 NARRATIVE

The suspect violated a valid no-contact order against him by willingly being with the victim inside his home. The suspect was located in his vehicle and admitted to being in possession of a loaded firearm, also a violation of the no-contact order. He was arrested and booked into jail.  Officers seized the firearm after consent was given to retrieve it from his vehicle.

The reporting parted stated that an unknown suspect had broken into the business and stolen a cash drawer and an iPad. The suspect broke a glass door with a rock to get into the business.

Officers responded to a burglary and met with the store owner, who advised that a suspect had broken into the location and stolen the cash register. However, he advised that prior to closing, they removed the money from it so therefore, the register was empty.

A male and female victim stated the suspect handcuffed a female victim and demanded the male victim give him $2,000 for allegedly stealing pills from him. The suspect is known by both victims. One victim said the suspect was armed with a bat and a knife. The suspect ended up stealing a victim’s vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.

An officer responded to investigate a shoplift and contacted the subject sitting in a vehicle for the theft. The officer recovered the stolen merchandise, and the business only wanted the subject trespassed. The officer arrested the subject on an outstanding warrant and booked him into jail.

An officer located a recently reported stolen vehicle out of Kirkland. The victim was able to track his vehicle via GPS. The officers located the unoccupied stolen vehicle and recovered it for the victim.

 NARRATIVE

A victim from a previous Bellevue case (22-21398) called in to report he had tracked his stolen cell phone to the mall.  Officers located the suspect in a bathroom stall and arrested him without incident on his active warrant.  The officers recovered the victim’s cell phones and other personal property from the suspect. He was booked into jail without incident.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to a disturbance, and when they arrived, they determined no crime had been committed. The suspect departed shortly after officers arrived.  The officer recognized the suspect and determined he had numerous misdemeanor warrants out for his arrest. Officers recontacted the suspect. He was arrested and booked into jail.

Security reported subjects possibly smoking something off foil in the parking garage.  Officers contacted and trespassed all three subjects in the car.  One suspect had a felony warrant and was arrested and booked into jail without incident.

An officer observed the subject driving while his license was suspended. The officer conducted a traffic stop and noticed a gun sticking out of his waistband.  He was arrested and booked into jail.

Officers patrolling the above location saw two suspects attempt to sell/give a fentanyl pill to a third suspect. Officers contacted the first two suspects and seized the suspected narcotics.  Both were given statutory referrals.

The caller reported that her son’s vehicle was stolen. She advised the officers that an unknown suspect had taken her son’s vehicle while he was away at college. She also advised the officer that the last time she saw the vehicle was on 4/19/22. She doesn’t know who could have taken his vehicle.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect assaulted a metro bus driver when he asked her to leave the bus for not paying her bus fare. The suspect punched the driver and then sprayed him with pepper spray. As the suspect was exiting the bus, another witness was attempting to help the driver by asking the suspect to just get off the bus and the suspect sprayed him with pepper spray as well. Officer arrived and arrested the suspect. She was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Security called yesterday reporting a suspect causing problems and who was carrying a machete, although it was not in play. During the incident, security reported the suspect raised a stick above his head and made a threatening statement. He then threw the stick at the security officer before fleeing. The suspect returned to the area today, prompting security to call police.  Officers located the suspect and arrested him on probable cause from yesterday’s events. The suspect still had the machete on his person, and it still was not in play. It was booked into evidence for safekeeping.  The suspect was booked into jail without incident.

A driver drove her car inside the old Starbucks located adjacent to the Factoria QFC.  Her vehicle was still drivable and was driven out of the business and secured.  The driver was uninjured and given a courtesy ride home.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to an assault investigation yesterday and determined that the suspect had assaulted a security officer. They could not locate the suspect after the incident. Today, the suspect returned and again was creating a disturbance. He was arrested and booked into jail for the assault and an outstanding warrant.

Police responded to a shoplifter who had been detained by security and determined that the suspect had concealed items on her person and attempted to leave the business without paying. The suspect was arrested, and she was advised she would be summoned in the mail with a court date and released at the scene.

Police responded to a theft in progress and were advised that the suspects had already fled the business. The officers learned that the manager had attempted to contact a suspect to prevent the theft and that the suspect pushed him out of the way to escape. The manager stated that he recognized the suspect from prior thefts from the store. The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

The suspects were passed out in a stolen truck. Officers pinned the truck in with their vehicles and attempted contact with the two suspects.  One suspect woke up, and officers saw a firearm in his outer jacket pocket. The second suspect then woke up and exited the truck. Officers learned the gun was loaded and stolen. They recovered body armor, suspected narcotics, IDs, and other stolen property, including an $8000 bike in the truck. Both suspects were arrested and booked into jail. The bike was returned to its owner.

The reporting party called 911 to report that a previously trespassed subject was back on the property. Officers arrived and confirmed the trespass. The suspect was arrested and on a summons.

Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle, and they observed the suspect sitting in his vehicle with suspected drug paraphernalia all around him. It was also determined that he had a warrant out for his arrest. He was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The suspects concealed expensive bottles of liquor in a bag and attempted to leave the store when they were confronted by an employee.  One of the suspects sprayed something at the victim that the victim believed was pepper spray and fled in a red van.  Responding officers located the van, but it refused to stop and was last seen going south on I-405.  The investigation is ongoing.

The suspect was passed out at the wheel of her car on Northup Way.  Officers detected obvious signs of impairment. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Security reported a subject had entered the secure parking garage.  The suspect was seen on camera going towards the bicycle rack and then a few moments later walking back over with what turned out to be a $6,000 dollar bicycle.  Officers located the suspect leaving the building with the bicycle and detained him.  Officers established probable cause and during a search, located wire cutters on the suspect that were likely used to cut the cable on the bike lock.  He was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect took four jackets worth approximately $600 dollars and left the store. Security advised the suspect had gotten on a bus and provided the bus number.  Officer contacted KC Metro and asked for the bus to stop.  The bus driver stopped at NE 8th and 116th, and the suspect was detained. He was arrested and booked into jail. The merchandise was recovered and returned.

 NARRATIVE

Security alerted officers that a suspect attempted to pass a counterfeit $100.00 bill during a transaction and exited the location when the transaction was declined. Officers contacted the suspect and learned he had an outstanding warrant. A second suspect successfully completed a fraudulent transaction with counterfeit $100.00 bills and was arrested. Both suspects were arrested and booked into jail. $1200 in counterfeit bills were seized from the suspects.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a strong-armed robbery that had just occurred. Dispatch told the officers one suspect was last seen exiting the business and getting into a car driven by a second suspect. Officers located the suspects’ vehicle and attempted a stop, but the suspects eluded. The third suspect could not be located. Loss prevention reported that while attempting to detain the suspect, he pushed him out of the way. The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a strong-armed robbery that had just occurred and, within seconds, detained the suspect without incident. Officers determined that the suspect had forcibly taken a bag from the victim, causing her to fall and injure herself. The victim stated that the suspect demanded money from her and stole her bag. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail. The stolen property was returned to the victim.

 NARRATIVE

While following up on an attempted car prowl and obstructing case (#22-20599), a business owner contacted the officer and told him his business had also been burglarized. The officer investigated and determined that the items seized from the suspect belonged to the victim’s business. The stolen items included tools, vehicle keys and a firearm. The suspect was summoned with a court date for the new crimes listed above.

The suspect was involved in a hit and run. An uninvolved officer contacted the suspect on an unrelated social contact. The social contact developed into an investigation for suspicion of DUI. A traffic officer responded and identified the suspected DUI driver as the same driver related to a hit and run. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

The victim called, stating his stolen truck was in Bellevue. It was shown in the area of Factoria. Officers located the stolen truck in the mall parking lot with a female asleep in the driver’s seat. Officers called the female out of the car and arrested her. She was booked into jail.

A business owner got a notification that someone was on her property. She could see via CCTV that two males had disabled the gates and were wandering around the back of the business. An officer arrived to find an open door and a broken window. No suspects were located.

 NARRATIVE

A motorist called in about a suspect driving erratically. Before patrol could get there, the suspect crashed through a fence into multiple cars. The witnesses observed the suspect run from the vehicle, and officers found him about a block away. He was arrested for DUI and Hit & Run. He was booked into jail.

The suspect was arrested for DV assault after a physical altercation with her boyfriend.  The boyfriend had a minor injury to his head when he was punched.  The subject also had a minor injury but refused to provide her account of the incident; she said nothing physical had occurred.  The female suspect was found to be the primary aggressor. She was arrested and booked into jail.
