Officers were advised that the company periodically receives similar threats and did not express concern. The investigation did not develop any credible threat or fear of harm from the involved parties. Command was notified. |

The nurse did not have any serious injuries. The suspect was physically restrained and a charge of assault 3rd degree will be submitted with the King County Prosecutor’s office. |

The rifle was kept in a canvas rifle bag and hidden behind the driver’s seat. There is no suspect information. The victim eventually exited the unit and the male entered his vehicle and attempted to run over the victim several times with his car, driving up on the sidewalk. The suspect was located by officers fleeing the scene and taken into custody. A consent search of the vehicle located a firearm, which was seized. The suspect was processed for DUI and booked into jail on felony charges. |
