 NARRATIVE

The 911 caller stated a passenger in a vehicle at the gas station pointed a gun at him and then walked away “..into the darkness”.  Employee interviews and street camera video didn’t corroborate the reporting party’s story.  The reporting party appeared to be under the influence of drugs. He was trespassed at the employee’s request.

The reporting party stated BMW and Officer Bruce Lee (unknown department) placed a tracker in his vehicle.  He confronted the maintenance section of BMW.  A records check showed that the reporting party had three felony warrants, including DOC Escape. He was arrested without incident and booked into jail.

An unknown suspect broke the victim’s window at 04:30 am when she was sleeping. A fire extinguisher was located outside the broken window. The family said it was not theirs. The extinguisher was disposed of before police arrived and was not recoverable.

A victim called 911 to report that her ex-husband had violated the valid and served protection order by emailing her three times today.  Charges were forwarded to Prosecutors Office.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect was behaving erratically and was involved in an argument with the victim. The suspect made statements about killing anyone he wants during an argument with the victim and brandished what would later turn out to be a pellet gun. The victim thought the suspect might kill him and walked away to call 911.  Officers detained the suspect without incident. The suspect also had a distinctive tattoo of the Michael Jordan Jumpman logo under his left eye.  After providing a fake name and claiming to be a juvenile, the investigating officer determined the suspect’s true identity. He was an adult. The suspect was booked into jail without incident.

 NARRATIVE

A victim called in because she was following her vehicle, which she claimed had been stolen (unreported) by a previous roommate out of Federal Way a few days prior.  The victim refused repeated requests to stop following her vehicle.  The suspect vehicle fled from the victim and ended up turning south on 110th Ave NE from NE 8th St and into the northbound lanes. The responding officer happened to be driving north on 110th Ave NE and initiated a high-risk stop while facing the suspect vehicle. The male suspect and female driver were detained without incident.  The evidence did indicate that it was likely the suspect did not have permission to take the vehicle and lied about his name to the investigating officer.  The victim did not want to press charges and only wanted her vehicle back.  The male suspect had numerous warrants and was booked into jail, and the female driver will be receiving a summons for driving while suspended and reckless driving.

 NARRATIVE

The caller reported that her husband was hitting their son.  Officers arrived and contacted all parties.  The suspect was contacted sitting outside the hotel room and stated that he had been confronted by his wife and son while he was drinking in his car.  After a brief argument, the suspect exited the car, and a physical altercation took place between the suspect and the victim. The suspect was arrested and booked for DV assault 4.

 NARRATIVE

The victim was walking along when a dark-colored sedan entered the parking lot and stopped near the victim.  A female exited the car and walked up to the victim and held out her hand and said “namaste,” and gave the victim some jewelry, then reached up and ripped the necklace that the victim was wearing from her neck.  The female got back into the passenger side of the car accompanied by a male driver, and they fled the scene.

The victim reported that the suspect called him a derogatory name and threatened to stab him. This caused the victim to be fearful, and he left the area.  Responding officers located the possible suspect, who didn’t want to talk to the officers but stayed in the area.  Officers kept an eye on the suspect and waited for another officer to do a field show-up with the victim.  Once the victim positively identified the suspect, the officer made a coordinated effort to safely take the suspect into custody. The suspect was booked into jail for Felony Harassment.

A victim reported that her ex-husband has been sending her email messages in violation of her served protection order.  The victim calls nearly every day to report more violations.  The emails are not threatening.  The officer called to inform the suspect to stop sending emails to the victim, as they are a violation and charges are being forwarded for each instance.  The officer left a message due to the suspect not answering his phone.

An unknown suspect exposed himself to a female victim at the complex’s workout facility.  The suspect may be a resident at the complex, as the victim has seen the suspect in the facility before.  The victim didn’t report the incident to the police until three hours after it occurred.  The victim didn’t want to press charges at this time but was encouraged to call police again if she (or apartment management) learns the identity of the suspect.

Officer contacted the subject in his car at the park after dark.  The male was asleep in the driver’s seat, and the officers noticed a gun in the cup holder in the center console.  The gun was determined to be loaded, and the male was educated on the park hours and the RCW for appropriate ways to carry the firearm.  The firearm was clear.

After repeated calls regarding the subject obstructing traffic and causing other issues, he went to the mall in violation of a recent trespass. He was arrested and booked into jail.

The two subjects walked into a vehicle repair business and began trying to get into multiple vehicles.  The employees did not like this, so they called the police.  The subjects were still standing on the property when the police arrived.  They were trespassed from the business.  One of the subjects was arrested for violating a protection order by being with the other; he was booked into jail.

The suspect concealed several shoes from the store. When he was contacted by loss prevention, he became combative and swung a metal object at them, which ended up cutting one of the LPs in the hand.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail for robbery without incident.

Officers were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle in the area of recent car prowls.  As police arrived, the suspect fled the area in a vehicle that was later observed at a gas station. Officers located the prowled vehicle with nothing found to be missing or damaged.  Officers contacted the person in the vehicle and discovered mail in the vehicle with multiple potential victims out of Newcastle.  The investigation will be forwarded to the postal investigator.

The suspects stopped next to the victim. The passenger, a female, frisked the victim’s upper body, apparently looking for jewelry. The victim wasn’t wearing any, so the suspects drove away. The victim wasn’t injured.  On 9/01, two similar suspects driving a similar vehicle stole a gold necklace off the neck of a similar victim (21-42284).

The victim reported that she last saw her vehicle the previous afternoon around 1400 hours. She advised that earlier this morning, she discovered it stolen. Officers on scene discovered that the vehicle was involved in a one-car collision around 0300 hours and was impounded by WSP. WSP advised the suspect who crashed the vehicle was not located. The investigation into this matter is ongoing.
