NARRATIVE
A juvenile suspect stole a purse from a baby stroller in Bellevue Square Mall, which was next to the victim as she was seated in a common area. The victim’s husband chased the juvenile suspect and his adult accomplice. The suspects were chased out of Bellevue Square by the victim and citizens to a waiting suspect vehicle with Oregon license plates. The suspects fled downtown Bellevue in the suspect vehicle. Motor officer Tomlinson spotted the suspect vehicle exiting at SB I-405 at Coal Creek Pkwy. He followed the vehicle and eventually attempted a traffic stop. The suspect vehicle fled. The vehicle was ditched at a church near Newport Hills Park. Two persons were detained and the two suspects fled on foot. One of the two suspects was capture shortly thereafter. Seattle K9, Renton PD, Newcastle PD, Guardian One, and Bellevue SWAT assisted in attempting to locate the final suspect. After several hours and more chasing around backyards/jumping fences the second suspect was captured in Newcastle. Juvenile suspect arrested for Theft 2 and Obstructing. Adult suspect arrested for Theft 2, Burglary 2, Eluding, and Obstructing. Adult suspect booked into jail. |

Officer spotted a vehicle occupied by 4 people. He attempted to make a traffic stop at 105th and Main street when the driver turned onto 105th and attempted to elude the officer by quickly making another turn down a dead end street. Officer requested additional units and advised NORCOM to check the purchaser of the vehicle, which returned with a felony warrant. A second Officer detained three individuals a short distance away. Suspect 1 was arrested for a felony warrant, suspect 2 was arrested for obstruction, the adult was allowed to leave the scene and the juvenile was taken to juvenile detention. |

A security guard observed a subject looking into vehicles in the parking garage. Downtown unit Officers responded as the suspect was seen leaving the garage driving a Honda CRV. Officers ran the plate which showed it as a stolen vehicle. Officers followed the vehicle until it parked in a residential area of Clyde Hill. Clyde Hill Officers responded and assisted in detaining the three subjects inside. One suspect had a drugs Warrant, a window punch, and multiple identifications, social security cards, and credit cards. The second suspect had a drugs Warrant. The third suspect had drug paraphernalia. Suspect vehicle was impounded pending a search warrant and suspects were arrested. |
