 NARRATIVE

Police responded to an assault with a firearm.  The victim reported to officers that two unknown suspects had hit him in the head, threw him to the ground, and pointed a gun at him. Officers determined that THE victim waited approximately 35-45 minutes to contact THE police. A K9 track was unsuccessful. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers were dispatched to an alarm and determined the house had been burglarized. Based on the two alarm trips, it appears the suspect(s) only spent a few minutes in the house. The loss is unknown at this time.

A married couple was in a verbal argument when the suspect became upset and threw a glass at the victim. The glass struck the victim in the head, requiring FIVE staples. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a domestic disturbance involving a knife and determined that while arguing with family members within the residence, the suspect threatened to stab and kill the victim with a knife he had grabbed from the kitchen. Other family members within the residence wrestled the knife away from the suspect. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a call of a possible burglary investigation and determined that an unknown and intoxicated suspect threw a rock through the window of the business and caused additional criminal damage to two vehicles parked nearby in the parking lot. The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

While investigating a call of an unwanted subject in the lobby, officers had to re-deploy to a domestic disturbance in progress. The officers discovered that there was a dispute between family members within the room because they had run out of drugs to smoke. While investigating, officers determined that there was a served, No Contact Order between the suspect and her mother. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

K9 Assist Official Agency to Kirkland Police. Kirkland and Bellevue K9 officers responded to a car prowl/mail theft in progress. Upon arrival, K9s tracked to a nearby parking lot where the suspects most likely had a vehicle staged.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a Fire Assist for a possible cardiac arrest. Upon arrival, officers began life-saving measures to include CPR and a NARCAN deployment. Officers were relieved on scene by BFD Medics. The subject was resuscitated, and while being transported to the hospital, perished aboard the ambulance. The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

A suspect shoplifted and was attempting to leave when the officer arrived on scene. The suspect did not comply with the officer’s commands, and he fled on foot. The officer quickly caught up to the suspect, and he was taken into custody.

 NARRATIVE

A subject was in a verbal argument with her neighbor when she knocked on his door, holding a kitchen knife. The subject didn’t make any threats and was not displaying the knife in a threatening manner. Officers were unable to establish probable cause. The subject appeared to be in crisis and was transported to the hospital for an evaluation.

 NARRATIVE

Security called stating, the subjects had attempted to prowl a vehicle in the parking garage. The suspects left in a vehicle. Officers located the vehicle, conducted a traffic stop, and contacted the suspects. During the investigative stop, officers determined the suspect had broken and stolen the side mirror from the victim vehicle. That suspect consented to a search of his vehicle. Officers recovered tools and items relating to catalytic converter thefts inside the vehicle. Suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia were also found in the vehicle and on the second suspect’s person. The first suspect was arrested and booked into jail.  The second suspect was released.

A victim had two flags stolen from his truck. One flag was in support of the POTUS, and the other was for a candidate for WA state governor. The suspect caused minor damage to the vehicle when the flags were removed.

Police responded to a call of a trespass in progress and determined that the suspect had multiple confirmed Warrants out of Bellevue and Seattle for Trespassing. Security officers on scene stated that the suspect had been given multiple warnings to leave their property; however, the suspect would not listen. He was arrested and booked into jail.

Police contacted the suspect during a traffic stop and determined that the suspect had Failed to Lawfully Transfer Title after purchasing her vehicle. The driver was advised she would be summoned in the mail with a court date and released at the scene.

Officers responded to a call of unwanted subjects who were located to the rear of a business and had a campfire.  Upon arrival, officers located the subjects and investigated. During the investigation, it was discovered one of the subjects had an active No-Bail Department of Corrections warrant.  The subject was ultimately arrested for his warrant and booked.

 NARRATIVE

An officer responded to a residence for a motor vehicle prowl and learned two vehicles had been prowled while parked overnight in a carport area.  Stolen from one of the vehicles was a loaded Beretta handgun (.25 caliber), which had been kept in the vehicle’s glove compartment.  The investigation is ongoing.

Officers located a suspect who has repeatedly trespassed at the above location and went by one of the victim’s places of work today, where he was also trespassed.  The suspect was found in the carport of the above location and was arrested for violating the trespass yet again.  Due to the suspect repeatedly violating the notice, as well as showing up at the workplace of one victim, the suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

A suspect was seen sitting in his vehicle near the south entrance to Gold Smith park.  The suspect was on the nod, and a suspected methamphetamine pipe was seen in his lap.  The suspect was detained for paraphernalia.

Bike Officers observed three suspects sitting in the parking lot, and they appeared to be on the nod.  Upon contact, suspected paraphernalia could be seen scattered around the inside of the vehicle.  All three were detained.  Suspect one was booked into jail for outstanding warrants.  Suspects two and three were released pending summons.  Suspected paraphernalia was recovered.

Loss prevention witnessed a suspect exiting the store with merchandise and attempted to stop him. Police contacted the suspect on NE 4th St, and he was taken into custody. The merchandise was returned to the store.

The victim and suspect are in a dating relationship.  The suspect grabbed the victim by her clothing and dragged her into the apartment when she attempted to leave, striking her head against the countertop, causing pain.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Three subjects forced entry into an apartment after ringing the doorbell.  Suspect one was armed with a black stun gun, suspect two was armed with a black handgun, and suspect three was unarmed.  The suspects asked where a roommate was who had recently moved out, and where his safe was located.  The suspects took the victim’s wallet and a pair of boots belonging to another roommate. The investigation is ongoing.

Twin brothers were involved in an argument.  One brother returned to the house to get his wallet and was confronted by the suspect.  The suspect fired one round from a .22 caliber handgun, striking a backpack worn on the suspect’s back. The suspect called 911 and reported the shooting.  The suspect was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to a welfare check of a woman who was claiming to have been assaulted and had blood on her hands.  Officers (along with Fire/Aid) arrived on scene and contacted the woman.  While speaking to the woman, officers learned she had been assaulted by her ex-boyfriend (suspect).  Officers also discovered the suspect was in violation of a DV No-Contact Order.  Based on their findings to that point, officers responded to the woman’s residence to continue their investigation and located the suspect.  Probable cause was established, and the suspect was arrested for the felony order violation.  He was booked into jail.

A suspect concealed baby products valued at $318, then left the store. Officers detained the suspect, and she was interviewed and released. The stolen merchandise was recovered.  Charges have been filed.

 NARRATIVE

Three suspects were seen in their vehicle near a hotel. It was discovered the registered owner had a warrant out for his arrest; however, the vehicle left the parking lot.  The vehicle was stopped nearby, and upon contacting the driver, the driver was discovered to be a lighter and tooter in his hand. The suspect was arrested, and several pieces of suspected paraphernalia were seen in the vehicle. Two other suspects were also detained.  They gave consent to search, and a small amount of suspected methamphetamine and heroin was discovered.  The suspects were released on scene, and a summons was filed.

Issaquah PD issued a bulletin for a vehicle involved in a Hit/Run, Theft, and Eluding.  The vehicle was later located abandoned at the above location. The vehicle also eluded Bothell PD earlier in the day and was involved in a Bellevue Theft in Crossroads (20-50007).  The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

A suspect slashed tires at the above location.  The suspect was confronted by employees and customers, then chased off the property and into the woods south of the location.  A perimeter was established, and a perimeter officer located the suspect when he jumped off a rockery directly in front of his patrol car.  He was taken into custody without incident. Suspected drug paraphernalia was located on suspect’s person. He was booked into jail.

An officer attempted to stop a vehicle for a title transfer violation. The driver of the vehicle drove into a dead-end street, striking an occupied residence.  The suspect fled on foot but was located and apprehended by a K9 officer. Suspected drugs were located in the vehicle after consent to search. The driver was arrested and booked into jail on multiple misdemeanor charges. Drug charges are pending.

Officers responded to an apartment complex after receiving a call about a woman being assaulted by her boyfriend.  Upon arrival, the suspect had fled, and the victim was located and interviewed.  A short time later, officers were notified by neighbors the suspect was still on the property.  Officers responded, located, and arrested the suspect without incident.  The suspect was ultimately transported to jail and booked.

 NARRATIVE

During a child exchange in Factoria, the victim’s ex-husband ran over her foot as he drove away with the victim standing by the vehicle. The victim had minor swelling and returned home to Kirkland, where she called 911. The suspect was unable to be located. The case was filed with the prosecutor.

A suspect called 911 to report her sister as being out of control.  The victim and suspect had physically assaulted each other. The victim was observed to have a bleeding laceration to her head caused by the suspect. The suspect booked into jail, and the victim went to the hospital.
