 NARRATIVE

A suspect returned to the store where she had previously been trespassed (10/9) and was causing a disturbance waving a stick/walking cane in the air.  Officers contacted the suspect outside of the business, and she was notified that she will be summoned for Criminal Trespass.

 NARRATIVE

The victim contacted officers and reported he was assaulted by his roommate on Saturday (10/10).  During the investigation, officers learned the victim and suspect were at their residence and began arguing.  During the argument, the suspect dumped hot/boiling water on the victim, causing severe burns to his upper body.  The victim was initially reluctant to report the incident but decided to do so after speaking to his attorney.  The victim suffered moderate/severe burns and went to the hospital after speaking to officers.  A short time later, officers went to the residence to continue their investigation.  The suspect was contacted, and probable cause was established for Felony DV Assault.  The suspect was arrested and transported to jail.

 NARRATIVE

A victim called to report his 1994 Honda Accord was taken from an apartment complex sometime after 10-11-20.  Kent PD had located the vehicle on 10/12/20 around 1700 and had requested the victim be contacted at an alternate location.

The victim business had the rear shop door pried open after hours.  Automotive scan tools, welder, Milwaukee ratchets, and impact wrench were stolen.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to an unwanted subject and contacted a shoplifting suspect. She provided a false name to officers and was immediately placed in handcuffs due to the warrants that came back with the false name she provided. Moments later, she confessed to the officer what her actual name was. Her true name returned with non-extraditable warrants. Officers searched her person and discovered an identification card that belonged to another female. She was summonsed for providing false information to an officer and for having another person’s identification card on her. She was released without incident.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to a disturbance call related to the victim getting assaulted by an unknown suspect. Officer contacted the victim, and the victim was uncooperative and wouldn’t tell officers who the suspect was or what the dispute was about. The officers concluded that the fight was over narcotics. A search for the suspect was conducted, but he was not located. The victim reported no injuries.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect was driver 1 in a collision, and it was found that the vehicle he was driving was stolen. The vehicle registration was in the suspect’s name though. Officers determined that suspect stole the vehicle on 10-9 and did a report of sale on 10-10 into his name. He was arrested for Possession Stolen Vehicle and booked into jail.

An officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested the driver for a DUI warrant. The suspect was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

An officer recognized the respondent in a No Contact Order (NCO) sitting in the passenger seat of a car parked in a parking lot. He also saw the petitioner ducking down in the backseat, attempting to hide from the officer. The suspect was taken into custody for violating the NCO and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

A male suspect entered the home through the unlocked front door while the victim was outside.  The suspect was confronted inside the house and stated he was there to fix something.  He fled, and a K9 track was unsuccessful.  The suspect got away with credit cards, which were immediately canceled.  The card was later declined at a store in Seattle.

A suspect attempted to take the victim’s purse by force and fled the scene when he was unable to do so. The victim declined to assist with the police investigation.

 NARRATIVE

While investigating a prowler call, an intoxicated suspect was contacted, swinging a dead animal by its tail above his head. The investigating officers observed that the animal was deceased and had sustained substantial and severe injuries to its head and neck areas. The suspect was detained for investigation of Animal Cruelty and interviewed. Probable cause was established, and the suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to an unwanted subject and determined that an extremely intoxicated male had aggressively grabbed a female stranger and injured her in the process. Independent witnesses on scene reported that the suspect was out of control and accosting female patrons within the business. He was arrested and booked into jail.

Police contacted the suspect during an investigation of Trespass and determined that the suspect was on an active trespass from the business because of prior instances of theft. He was arrested and advised that he would be summoned in the mail with a court date and released at the scene.

 NARRATIVE

Officers contacted the suspects for a traffic violation and determined that the suspect was driving with a suspended license.  Officers also observed suspected drug paraphernalia in plain view within the vehicle. Probable cause was established for both suspects, and consent was obtained to search the vehicle. Upon completion of the search, suspects were advised they would be summoned in the mail with court dates and released at the scene.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to reports of a rock thrown through the victim’s window and determined that the suspect was known to the victim and was this was possibly in retaliation for a robbery. A perimeter was set, and a K9 track was initiated; however, it was unsuccessful. The investigation is ongoing.

Police contacted the suspect for a traffic violation and determined that the suspect driver was exhibiting the effects of impairment due to alcohol consumption and driving. A DUI investigation was initiated, probable cause was established, and the suspect was arrested. He was booked and released to a sober family friend.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a gas station near the above location for a call of a burglary in progress and determined the suspect had assaulted his girlfriend during an argument. The victim stated that she fled her apartment because of the assault and believed that the suspect was still inside. The suspect could not be located, and a summons was sent to the prosecutor.

A suspect had several warrants out for his arrest and was contacted in a vehicle at the above location.  The suspect was detained and frisked for weapons as he had a knife on him. The knife was found to be a switchblade.  The suspect also had brass knuckles on him.  The suspect was arrested for Dangerous Weapons, cited and released.  Charges to be filed.

 NARRATIVE

A pedestrian crossing northbound at Bellevue Way and NE 8th St against the signal was struck by a vehicle traveling westbound on NE 8th St.  Traffic camera video of the collision was captured.  The pedestrian was transported to the hospital for hip pain.

The suspect was reportedly breaking into vehicles near a car dealership lot by a security company.  The suspect was contacted walking away at 700 block of 116th Ave NE.  The suspect had Misdemeanor Assault 3 Warrant confirmed and transported to jail.

The suspect was arguing with the victim over a hatchet. The suspect headbutted the victim causing a small laceration to victim’s nose. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

An officer was on routine patrol and noted two subjects with flashlights and large bags coming out of a parking garage.  The subjects quickly ran away upon seeing officer. The officer located the subjects at 11100 block of NE 10th St, now without the large bag.  They were stopped for investigation of stolen property. An abandoned bag was located containing items from multiple victims.  One victim was located, and the others are pending.   The suspect was booked on DOC Escape Warrant/charges pending for drugs and Possession Stolen Property.

Security reported that a suspect shattered a glass door by kicking it.  The suspect was located nearby and was arrested for Malicious Mischief and provided False Information to the Officers. He was booked into jail under the correct name.

An officer saw the suspect sitting in her vehicle.  There was an Assault 4 Warrant out for her arrest, $10000 bail.  The officer arrested and booked the suspect without incident.

An unknown suspect forced entry into victim’s residence through a back window, entered the master bedroom, and stole high-end items.  It should be noted that a similar Burglary occurred in Clyde Hill an hour prior by the same means.

A female was upset after an argument with her boyfriend and intentionally crashed her car into a retaining wall, damaging only her vehicle.  She was taken to the hospital for an evaluation.

 NARRATIVE

A suspect stole merchandise totaling $791.  She was detained by security and an off-duty BPD officer.  The investigating officer arrived on scene and arrested the suspect.  The subsequent search netted stolen checks and several credit cards in other victim’s names.  One victim was able to be contacted.  The suspect was interviewed and released pending charges being filed. A
