While on routine patrol, an officer contacted a male in a vehicle whose registered owner has a warrant associated with it.  The officer detained the male while confirming the warrant.  During the detention, the male was frisked, and suspected narcotics paraphernalia was located.  The male was arrested and released at the scene.  He was advised he will be summoned in the mail with a court date.

An employee reported an unwanted subject associated with a vehicle.  Officers arrived and learned that the vehicle was reported as stolen.  The driver was taken into custody without incident.  The initial investigation on scene determined that the vehicle was a rental vehicle reported as stolen to Seattle PD.  The suspect was released at the transit center.  The case was forwarded to the prosecutor for review.

Two suspects broke into several areas of the apartments. This occurred at 0015 hours. Earlier in the morning, before the burglary was noticed, officers contacted one of the suspects without knowing he was a suspect at the time. There is probable cause to arrest this suspect.

Two suspects were contacted in a vehicle, and both had warrants.  The first suspect was later determined to be a suspect from an incident at the Home Depot earlier for Trespass.  The officer took that suspect into custody and was found to be in possession of suspected paraphernalia.

Suspects entered the location and stole $8300 worth of jackets after cutting the security devices with wire clippers.  When confronted by loss prevention, one of the suspects displayed a knife and pointed it at him.  The suspects then fled the location with the merchandise.  Officers conducted an area check with negative results. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers responded to a physical fight between two subjects.  The witness reported one subject was possibly armed with brass knuckles.  Upon arrival, the subjects had already been separated and were both detained.  The subsequent investigation revealed the incident was mutual combat, and no weapons were used.  There were minor injuries to both subjects, and both were asked to leave the location.

Officers conducted a search after a warrant was obtained on a vehicle that was seized yesterday.  A catalytic converter was located inside the suspect vehicle with a saw.  Several grams of suspected narcotics were recovered as well.  The suspect came to pick-up his vehicle from the station and was taken into custody on additional charges.  He was booked into jail.

A victim was cleaning his firearm when it discharged, causing a gunshot wound to his hand.  Bellevue Fire responded and transported the victim to the hospital.

An officer conducted a traffic stop and observed suspected drug paraphernalia in plain view on the center console of the vehicle.  The driver was also known to have an outstanding warrant.  During a frisk of his person, the officer located multiple hard items under the subject’s shirt.  They were revealed to be stolen property from Fred Meyer, which the subject admitted to stealing only a few minutes before.  The subject was booked due to information regarding his history.  His female counterpart was released from the scene and will be summoned into court.

A victim reported that on 9/29/20 in the evening, she and her friend were at the mall to eat dinner.  Her friend was wearing a red MAGA hat.  A group drove by in a car and yelled something at them. When they returned, there was a profane note left on the car, calling them racists, and the entire left side of the car was keyed.  The victim took the vehicle to get an estimate for damages, and it was $4000.  The investigation is ongoing.

A physician requested a welfare check on an 86-year-old patient after a phone call last night in which the patient slurred his speech and reported having fallen.  After numerous attempts to contact the patient at his residence, officers forced entry and located the subject in his bed.  BFD evaluated the subject and determined that transport was not necessary.  Family members responded to the scene.

An officer contacted a male sitting in a vehicle and discovered the suspect had several warrants out for his arrest, including a Monroe PD Warrant for Theft $15,000 bail, a Lynnwood PD Warrant, and an Issaquah PD Warrant.  The suspect was arrested on his warrants. A second suspect had walked away from the vehicle but was later found hiding in the bushes near the stop and was taken into custody on a Felony Residential Burglary Warrant, $30000 bail.  Both suspects were booked into jail.

Police contacted the suspect during a traffic stop and determined that the suspect was driving with a suspended license, had a forged Trip Permit posted, and that he failed to Lawfully Transfer Title after purchase. The suspect was arrested, released, and advised he would be summoned in the mail with a court date.

 NARRATIVE

Officers initially responded to a residential burglary alarm and discovered an open door.  The residence was cleared by officers, who observed no obvious signs of forced entry and/or ransacking.  Several attempts to contact the homeowner were made but were unsuccessful.  After securing the residence, officers cleared.  Several hours later, the homeowner returned home and found her residence was burglarized.  Among the property taken was an unknown caliber revolver.

Officers responded to the park after receiving numerous calls regarding a disturbance involving gunshots.  Upon arrival, officers learned all parties were seen fleeing the area.  While conducting a canvass of the park, officers located a victim with what appeared to gunshot wounds.  A crime scene was established, and the victim was transported to Harborview Medical Center for treatment.  The investigation is ongoing.
