An officer responded to a 911 “hang-up” call and learned the caller noticed a funny smell coming from an apartment across the street. The warrant was confirmed, and he was subsequently placed in custody without incident. He was booked into jail. |

Police responded to a domestic disturbance and contacted an uncooperative victim. Officers attempted to contact the suspect multiple times but couldn’t locate him. The suspect will be summoned in the mail with a court date. |

An employee reported that one of their vehicles was stolen overnight. He advised that the suspect struck other vehicles in the lot when they took off with the rental car. The vehicle was later tracked to a location in Seattle by SPD. The owner responded to the scene and recovered the vehicle. |

Police responded to a disturbance involving a firearm. Upon arrival, officers determined that the suspect had threatened the victim with a rifle while arguing in the parking lot of the apartment complex. The victim stated that he thought the suspect was going to “shoot and kill him.” The victim reported observing the suspect entering an apartment after the altercation. Probable cause was established for Investigation of Assault 1. Officers set up a perimeter and contacted the suspect at the front of the residence. The suspect was detained without incident, and officers located the rifle in the backyard of the residence and identified it as a very realistic-looking pellet gun. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail. |

Officers observed that the suspect had been given multiple warnings and was provided with resources during previous contacts. The suspect was detained without incident. An independent witness at the scene identified the suspect and observed him taking the merchandise. Probable cause was established, the suspect was arrested and booked into jail. |

Both victims have protection orders against the suspect. The victims returned home to their residence to find the suspect’s vehicle in the driveway. After a few minutes, the suspect appeared from around the side of the house on foot and returned to his vehicle and left. The suspect returned a couple of minutes later and got in a verbal argument with one of the victims. The protection order prohibited contact by the suspect and prohibited the suspect from being at the residence. An officer located the suspect nearby stopped and arrested him for the order violations. He was booked into jail. |

Police responded to assist Redmond Police. RPD advised that they had established probable cause for the arrest of the suspect for DUI and resisting arrest. BPD officers arrived on scene and helped with setting a perimeter. It was later discovered that the suspect’s vehicle was reported stolen. An extensive K9 track was conducted, but the suspect appeared to have escaped the perimeter. RPD is investigating. |

Redmond PD conducted a traffic stop around 0400 hours. The suspect ran from the scene during the field sobriety test. After the suspect ran, Redmond PD discovered the vehicle the suspect was driving was stolen. Redmond PD conducted a K9 track with the assistance of Bellevue PD. At 0626 hours, a suspect (believed to be the same from the Redmond PD incident) carjacked the victim of knifepoint at the Redmond Park Apartments. The stolen vehicle was captured on a traffic camera driving southbound on 148th Ave NE and entering SR 520. The vehicle was recovered by Seattle PD and the suspect was later arrested. |

Loss prevention witnessed a subject stealing approximately $1,000 worth of merchandise from a front display rack and attempted to detain the subject as she fled on foot from the location. Officers arrived to investigate and pursued the theft subject in a short foot pursuit down Bellevue Way NE, which resulted in the subject surrendering and being placed into police custody without further incident. The loss prevention agent recognized the subject from previous thefts at the location, which resulted in an estimated $10,000 worth of stolen merchandise. The subject was transported and booked into jail for investigation of Organized Retail Theft 1st degree. |
