Suspect got angry that a male on the opposite side of the street did a “cat call” at his mom. Suspect confronted the male and a pushing match ensued. Suspect lifted up his shirt and exposed what appeared to be a black handgun to the other male. Suspect then ran. Officers contacted the suspect and recovered a realistic Airsoft gun. Victim did not want to pursue any charges. |

Caller reported shots being fired at their apartment as they stood outside. An officer found the suspect vehicle and a chase ensued. The pursuit was terminated due to dangerous speeds on the freeway. It was later determined the shots were from a paintball gun, and nobody was hit or injured. Detectives investigating. |

Mall Security reported the suspect was loitering on their property and acting strange. They requested the subject be escorted off their property and when he refused to leave wanted him issued a notice of trespass. A written notice of trespass was issued and the suspect refused to leave, so he was arrested for criminal trespass 2nd degree. Suspect booked into Jail. |

Officers were still contacting the above subject when a juvenile male suspect tried to push his way through the scene. Officer instructed the suspect to stand back and find another way around. The suspect believed he had the right to continue on his path unimpeded so he informed Officer Carman to “F off” and slapped the officer’s hand. Officer detained the suspect for obstructing an Officer and assault. The suspect informed that officers on scene he intended to kill them and their families when free from jail. Subject booked into youth center for assault 3rd, obstructing, resisting and harassment (threats to kill). |
