 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to a theft that just occurred.  The suspect was gone before the officers arrived.  Once on scene, the officers investigated and discovered a known suspect had entered the store and stolen $1,200 of merchandise.  As the suspect was leaving, he was seen entering the driver’s seat of a black car.  A further investigation revealed the vehicle was an unreported stolen. The vehicle and suspect are both outstanding.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect got into an argument with his cousin over car keys. The suspect retrieved a can of pepper spray from his room and sprayed his cousin and aunt in the eyes.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Troopers observed a stolen vehicle driving by and initiated a pursuit involving four troopers.  As Troopers attempted to stop the vehicle, the suspect fired two rounds, striking the trooper’s vehicle in the front push bar and in the upper passenger side windshield.  The suspect exited the vehicle southbound on Lakemont Blvd SE and fired again at troopers.  The Troopers utilized bean bags to take the suspect into custody after his firearm jammed.  As WSP investigated scene, Troopers requested BPD to assist with the road closure.  No Troopers were injured.

The victim refused to get water for the suspect.  The suspect became upset and threw items she was able to quickly grab at the victim.  The third item was a knife and struck the victim in the neck, leaving a laceration to his neck below his chin.  The suspect fled on foot and returned to scene after a phone call.  She was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Police contacted the suspect for a traffic violation and determined that the suspect was driving with a suspended license. Officers discovered that the suspect had an outstanding, confirmed warrant out of SPD for DUI in the amount of $50,000. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Police contacted the suspect for a traffic violation, Failing to Yield. The officer followed the slow-moving suspect vehicle multiple blocks before the suspect driver finally stopped. Upon contact, the investigating officer determined that the suspect was obviously impaired and heavily intoxicated. Following a DUI investigation, the suspect was arrested and processed for DUI.

An unknown suspect stole the victim’s vehicle that was parked in front of the hotel. The keys were inside the vehicle at the time of the theft.

Officers contacted two subjects camping on PSE property. The investigation revealed there was an active trespass order for both subjects. The subjects were removed, and charges were filed for both subjects.

An officer contacted an adult female victim via phone regarding a sexual assault. The assault was made known during a counseling session with a victim advocate. The victim alleged that her ex-boyfriend assaulted her during a date in 2017.  The case was referred to detectives.

An officer located a confirmed, possibly occupied stolen vehicle and initiated a high-risk stop.  The vehicle was clear, and no suspects were located. The vehicle was processed and released to the registered owner.

 NARRATIVE

Officers contacted the suspect for a social contact.  The suspect voluntarily provided information and the officer determined that the suspect had an outstanding warrant out of Redmond PD for MAL Mischief DV. The suspect was arrested, and upon being searched, officers found a small amount of suspected Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia on his person. The suspect was released into the custody of Redmond PD.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance in progress and determined that the suspect had violently assaulted his girlfriend by choking her during an argument. The victim had injuries consistent with the claims of assault. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to an assault report but could not locate a victim. While checking the outside perimeter of the business, officers located a heavily intoxicated suspect (suspect one) screaming for help and stuck in some bushes. The officer determined that while in the business, suspect one got into a fight with a second suspect because the second suspect was jealous of a third suspect. OFC’s assisted the first suspect with obtaining her bags, and due to her behavior and high level of intoxication, she was taken into protective custody.  While assisting her with her bags, officers observed a large amount of wadded up cash and condoms within her purse.  Suspecting criminal activity, the officer discovered that all three suspects had extensive criminal histories.  Suspects two and three could not be located. The case was transferred to detectives.

The victim and suspect, roommates, were in a verbal argument when the suspect intentionally spat onto the victim’s face.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Police responded to a theft that just occurred and located the suspect near the business and detained him for investigation of theft. The suspect was released when probable cause couldn’t be established; however, working with the business and investigating further, the officer was able to locate the stolen property hidden by the suspect and establish probable cause to arrest. The suspect could then not be located.  The suspect will be summoned in the mail with a court date.

While addressing a 50-60 vehicle Club Car, A traffic officer located an occupied stolen vehicle.  Following a high-risk stop, the officer was able to take the suspect into custody and book him in jail.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a suspicious subject knocking on the door. When they arrived, officers contacted an extremely intoxicated suspect who appeared to be lost and unable to find his apartment. The officer determined that the suspect had multiple, outstanding, confirmed MISD Warrants out of Bellevue and Seattle PD for DUI and Violation of Biological Interlock Device. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance in progress and determined that the suspect had slapped his girlfriend while arguing with her and causing her pain. Officers observed marks on the victim coinciding with her statements. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Officers responded to an assault in progress involving a customer and a clerk. As officers arrived, the suspect was leaving the store. An officer contacted the suspect, but he refused to comply, and he made threats to shoot the officer. Additional officers arrived on scene, to assist with the apprehension. Multiple officers worked to take the suspect into custody.  He was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

A BPD K9 officer and his partner responded to assist Kirkland Police with a fleeing suspect who was involved in a Violation of NCO DV and Assault of a protected victim. The K9 tracked the suspect a short way from the location, most likely indicating that the suspect left in a vehicle. The suspect was located by police a short while later at his father’s residence, taken into custody, and confirmed leaving the original scene in a vehicle.

A witness flagged down the officer after observing the suspect stealing merchandise from within the store. Suspect detained for investigation of Theft. Investigating officers discovered a baggy of suspected methamphetamine and paraphernalia. The suspect was arrested, and a subsequent search produced the f stolen merchandise from the business. The suspect was trespassed from the location and advised he would be summoned in the mail with a court date.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance involving a knife. After arriving, the officers determined that while arguing with her ex-boyfriend about finances, the suspect slapped him in the face and threatened him with a knife. She was arrested and booked into jail.

Officers contacted the suspects for a traffic violation and determined that suspect one was in violation of multiple Criminal Traffic Laws. Further, suspect two attempted to leave the location of the stop; however, before she could do so, officers observed drug paraphernalia near the location she was sitting within the vehicle in plain view. Suspect two was detained without incident, and officers then determined that she had an outstanding, confirmed felony warrant out of DOC for Escape Community Custody. Suspect one was advised he would be summoned in the mail with a court date for his Criminal Traffic Violations.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to the hotel regarding a DV in progress involving a knife. Officers contacted a male victim and a female suspect near the hotel room. Investigation revealed the victim (boyfriend) was attempting to leave when the suspect (girlfriend) attempted to prevent him from leaving by brandishing a kitchen knife.  A physical struggle occurred between the subjects as the victim attempted to remove the knife from the suspect, resulting in multiple minor lacerations on the victim’s hands. The female was arrested without incident and transported to KCJ for booking. The victim was medically cleared at the scene.
