Over the last few weeks, patrol has been dealing with the suspect for jumping into the roadway near Lake Hills Connector in front of vehicles and he has been transported to the hospital multiple times. Today, 911 callers reported the same behavior on Lake Hills Connector, but the suspect could not be immediately located. Later in the day, the suspect approached a random victim walking on the sidewalk and elbow checked the victim in the side. The victim complained of minor pain, but there was no visible injury, and he declined aid. The suspect was then located by police at NE 8th St / 140th Ave NE. The suspect claimed he jumped over a bush and accidentally bumped into the victim. Due to the suspect’s escalating behavior, he was taken into physical custody and transported to jail for assault 4th degree. |
