable cause was established, and the suspects were arrested. Officers obtained consent from the suspects to enter the vehicle to recover the stolen merchandise. The investigation developed probable cause that the adult son suspect had physically assaulted his mother in the vehicle and then took some of her money that had fallen out of her pocket during the incident.
