After successfully serving the order, the officers left but returned a short time later after the subject caused a disturbance. Based on the circumstances known at the time, officers returned and attempted to detain/arrest the subject for a violation of the order. The subject refused to comply with the officers. After a lengthy investigation, most uniformed personnel left the scene while members of SWAT remained. The investigation is still on-going. |

Officers returned today to the business after employees reported a disturbance involving a subject who had been served a court order yesterday. The subject’s presence at the location violated the order, thus giving officers probable cause to arrest. Upon arrival, officers located the subject to the rear of the property, yelling obscenities. As officers investigated, the subject made several attempts to provoke officers into a fight, but they were unsuccessful. A short time later, officers formulated an arrest plan and executed it. The subject was booked into jail. |

There’s significant DV history with the two; charges were filed. |

S1’s Felony Warrant was confirmed out of Oregon for Dangerous Drugs, and she was taken into custody as a Fugitive from Justice. S2 was released at the scene because the ORI Agency would not confirm his Felony Warrant. S1 was transported and booked into jail. |
