The suspect was behaving erratically and was involved in an argument with the victim. The suspect made statements about killing anyone he wants during an argument with the victim and brandished what would later turn out to be a pellet gun. The victim thought the suspect might kill him and walked away to call 911. Officers detained the suspect without incident. The suspect also had a distinctive tattoo of the Michael Jordan Jumpman logo under his left eye. After providing a fake name and claiming to be a juvenile, the investigating officer determined the suspect’s true identity. He was an adult. The suspect was booked into jail without incident. |

A victim called in because she was following her vehicle, which she claimed had been stolen (unreported) by a previous roommate out of Federal Way a few days prior. The victim refused repeated requests to stop following her vehicle. The suspect vehicle fled from the victim and ended up turning south on 110th Ave NE from NE 8th St and into the northbound lanes. The responding officer happened to be driving north on 110th Ave NE and initiated a high-risk stop while facing the suspect vehicle. The male suspect and female driver were detained without incident. The evidence did indicate that it was likely the suspect did not have permission to take the vehicle and lied about his name to the investigating officer. The victim did not want to press charges and only wanted her vehicle back. The male suspect had numerous warrants and was booked into jail, and the female driver will be receiving a summons for driving while suspended and reckless driving. |

The caller reported that her husband was hitting their son. Officers arrived and contacted all parties. After a brief argument, the suspect exited the car, and a physical altercation took place between the suspect and the victim. The suspect was arrested and booked for DV assault 4. |

The victim was walking along when a dark-colored sedan entered the parking lot and stopped near the victim. A female exited the car and walked up to the victim and held out her hand and said “namaste,” and gave the victim some jewelry, then reached up and ripped the necklace that the victim was wearing from her neck. The female got back into the passenger side of the car accompanied by a male driver, and they fled the scene. |

The victim reported that the suspect called him a derogatory name and threatened to stab him. This caused the victim to be fearful, and he left the area. Responding officers located the possible suspect, who didn’t want to talk to the officers but stayed in the area. Officers kept an eye on the suspect and waited for another officer to do a field show-up with the victim. Once the victim positively identified the suspect, the officer made a coordinated effort to safely take the suspect into custody. The suspect was booked into jail for Felony Harassment. |

Officers contacted the person in the vehicle and discovered mail in the vehicle with multiple potential victims out of Newcastle. The investigation will be forwarded to the postal investigator. |

The victim reported that she last saw her vehicle the previous afternoon around 1400 hours. She advised that earlier this morning, she discovered it stolen. Officers on scene discovered that the vehicle was involved in a one-car collision around 0300 hours and was impounded by WSP. WSP advised the suspect who crashed the vehicle was not located. The investigation into this matter is ongoing. |
