A male called 911 and would not respond to dispatchers. Officers responded to the location, and after 15 minutes of knocking, the male murmured, “Heart attack.” The key card would not work for the door, it was dead-bolted, and the safety latch was secured. Bellevue Fire attempted to breach the door but was unsuccessful. Officers breached the door with a ram and found the male down in the living room area, conscious but unable to move. He was transported to the hospital for treatment. |

NARRATIVE
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance between the suspect and his wife. Officers had contacted the suspect earlier in the day because of a warrant, and he was found to be carrying throwing knives on the earlier contact. The subject was found hiding in the bushes when officers contacted him this evening. Once officers discovered him hiding in the bushes, he began to walk away, refused numerous commands to stop, and then began to jog away before thinking better of it. He eventually stopped and was handcuffed where officers discovered he had a 6-inch fixed blade knife and three throwing knives concealed underneath his left arm. Officers also found three Leathermans, a file, and a crowbar. The domestic issue turned out to be verbal only, so the suspect was booked into jail on obstruction, dangerous weapons (furtively carried), and burglary tools. |

Multiple cars were parked illegally, and there were possible physical fights occurring. Due to the size of the crowd, enforcement options were limited. Officers arrived on scene, and the individuals quickly dispersed. Aid was provided to a male with a head laceration. He declined to speak with police. Residents at the party house were identified and advised they will be cited for any future noise ordinance violations. Neighbors were notified of the situation and told to call police immediately if disturbances continued. |

Officers responded to a subject seen holding a firearm in a parked vehicle. While officers were en-route, the vehicle was in was leaving the parking structure. Officers located the vehicle and conducted a high-risk stop. The vehicle yielded, and two subjects were detained. The investigation revealed the reporting party only saw one subject holding (what appeared to be) a firearm. At no point did the subject point the weapon in anyone’s direction, and the reporting party wasn’t threatened. Inside the vehicle, two realistic (an exact replica of a Glock) appearing pellet guns were located. Based on the circumstances, one subject was placed under arrest for a weapons violation. |
