Warrants

Officers responded to a call stating someone with an arrest warrant was in the business.  Officers were familiar with the suspect and responded accordingly.  Upon arrival, officers saw the suspect, and after a brief foot pursuit, the suspect was detained without incident.  The suspect’s domestic violence warrant was confirmed, and he was transported to Snohomish County Jail, where He was booked.

An officer attempted to stop the subject for a traffic violation. As the officer approached the vehicle, he saw the suspect slump over the steering wheel and passed out. Suspected drugs were seen in plain sight. The driver is on home detention and had an ankle monitor due to his 2-year sentence on his 2nd DUI. After failing field sobriety tests, the driver was arrested for his third DUI.  He was booked into jail.

A victim interrupted a burglary in their home. The victims followed a suspiciously parked vehicle leaving from the area at a high rate of speed and captured a plate from the vehicle and returned home.  The suspect had brought multiple tools to force entry into the home. The investigation is ongoing.

The suspect broke a dog fence and candle during an argument. The victim also reported the suspect had hit him in the face three days before.  Charges were filed with the prosecutor.

Officers were dispatched to assist Kirkland PD with an occupied commercial burglary at the city border.  Bellevue Officers assisted K95 with detaining the suspects and establishing a perimeter.

Domestic Disturbance

1900 Blk 102^nd Ave NE

The suspect threatened to shoot his ex-wife and her family over ongoing legal issues. The suspect called the victim repeatedly with the threats. A temporary warrant was put into the system, and it was believed the suspect was in a cabin near Leavenworth.  Chelan County SO located the suspect and made the arrest.

The suspect was in a verbal argument with his girlfriend, and police were called. It was determined that both subjects had warrants out of Kent PD. KPD only confirmed a DV warrant for the suspect. He was booked into jail.

Vice detectives posed as a 15-year-old girl and were contacted on social media by the suspect and were offered money in exchange for sex.  After numerous text exchanges, the suspect agreed to meet the detectives. He was arrested and booked into jail Commercial Sexual Abuse of a Minor (CSAM).

The suspect is part of a regional ID theft ring.  She and her associates would contact elderly women in shopping centers and solicit car repair services.  Once the victim would provide their credit cards, the suspects would use the cards to make fraudulent purchases.  Detectives assisted patrol in locating the suspect.  She was arrested.

Warrant Arrest / Criminal Traffic

Officers contacted the suspect during a traffic stop and determined the suspect lied about her name, was driving with a suspended license, and also had multiple warrants totaling over $10,000 dollars in bail. The suspect turned over to Bothell PD on the warrants without incident.  She was informed she would receive a summons for the criminal traffic violations and for providing fake names.

An officer discovered the registered owner of a vehicle had warrants from two different agencies for Theft and Introducing Contraband.  The suspect was arrested on his warrant and turned over to Kirkland PD without incident.

The call was Initially reported as a Priority 1 stabbing call when the victim stated he had been stabbed with scissors. The victim was less than cooperative but stated he saw the suspect on his car with a pair of scissors and misconstrued something to NORCOM.  The suspect’s vehicle was located outside of the victim’s apartment complex, but the suspect fled on foot and could not be located. The investigation is ongoing.

Unknown suspect/s entered a building under construction and stole multiple tools.  There were no signs of forced entry, but the key box containing keys to buildings at the site was cut from the wall and was missing.

Officers contacted a reporting party via phone regarding an assault that occurred in February 2021. The reporting party alleged a family member assaulted his pregnant girlfriend, which resulted in his girlfriend losing her child in March 2021. Initially, the reporting party did not want to cooperate with the girlfriend’s name or her present location. The officer followed up at the residence, and he was able to obtain a statement from the family member, which eventually led to a statement from the girlfriend. The reporting party and girlfriend did not live with the family member, and they were safe in a nearby city.  The officer was able to gather enough details for a report. The investigation is ongoing.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance in progress and determined that the female suspect had violently assaulted her boyfriend during an argument. She was arrested and booked into jail.  Further investigation determined that a second suspect had an outstanding felony warrant out of Seattle for Forgery in the amount of $25,000. He was arrested and booked into jail.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance in progress and determined that the extremely intoxicated suspect had assaulted his father and brother and trashed the apartment bathroom. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

NORCOM aired an area check for an apparent DUI driver northbound on 148^th Ave from SE 16^th St. Officers checked the area for the vehicle, and a motor officer located the vehicle at NE 20^th St., committing more violations. Officers arrested the driver after his breath test showed a blood-alcohol level of 207. He was advised he’d receive a summons in the mail and released to a friend.

Officer responded to an unwanted subject in a business’ parking lot accosting patients. The subject left when police told him to leave the property. The subject returned a short period later, so a trespass notice was served. The subject returned a 3rd time, so he was arrested and transported to jail.

An officer contacted a reporting party regarding an order violation. The reporting party stated that his girlfriend violated an active order by calling him via phone and texting him regarding an ongoing DV case between the subjects. The officer contacted the suspect, and she admitted to the text, violating the active order. However, she would not disclose her whereabouts. A summons was completed for the prosecutor.

Police contacted the suspect for a traffic violation and discovered the suspect driver asleep at the wheel of his vehicle and exhibiting the effects of impairment due to alcohol consumption. Officers initiated a DUI investigation and established probable cause.  The suspect was arrested and booked. The suspect was advised he would be summoned in the mail with a court date and released to a sober family friend.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance in progress and determined that the suspect had violently assaulted his girlfriend during an argument. He was arrested and booked into jail.

Assault

SE 8^th St / 140^th Ave SE

Over the last few weeks, patrol has been dealing with the suspect for jumping into the roadway near Lake Hills Connector in front of vehicles and he has been transported to the hospital multiple times.  Today, 911 callers reported the same behavior on Lake Hills Connector, but the suspect could not be immediately located.  Later in the day, the suspect approached a random victim walking on the sidewalk and elbow checked the victim in the side. The victim complained of minor pain, but there was no visible injury, and he declined aid.  The suspect was then located by police at NE 8^th St / 140^th Ave NE. The suspect claimed he jumped over a bush and accidentally bumped into the victim.  Due to the suspect’s escalating behavior, he was taken into physical custody and transported to jail for assault 4th degree.

Bothell PD arrested the subject on his Bellevue DV Assault warrant.  Officers took custody of the subject at the Brickyard Park & Ride and transported him to jail without incident.

The suspect concealed items left without paying for them.  When confronted by loss prevention, he fled on foot but was tracked by security and located by officers nearby. He was arrested and booked into jail without incident.

Assault

Officers responded to an assault that was related to a road rage incident. The injured party said that after a verbal exchange with the suspect, the subjects parked in a nearby parking lot. The suspect shouted that he had “nothing to lose” since his sister had overdosed the night before and challenged the victim to a fight. The subjects were in a fight that ended up on the ground after the injured party was punched in the face. An unknown witness broke up the fight, and the subjects left the area with minor injuries. Officers located the suspect; his family was present, and he appeared apologetic.  The officer informed the injured party of the update, and he chose not to press charges.

Police responded to a theft in progress and located the suspect’s vehicle fleeing the scene. Officers stopped the car for investigation of theft and observed what appeared to be stolen merchandise within the rear of the suspect’s vehicle. The suspect was arrested and advised she would be summoned in the mail with a court date. The stolen property was returned to the business.

False Statements/Criminal Traffic Arrest

Officers contacted the suspect for investigation of a warrant and determined that the suspect gave a false name because of an outstanding Felony DOC Warrant for his arrest. Further, the officer discovered the suspect was driving with a suspended license. Multiple attempts were made to book the suspect, but the Felony DOC Warrant was refused by KCJ, SCORE, Issaquah and Snohomish County jail facilities. The suspect was advised he would be summoned in the mail with a court date and released at the scene.
