The suspect had two children in her custody in violation of a no-contact order.  The estranged husband notified police that the suspect had likely brought the children to Bellevue after she took them from California. The suspect was served with papers to surrender the children, she refused and was arrested.  The children left with their grandfather.

The reporting party was installing tile inside of the closed business.  A male parked a new Tesla in front of the restaurant told the reporting party that he was the owner of the business, and then entered and tried to break into the cash register with a pair of scissors.  The subject was identified and taken into custody by Officers as he exited the business.  He was booked into jail for burglary.

The reporting party said a person was shooting an “airsoft gun” out of his window while driving down Richards Rd. The caller reported he was following driver into Factoria and gave sketchy directions which led officers on quite a “search”. The driver and his van were eventually located in the 3600 Block of Factoria Blvd.  No crime was committed, and all parties were released.

The reporting party contacted police to report that her daughter was in the area, and she possibly had an outstanding warrant.  It was also determined that she had a domestic violence history.  Officers were able to locate her in Newcastle and took her into custody without incident.

The suspect concealed merchandise including alcohol and left the location without paying. The total amount of theft was $333.  The suspect was contacted by Loss Prevention.  Officer arrived on scene to investigate and placed the suspect under arrest.  The suspect was found to have a Kent PD Warrant.  The suspect was released and summoned for the charges.

The suspect got onto a Metro Bus and immediately started to threaten the driver and other passengers saying he was going to hit them. The police were called and when the officers arrived on scene they went to contact the suspect who was still seated on the bus.  As the officers approached, one officer noticed that the suspect was holding a knife in his hand that was lowered to the side of his leg with the blade out and exposed toward the officer.  Several commands were given and the officer drew his department-issued firearm.  The suspect was given additional commands and dropped the knife on the seat in front of him while still seated.  The suspect was taken into custody without force and booked into jail.

The victim’s residence was burglarized, and her brother’s vehicle was stolen from her garage.  Video footage captured two suspects going in and out of the house and the vehicle several times.  It shows them driving up and down the street, then fleeing the scene.  The investigation is ongoing.

The suspect was involved in a collision at NE 8 ST and 140 AVE NE with an occupied vehicle.  There were no injuries. The suspect fled the scene to the 900 Blk 124 AVE NE, where she then called 911 to report that she hit a curb.  Officers arrived on scene to investigate and established probable cause for a hit and run and DUI. The suspect was taken into custody.

Issaquah police requested Bellevue PD K9 assistance to track a suspect in custody to a suspect vehicle.  The suspect was wanted for a multitude of felony and misdemeanor traffic violations. BPD K9 KPD K9 successfully tracked and connected the frequent-flyer, eastside suspect to the suspect vehicle and bolstered Issaquah PD’s investigation.

Police were called to the scene of a one-vehicle collision and upon arrival, officers discovered a roll-over crash scene with an obvious deceased driver. Suspicion of drug impairment by both victim and victim’s girlfriend. The crime scene was locked down and turned over to the Collision Investigation team. The investigation is on-going.

Officers contacted the suspect for investigation of a motor vehicle prowl. The investigating officer determined that the suspect had made entry into a vehicle and was interrupted by the victim before fleeing the scene. Upon contact by the police, the suspect acted in an aggressive manner and was taken to the ground and handcuffed. No injuries reported to the suspect or the officers on scene. The suspect was positively identified by the victim, arrested and booked into jail.

Police attempted to stop suspect at the above location for investigation of a criminal traffic violation and multiple warrants. The suspect and his vehicle were positively identified by the investigating officer. When the officer initiated emergency equipment and attempting to stop the vehicle, the suspect failed to yield and took off at a high rate of speed getting onto the I-405 northbound. The suspect and vehicle information were broadcasted to Washington State Patrol. The suspect was summoned for his additional crimes within Bellevue.

After responding to a possible theft/fraud investigation at the local dive shop, officers discovered that the suspect has multiple warrants from around the nation for fraud. This con-artist usually stays with women, who he dates before moving on to other cities. He has a history of defrauding dive shops in the US. The suspect has a nationwide extraditable warrant out of Louisiana and claims he is a VET/Navy Seal. US VA Administration agent was notified.

The bicycle unit at the Ukrainian Festival at the Crossroads Park requested patrol to respond for a person in distress. The subject was highly intoxicated and urinating in public.  He was detained as gravely disabled and a danger to himself. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Police responded to the above location in reference to a possible carjacking in progress. Upon arrival, the investigating officer determined that no violent crime had occurred and that the victim had left his car running and unlocked on NE 6 St when it was stolen by the suspect. The suspect was last seen heading southbound on Bellevue Way from the location at a high rate of speed. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle. Approximately an hour later, the suspect returned to the above location with the victim’s vehicle. Police were called back to the scene and the suspect was detained without incident while attempting to leave the area on foot. He was arrested and booked into jail.

Police contacted the suspect for investigation of assault with a weapon. Loss prevention identified the suspect, he refused to comply with lawful commands and attempted to flee. After a short foot pursuit, the suspect was detained with minimal force and without injury to the suspect or officers. The suspect was arrested and a search produced 6.9 grams of suspected heroin in the suspect’s possession. He was booked into jail.

Police responded to investigate a report of Indecent Liberties. Upon arrival, the officers contacted the victim who stated that an unknown suspect had inappropriately touched her at the bus stop. K9 and police officers were unable to track the suspect.   The investigation is ongoing.

Officers contacted the suspect during a traffic stop and determined that the suspect was driving with a suspended license and in violation of Biological Interlock Requirements. During the contact, officers observed what appeared to be a baggy of suspected methamphetamines in the driver’s possession and in plain view within the vehicle. The suspect was arrested and officers found two additional baggies of suspected methamphetamines on the suspect. The total package weight of suspected methamphetamines seized from the suspect was 1.7 Grams. The suspect was booked into jail.

Officers responded to a 911 hang-up call.  Upon arrival, they investigated and learned that verbal domestic violence had occurred.  One of the involved parties ended up having a misdemeanor warrant and was arrested and booked into jail.

Many lockers were broken into in the men’s locker room.  The victims reported fraudulent use of stolen credit cards totaling approximately $6,000.  Images of four suspects were obtained from surveillance video.  The investigation is ongoing.

While investigating another crime involving the same suspect, a victim reported that the suspect exposed himself outside of her sliding glass door. The victim recovered beer cans, clothing, and other items used by the suspect.  The officer collected the items for evidence.  The investigation is ongoing.

The victim reported finding a footprint on his bed and on the bedroom carpet.  After checking his computer, he found a recording of the suspect entering through an unsecured bedroom window, entering the victim’s bedroom, then leaving through the rear sliding glass door.  The victim recognized the suspect.  The investigation is ongoing.
