Suspect entered the business via an unlocked door and used a crowbar to pry open a vending machine.   The suspect fled after being confronted by security.

 NARRATIVE

Employees reported a vehicle without a parking permit parked on the main drive towards the gas pumps.  The vehicle had been left Thursday evening.  It was reported stolen and had been involved in a carjacking.  Bothell PD requested the vehicle held for fingerprints.

 NARRATIVE

A juvenile suspect stole a purse from a baby stroller in Bellevue Square Mall, which was next to the victim as she was seated in a common area.  The victim’s husband chased the juvenile suspect and his adult accomplice.  The suspects were chased out of Bellevue Square by the victim and citizens to a waiting suspect vehicle with Oregon license plates.  The suspects fled downtown Bellevue in the suspect vehicle.  Motor officer Tomlinson spotted the suspect vehicle exiting at SB I-405 at Coal Creek Pkwy.  He followed the vehicle and eventually attempted a traffic stop.  The suspect vehicle fled. The vehicle was ditched at a church near Newport Hills Park.  Two persons were detained and the two suspects fled on foot.  One of the two suspects was capture shortly thereafter.  Seattle K9, Renton PD, Newcastle PD, Guardian One, and Bellevue SWAT assisted in attempting to locate the final suspect.  After several hours and more chasing around backyards/jumping fences the second suspect was captured in Newcastle.  Juvenile suspect arrested for Theft 2 and Obstructing.  Adult suspect arrested for Theft 2, Burglary 2, Eluding, and Obstructing.  Adult suspect booked into jail.

Security called about an unwanted person at the store.  Officer located the person in Crossroads Park.  He recognized the person from a past Theft investigation (17-43789.)  The suspect was interviewed for the theft.  Trespass notice issued.

Two suspects stole items from a store and boarded a Metro bus.  The bus was stopped by Officers, but the suspects fled on foot from the bus.  After a short foot pursuit the suspects were detained.  Both suspects booked into jail.

RP called in a welfare check on subject and his dog because they looked dehydrated. Officer determined that the subject had a warrant out of Mountlake Terrace.  Subject was arrested and transported to jail. Dog was transported to Animal Hospital for safekeeping.

Citizen stated approximately 6 juveniles were drinking and attempting to cover up security cameras. Upon arrival, Officer identified one subject with a warrant. Subject was taken into custody.

 NARRATIVE

Officer spotted a vehicle occupied by 4 people.  He attempted to make a traffic stop at 105th and Main street when the driver turned onto 105th and attempted to elude the officer by quickly making another turn down a dead end street.  Officer requested additional units and advised NORCOM to check the purchaser of the vehicle, which returned with a felony warrant.  A second Officer detained three individuals a short distance away.  Suspect 1 was arrested for a felony warrant, suspect 2 was arrested for obstruction, the adult was allowed to leave the scene and the juvenile was taken to juvenile detention.

16 year old juvenile began throwing rocks at windows and vans belonging to the school.  Officers arrived and detained the juvenile.  3-4 windows were broken. Case referred to prosecutor.

The victim and her child were at a bus shelter on 156th AVE NE in the 1200 block.  An unknown suspect approached the victim and grabbed the 3 necklaces around her neck and ripped them off.  Suspect fled on foot.  A perimeter was set, Seattle K9 responded, Guardian One responded, but the suspects were not located.  The victim had minor injuries.  Case forwarded to investigations.

Friday Crossroads Emphasis

 NARRATIVE

The bike unit and members performed an emphasis patrol in the Crossroads Park this evening.

  • Adult suspect contacted for smoking marijuana in the park-trespassed.
  • Adult arrested for obstructing.  He was smoking marijuana in the park, and ran when he saw the police.  He was later found and arrested.  Booked into jail.  Trespassed.
  • Juvenile arrested for smoking and being in possession of marijuana in the park.  Handed over to mom and spending time in the holding cell at BPD. Trespassed.
  • Juvenile detained for smoking marijuana in the park.  Parents called and picked up.  Trespassed.
  • Adult suspect detained for smoking marijuana in the park with juveniles.  Trespassed.
  • Adult suspect detained and trespassed for smoking marijuana in the park with juveniles.
  • Adult suspect detained and trespassed for drinking alcohol in the park.

 NARRATIVE

A security guard observed a subject looking into vehicles in the parking garage.  Downtown unit Officers responded as the suspect was seen leaving the garage driving a Honda CRV.  Officers ran the plate which showed it as a stolen vehicle.  Officers followed the vehicle until it parked in a residential area of Clyde Hill.  Clyde Hill Officers responded and assisted in detaining the three subjects inside.  One suspect had a drugs Warrant, a window punch, and multiple identifications, social security cards, and credit cards.  The second suspect had a drugs Warrant.  The third suspect had drug paraphernalia.  Suspect vehicle was impounded pending a search warrant and suspects were arrested.

Witness observed male suspect assaulting a female.  Officers arrived and located the victim and suspect under the 520 bridge.  Victim stated suspect hit her several times with a bicycle helmet.  Suspect arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

A suspect who had previously stolen alcohol was in the store again today.  An employee attempted to stop the suspect as she was attempting to steal alcohol.  The suspect assaulted the employee with mace.  The suspect fled in a vehicle.  The store was evacuated due to the mace.  Case forwarded to Detectives.

Subject was observed at the Lounge and identified as an individual trespassed previously for an assault at the location. The subject was detained by Security Personnel and a KCSO Deputy on site. Custody of the subject was transferred to BPD officers and the subject was arrested for Trespass 1st degree and transported and booked at jail.

 NARRATIVE

A loss prevention Officer saw a subject walking through the home department of the store with a cart full of apparel and home items. Subject pushed the cart out to a car without paying and placed items in a vehicle. Loss prevention stopped the subjects.  Total items recovered were valued at $1,159.52. Subject was booked into jail.
