Police responded to a (2) vehicle collision and determined that the suspect had crashed his vehicle into an illegally parked touring bus. The officer observed that the suspect driver appeared to be exhibiting the effects of impairment due to alcohol consumption and driving. He initiated a DUI investigation and established probable cause. The suspect was arrested, processed and released to a sober friend. |

KC Metro called about a male touching riders inappropriately. The bus and possible victim had left before officers arrived. The King County Sherriff’s Office was unable to provide a deputy. The KC Metro supervisor pointed out the suspect, who was observed in the transit center by officers trying to open a metro drivers’ backpack. When he was contacted, the suspect threatened to punch officers and then directed his attention to the KC Metro supervisor. He told the supervisor he was going to punch him and then made motions to follow through. He was stopped by officers and arrested for harassment. A victim from the bus called police, stating the suspect had groped her. The crime occurred in Seattle on the bus. The suspect was summonsed for the assault through the Seattle municipal court and booked into jail. |

Police contacted the subject during an emphasis patrol in the parking garage for a misdemeanor vehicle violation. During the contact, a small glass vial containing 13 oxycodone hydrochloride 30 mg “perc 30s” pills was located, along with several pieces of drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. The SUV was seized pending a search warrant for a drug investigation. The subject was released and trespassed from the property. |

The suspect took an expensive power tool from a locked cage and loaded up other items totaling $2,000 dollars into a shopping cart. The suspect walked past all registers and attempted to leave the store with the stolen merchandise, where he was contacted by loss prevention. The suspect abandoned the cart, and officers contacted and arrested him outside of the store. The suspect was booked into jail without incident. |

An alarm company was actively monitoring a live feed and contacted police when two subjects entered their construction site. Responding officers contacted one suspect on the east side of the construction site near Bellevue Way and found him to be in possession of burglary tools. A second suspect was contacted in a parking garage on the west side of the construction site in her white vehicle. The first suspect later admitted he was looking for things to steal because he needed money for his fentanyl addiction. Both suspects were booked into jail without incident. |

A suspect was stopped at a light for about 15 minutes, missing multiple green lights, prompting the reporting party to call it in. An officer arrived on scene and found the suspect slumped over at the wheel and an obvious marijuana odor coming from the car. After finally waking, the suspect refused to perform field sobriety tests and was arrested for DUI. Based on a previous conviction for DUI, the suspect was booked into jail. |

Officers responded to reports of a possible prowler in the area and contacted a suspicious female who provided a fake name. She said she was going to her car and was later contacted in a confirmed stolen vehicle out of Renton. A male passenger was temporarily detained, but after probable cause could not be established for him, and the agency issuing his DV Warrant would not confirm it, he was released. The female suspect was arrested on a Renton warrant and booked into jail without incident. Charges for Possession Stolen Vehicle are pending. |

A suspect threatened to kill his mom during a verbal argument. He stated that he was going to go to his car and get a gun. The victim watched as the suspect went to the trunk of his car. The victim was sure it was for a gun and truly thought he would kill her. The suspect saw officers and ran through the business complex to the south. Officers were able to locate him inside a business on the second floor in a bathroom. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. Officers did not locate a gun. The vehicle was being driven by the suspect’s girlfriend and left as officers were looking for him. Officers stopped the car, and the girlfriend would not tell officers if he had a gun or not. The suspect was booked into jail.. |

A caller reported watching two subjects smoking a substance off tin foil and then pass out in the vehicle. Upon contact, the passenger exited and was compliant with police. The driver, despite a warning from police and his friend, started the vehicle and quickly pulled away, striking the vehicle next to him. Officers were able to move out of the way and avoid a confrontation. The vehicle was observed leaving, but officers did not initiate a stop as it would have likely caused further collisions. The vehicle was impounded for a search warrant. The first suspect was released at the scene. The second suspect was booked into jail. |

The case was forwarded to the prosecutor. |
