Police contacted the suspect for a traffic violation for No License Plate on a vehicle and determined that the vehicle was stolen out of Seattle. The suspect was arrested, and both occupants admitted that they knew the vehicle was stolen and were keeping it because the registered owner owed them money. A consent search netted suspected drugs and burglary tool evidence. The suspects were booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a domestic disturbance in progress and determined that the suspect had assaulted his girlfriend while arguing with her, and that he had taken her cell phone away from her as she was trying to call Police. The suspect fled the residence before police arrived.  A perimeter was set, and a K9 officer and his partner initiated a track and located the suspect hiding a short distance away from.  He was arrested and booked into jail.

The suspect fled the residence before police arrived.  A perimeter was set, and a K9 officer and his partner initiated a track and located the suspect hiding in a garage of condos. He was arrested and booked into jail.

A victim texted an officer that a former boyfriend was violating a no-contact order and was on her boat with her.  Officers arrived and located the suspect at the location in violation of the order. The suspect was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Suspects drove through the neighborhood, stealing mail from over 10 victims and were followed by a neighbor who had observed the thefts and called 911.  The suspects were stopped and later admitted to stealing mail.  The suspects confessed they had concealed the mail under the cloth of the child seat where the suspect’s one-year-old child was sleeping.  CPS was notified, and charges were forwarded to the prosecutor.

A manager arrived at work and found the suspect inside of the business lying on the couch with the business’ mail and electronics stashed in a bag near him.  The suspect left the business with a bag of electronics after being confronted by the manager. A responding officer located the suspect walking away.  He was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to suspicious circumstances when a caller reported an unknown vehicle was parked in his driveway.  The vehicle’s plate was provided and matched the suspect vehicle that eluded 3rd shift officers last night.  The vehicle was unoccupied.  The investigation revealed the two occupants pulled into the driveway and dumped the vehicle within five minutes of eluding officers.  The vehicle was recovered and towed to the station to await the service of a warrant.

A suspect stole items from the store and then ran to a stolen vehicle.  The suspect dumped the stolen merchandise and fled on foot just before officers located the vehicle in the lot. Officers recovered the vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers contacted the driver for driving with a suspended license and discovered 11.2 grams of suspected methamphetamines following a search.  The driver gave consent to search the vehicle, and officers located an unreported stolen firearm.  The firearm was unlawfully possessed by the suspect, who was determined to be a convicted felon.  He was booked into jail.

Officers detained the suspect after seeing suspected paraphernalia in the parked vehicle. When directed to exit the vehicle, the driver attempted to get rid of evidence by throwing it under his vehicle. Officers located suspected Percocet pills. Charges were filed with the prosecutor.

The victim reported a suspect had broken out his front passenger window and threw his belongings out of his vehicle.  The victim located the suspect asleep inside his sleeping bag in the back of the SUV. The suspect admitted to breaking into the vehicle and stated she threw items out of vehicle to make room.  She was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Throughout the day, officers from both Bellevue and Redmond PDs were dispatched to check the welfare of a subject acting erratic and possibly under the influence of narcotics.  The subject, who is well known by officers, was contacted several times, but no crime could be established.  Eventually, at about 3:30 pm, officers once again responded to the same subject and determined he did meet Involuntary Commitment criteria. He was detained and transported to the hospital.

A suspect approached a shop with a gun in hand and pulled on the door 10 minutes prior to closing. The staff had already locked the front door as they cleaned up. The suspect ran away northbound after being unable to gain access.

The suspect stole $1200 in merchandise from the store.   When he was contacted by loss prevention, he discarded the merchandise and fled on foot.  Loss prevention chased after the suspect, who displayed a knife, and told them to stop following.  The suspect was located and detained by PD without incident.  The suspect was also found in possession of suspected paraphernalia.  He was booked into jail.
