NARRATIVE
The subject got into a verbal argument with his neighbor over cutting down a 50-year-old tree on the neighbor’s property. During the argument, the subject produced and showed an unloaded pistol to the neighbor and made threats. The neighbor took the threat seriously and called the police. The subject surrendered to police without incident and was cooperative with the investigation. Charges were filed through the prosecutor’s office. |

NARRATIVE
Officers responded to reports of a male and female arguing. Officers located the two subjects and found out the male and female were arguing because the female half found out her married boyfriend had another girlfriend. The male alleged the female pushed him, and the female alleged she was head-butted by the male, in addition to him kicking her car and causing damage. Officers determined the male was the primary aggressor in the physical altercation, and he was arrested for DV Assault 4 and Malicious Mischief 3. He was booked into jail. |

The same suspect that officers responded to earlier in the day was involved in a dispute with guests. Officers on scene developed probable cause for two counts of harassment, one count of assault 4, and one count of malicious mischief from the morning incident in which the suspect had slashed tires on a vehicle. The suspect was arrested without incident and booked into jail. |

An employee called to report a subject who hadn’t paid for his room was back to pick up his items. The subject had been evicted the night before. The subject was contacted at the hotel and was found to have a nationwide extraditable warrant out of Arkansas for a parole violation for dangerous drugs. The Arkansas Board of Parole was contacted and confirmed they would fly out to extradite him. The subject was booked in jail for Fugitive from Justice. The subject also had drugs and a significant amount of cash on him. Officers will continue with a drug investigation. |

Officers assisted the King County Sheriff’s Office with taking a male suspect into custody who had assaulted his wife in front of their grandson two days ago. The grandson told his mother about it today, and the KCSO was called. The KCSO deputy advised the husband had been physically abusing his wife for the last 11 years. The KCSO deputy responded to Bellevue and took the suspect into custody without incident. |

Officers responded to a 911 call where the caller stated he was robbed by knife and gunpoint. During the investigation, the caller changed his story three times. Eventually, video surveillance was obtained, and the video did not match the caller’s story. Officers didn’t find any shell casing in the area where the caller stated it happened. People in the area of the incident stated they did not hear any gunshots. Officers took a report for documentation. |

The suspects stole merchandise ($300+) and were followed by security. Probable cause was given quickly to officers, and the suspects were taken into custody in the parking lot. The merchandise was recovered as well as numerous prescription narcotics possessed illegally. Drug diversion was given to one suspect. They both will be summoned in the mail with a court date for the shoplift. |

The victim’s ex-boyfriend assaulted, strangled, and told the victim he was going to kill her while they were hanging out at her house. The assault was reported two days later, but the victim still had visible injuries. The victim does not know where the suspect lives. Officers were not able to reach the suspect by phone. Charges were forwarded to the prosecutor’s office. |

Officers investigated a domestic violence assault that was delayed in reporting between an estranged married couple. Officers attempted to locate the outstanding suspect but were not able to do so. A safety plan was put in place with the victim. During the early morning hours, the victim defied the safety plan and allowed the suspect back into her residence. The victim called the police, and the suspect was taken into custody without incident and booked into jail. |

Officers responded to a suspect and victim who were involved in a verbal argument over a previous incident involving a child in common. The argument became heated, and the suspect kicked a 12-year-old child (non-biological child) in the stomach, causing pain. The suspect prevented the child’s mother from calling the police and fled the scene. The suspect then called to provide his side of the story and claimed to be in a nearby city. A request was made for the local jurisdiction to contact the suspect. The investigation is ongoing. |

Officers responded to a report of an assault. They met with the victim, who advised them that she was struck with several punches over the head by an unknown female while walking down Main St. Officers subsequently located the suspect, who was mental-emotional and possibly on drugs. She was very agitated with the officers. She spoke about her hatred for the Mexican Cartel and how she believed the victim was sent by them to track her. She also spoke about how Jeff Bezos was also destroying her life by sending people after her. CARES arrived on scene, but she refused any help from them. She was charged with “Assault In the 4th degree”. |
