Police responded to the area on a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival in the area, the officer quickly realized that the report of a domestic disturbance was most likely a diversionary call by a suspect on a traffic stop. Another officer had pulled over the two suspects when this disturbance was reported. Working with NORCOM, officers were able to localize the area where the call originated and re-contacted the suspects. The investigating officer determined that both suspects had outstanding warrants and were both driving with a suspended license. Suspect 1’s warrant was confirmed. Suspect 2’s warrant was refused confirmation by the originating agency. The first suspect was arrested and searched incident to the arrest. The officer observed evidence of drugs and stolen property within plain view in the suspect’s vehicle and seized the vehicle. The suspect was transported to the hospital. Suspect 2 was released. The investigation is ongoing. |

Police contacted the suspect during a traffic stop and determined that the suspect was driving with a suspended license and had failed to Lawfully Transfer Title on his vehicle. The suspect was advised he would be summoned in the mail with a court date and released at the scene. |
