The reporting party heard a vehicle crash into a traffic sign and tree.  The male driver and female passenger fled the scene before police arrived. Both subjects were located within two blocks of collision.  The male was arrested for DUI and booked into jail.

The suspect came to the victim’s house in violation of a no-contact order and attempted to enter the house from a window and by knocking on the door.  Officers located the suspect hiding under a blanket in the laundry room of the apartment complex. The suspect had more than three Order Violations and was booked into jail.

A male called 911 and would not respond to dispatchers.  Officers responded to the location, and after 15 minutes of knocking, the male murmured, “Heart attack.”  The key card would not work for the door, it was dead-bolted, and the safety latch was secured.  Bellevue Fire attempted to breach the door but was unsuccessful.  Officers breached the door with a ram and found the male down in the living room area, conscious but unable to move.  He was transported to the hospital for treatment.

Officers contacted the suspect sitting in his vehicle about two DUI warrants associated with the registered owner.  The suspect was identified and arrested for the two DUI warrants out of Redmond PD.  Officers transported him to Redmond.

Security called about a male who had been trespassed but left belongings behind earlier in the evening with his ID in it and a stolen credit card. Officers contacted the suspect and discovered he had several warrants out for his arrest.  He was booked into jail.

A suspect stole a backpack and electronics from one store and then went to a second and stole shoes. He was contacted, arrested, and released at the scene with a summons.

Officers responded to investigate a potential domestic disturbance and determined the suspect was violating a served and valid no-contact order.  She was arrested for being in the same hotel room as the victim. Based on two previous convictions for order violations, the suspect was arrested for the felony order violation and booked into jail.

Officer initiated a traffic stop on the suspect’s vehicle for a failure to transfer title violation and determined the suspect was driving with a suspended license. The suspect was advised he would receive a summons in the mail with a court date and released at the scene.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance between the suspect and his wife.  Officers had contacted the suspect earlier in the day because of a warrant, and he was found to be carrying throwing knives on the earlier contact.  The subject was found hiding in the bushes when officers contacted him this evening. Once officers discovered him hiding in the bushes, he began to walk away, refused numerous commands to stop, and then began to jog away before thinking better of it.  He eventually stopped and was handcuffed where officers discovered he had a 6-inch fixed blade knife and three throwing knives concealed underneath his left arm.  Officers also found three Leathermans, a file, and a crowbar.  The domestic issue turned out to be verbal only, so the suspect was booked into jail on obstruction, dangerous weapons (furtively carried), and burglary tools.

The subject is a source of frequent 911 calls by businesses and citizens. She has been displaying mental/emotional behavior such as screaming at random people, swinging her arms wildly, talking incoherently, and other alarm behavior.  Additionally, she appears to be living out of her vehicle.  Officers contacted CARES and had them respond to provides services, which the subject declined.  The homeless outreach coordinator and the South Sector captain were notified via email.

The suspect sent a lewd video to his ex-girlfriend. There is an order in place, but the video was sent several months ago before the order was served.  The victim only wanted police to be aware of the incident and declined to press charges.

The subject entered a random occupied apartment with an unlocked front door and laid down on the bathroom floor. She was in a mental health crisis. There was no assault or damage.  She was successfully contacted without incident and transported to the hospital for a mental health evaluation.

Police contacted the suspect for a traffic violation and determined that he was driving with a suspended license.  He was also driving his vehicle with an illegally posted trip permit. The suspect was advised that he would be summoned in the mail with a court date and released at the scene.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance with a gun. Officers locked down the scene, set a perimeter, and staged the contact team. The contact team cleared the residence. There was no evidence of an assault or disturbance. Officers tracked down and made contact with the reported victim and her current boyfriend and determined that the ex-boyfriend of the victim had falsely reported the situation to police. The suspect could not be located, and a summons was sent in the mail.

A loss prevention officer approached a shoplift suspect, and the suspect fought with him and attempted to retain the stolen items. Police responded and contacted the suspect; he was arrested for Robbery 2. A search following the arrested netted numerous items of suspected narcotics paraphernalia. He was booked into jail.

Officers responded to assist loss prevention with an uncooperative shoplifter. The female subject attempted to steal about $413.00 worth of merchandise and refused to let loss prevention detain her in handcuffs. Police arrived on the scene and detained the female without incident. The female subject provided a false name and had suspected drug paraphernalia in her possession. She was positively identified and released at the scene, after being notified she would receive a summons in the mail.

An officer stopped a vehicle for a moving violation and recognized the driver as a subject with an outstanding felony warrant. He was arrested.

Catalytic Converter Theft

Officers responded to a car prowl in progress. The reporting party stated two male subjects were seen stealing a catalytic converter off one of his trucks. Multiple officers responded to the area and located the vehicle nearby. The vehicle fled from police and was later found unoccupied. A K9 track was conducted, but no suspects were located. The vehicle was seized as evidence and towed back to the station.

Police responded to a complaint of a large party.  When officers arrived, they were confronted with over 200-300 early 20-year-old individuals who had been drinking.  Multiple cars were parked illegally, and there were possible physical fights occurring.  Due to the size of the crowd, enforcement options were limited.  Officers arrived on scene, and the individuals quickly dispersed.   Aid was provided to a male with a head laceration. He declined to speak with police.  Residents at the party house were identified and advised they will be cited for any future noise ordinance violations.  Neighbors were notified of the situation and told to call police immediately if disturbances continued.

An unknown suspect stole a vehicle overnight. The vehicle was equipped with LoJack, and Washington State Patrol recovered the vehicle about an hour late.

Weapons Complaint

Officers responded to a subject seen holding a firearm in a parked vehicle.  While officers were en-route, the vehicle was in was leaving the parking structure.  Officers located the vehicle and conducted a high-risk stop.  The vehicle yielded, and two subjects were detained.  The investigation revealed the reporting party only saw one subject holding (what appeared to be) a firearm.  At no point did the subject point the weapon in anyone’s direction, and the reporting party wasn’t threatened.  Inside the vehicle, two realistic (an exact replica of a Glock) appearing pellet guns were located. Based on the circumstances, one subject was placed under arrest for a weapons violation.

A suspect approached officers on a DUI stop and advised them that he had a warrant for his arrest, and he thought the officer seemed like a nice officer. The warrant was confirmed, and the subject was booked into jail.
