Officers located the vehicle northbound on Richards Road from victim residence and attempted to stop it, however, the suspect driver failed to yield and eluded police. Officers disengaged and broadcasted the information to partner agencies. The investigation continues.

The suspects gained entry to the storage shed and restrooms at the park by smashing out the windows, then proceeded to cause damage by shattering toilets, sinks, windows, and doors. The investigating officer notified the City of Bellevue Parks Department, who responded to the scene. The damage is estimated at more than $5000.00.

Two unknown suspects cut the chain link fence to an apartment building under construction. The suspect then stole several tools and bathroom fixtures before fleeing. They were believed to be associated with a white vacuum truck. The video was booked in as evidence and emailed to patrol. Estimated $3,000 loss.

Over the course of several weeks, the suspect had been physically abusing his new bride after she moved to Washington from India in March. The investigating officer worked with a King County Sheriff’s Deputy, who also had an open Domestic Violence case on the suspect. KCSO was able to locate the suspect in Sammamish where he was arrested for assault which took place in Bellevue and the County.

The listed subject was involved in a verbal altercation with her parents.  She damaged their vehicle and broke a house window.  The subject was also suicidal and locked herself in her bedroom.  Officers were able to safely take her into custody and she was taken to the hospital.

A suspect entered the store and displayed a weapon.  He took approximately $50 cash and four cartons of cigarettes before fleeing on foot.  A K9 track was unable to locate the suspect.  The victim did not sustain any injuries and investigation is ongoing.

Several officers responded to a disturbance involving the subject armed with a weapon. The subject was involved in a physical altercation with a citizen at the location. The subject shattered a window on the citizen’s vehicle and then retrieved a weapon and threatened to harm the citizen. Bystanders at the location attempted to intervene and separate the subject from the citizen prior to officers arriving on the scene. An investigation was conducted which resulted in the subject being arrested for assault. The subject was transported and booked into jail.

The subject was at a Covington Golf Course with his wife at approximately 3:30 pm. The subject advised his wife that he was going to his vehicle and was not seen by the wife afterward. The subject has been diagnosed with dementia and was unfamiliar with the area. The family returned to Bellevue and reported the incident to police. Patrol Captain was notified, BPD PIO was notified, and an Amber Alert was issued for the subject.

Two subjects were contacted during a traffic stop. The driver of the vehicle was discovered to have a suspended/revoked license and the passenger had a warrant out of Marysville. Both subjects were arrested and booked into jail.

Loss prevention observed the suspect as he concealed items and then left the store without paying for them.  The responding officer determined that the suspect was also in possession of stolen property from another store in the area.  All of the stolen property was returned to the respective stores, and the suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Officers responded to the report of a domestic dispute.  The aggressor in the situation attempted to leave without being contacted by officers and was stopped for investigation of the incident.  She then lied to them multiple times about her identity.  Officers identified her and found that she had an outstanding arrest warrant and was the respondent in an order not related to the location of the call.  She was arrested and booked into jail.

The subject and victim were involved in a verbal dispute at the location due to a parking issue. The subject confronted the victim, spit in her face, and grabbed ahold of her shoulder. The victim quickly kneed the subject in the groin and ran away from him. The subject left the scene, but police later located him near the area. The investigation revealed the subject was the primary aggressor in the incident and he was placed under arrest for assault and booked into jail.

This call was initially dispatched as an alarm call but later determined to be a civil dispute.  A subject was on private property adjacent to a business holding a sign expressing his personal views.  The subject was not committing any crimes.  The property owner was unreachable to pursue a Notice of Trespass. The Captain was notified.

A known suspect got into a physical altercation with an employee in an effort to retain the shoplifted property.  The property was eventually recovered.  The suspect fled the scene in a vehicle.  The suspect was not located at his residence in Renton.  The Officer will conduct additional follow up before referring the case for Felony charges.

Loss prevention observed a known and previously-trespassed suspect shoplifting. Security continued to observe subject as she walked to the transit center, where she was contacted, detained, and ultimately arrested by police. Suspected drug paraphernalia was found during a search incident to the arrest, along with the stolen merchandise. She was arrested and booked into jail.

While looking for theft suspects in the downtown park, bike officers stumbled upon the above subject who was about to smoke suspected heroin.  Officers detained the suspect and a search incident to the arrest recovered ID’s, jewelry and credit cards belonging to a female were found in his pocket.  It was determined the suspect prowled a car in Renton today and had also pawned some of the jewelry. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Officers responded to the report of two heavily intoxicated males who were both bleeding and standing outside a business. The officers checked the area and located the males on NE 15th St.  They claimed that they were the victims of a strong-arm robbery at an unknown apartment complex in the area.  Officers had trouble getting details from them because they were so intoxicated, and they refused to cooperate with the investigation.

Security observed the suspect on the property in violation of an active trespass notification.  The suspect was placed under arrest and booked into jail without incident.

Officers responded to a report of a subject attempting to force entry into a guest room by striking the door with a fire extinguisher.  The subject was detained without incident and reported that his sister was inside the room that he had rented and possibly suffering from a medical emergency.  The lock was rendered inoperable from several strikes from the fire extinguisher, so officers forced entry with a ram to check on the welfare of any occupant.  No one inside the room.  The business accepted payment from the subject for the damage to the door and was satisfied with that resolution.  The subject was issued a Trespass Notification and provided transportation out of the city.

At approximately 0230 hours, the reporting party heard 3 – 4 shots, sounding as if they came from a moving vehicle.  The reporting party found a window with a bullet hole and a bullet on the floor. The bullet hit a television near a window without causing damage to the TV and fell to the floor in two pieces.  Officer checked the area for evidence and was unable to locate any other damaged windows.  There were no other reports of damage or shots fired.  The report was taken for information.

Security called to report suspected drug use in a vehicle in the parking garage. The registered owner had a felony warrant for his arrest.  Officers contacted the three subjects inside the vehicle.  Subject 1 was arrested on the warrant.  Subject 2 was detained for a misdemeanor warrant that was not confirmed by issuing agency.  Subject 3 was clear.  All subjects were issued Trespass Notices.  Subject 1 was booked into jail.  Subject 2 returned to the location and will be summoned for Trespass.

An adult male victim was using the locker room restroom and noticed a cell phone aimed down at him being held over the top of his stall’s wall by someone from the stall next to him.  The victim confronted the male suspect through the stall door and observed suspect through the gap between the stall wall/door. The suspect left the location sometime while the victim was talking with staff.  The victim was able to identify the suspect via the gym’s membership records/photos of members who had checked in that day. The investigation is ongoing.

Federal Way PD called to report the subject had been located at an apartment complex and they were in contact with him. The subject has been visiting a friend down there.  After speaking to him and his wife, they determined there were no grounds to hold him, and the subject was released.

The officer ordered the suspect to stop, but the suspect ran from the officer. The suspect was detained after a short foot pursuit and minor use of force. The officer’s investigation developed probable cause for Identity Theft.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Police responded to the area on a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival in the area, the officer quickly realized that the report of a domestic disturbance was most likely a diversionary call by a suspect on a traffic stop.  Another officer had pulled over the two suspects when this disturbance was reported. Working with NORCOM, officers were able to localize the area where the call originated and re-contacted the suspects. The investigating officer determined that both suspects had outstanding warrants and were both driving with a suspended license.  Suspect 1’s warrant was confirmed. Suspect 2’s warrant was refused confirmation by the originating agency. The first suspect was arrested and searched incident to the arrest. The officer observed evidence of drugs and stolen property within plain view in the suspect’s vehicle and seized the vehicle. The suspect was transported to the hospital.  Suspect 2 was released.  The investigation is ongoing.

Investigating Officers could not locate any victims willing to cooperate, however, they determined that the suspect had an outstanding, confirmed warrant out of Tukwila PD.  The suspect was arrested, trespassed from the business and released to Tukwila PD.
