The suspect was reported to be hitting himself and bothering customers.  Officers arrived and found him swinging around on the umbrellas at the business. The employees requested that he be trespassed.  The suspect ended up having a Redmond warrant. A search revealed suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia.  He was arrested and booked into jail.

An officer responded to the report of a shoplifter in custody.  It was determined that the suspect had an outstanding felony warrant.  He was booked on the warrant without incident and summonsed for the theft.

The listed subject was contacted by officers while riding his bicycle.  It was determined that he had an outstanding felony warrant for Burglary 2nd degree.  He was booked into jail without incident.

The subject was driving while intoxicated and rolled her vehicle into the front yard of a residence.  Her friend sustained injuries that were later determined to be non-life threatening.  The suspect was also treated for minor injuries and processed for DUI.

Officers contacted two subjects at Newcastle Beach Park after they were observed sitting in their vehicle.  While Officers spoke to the occupants, the vehicle was running but there was no key in the ignition.  One suspect lied about her name and it was determined she had multiple warrants.  A loaded syringe was also found on her seat when she exited the vehicle.   A small amount of suspected heroin and additional paraphernalia was recovered from the vehicle. The other suspect was subsequently arrested for suspected drug paraphernalia.  Officers confirmed the suspects were allowed to have the vehicle, so it was not stolen.

An officer witnessed a subject as he committed a pedestrian violation.  Upon making contact, the officer determined that the subject had a misdemeanor warrant from Ephrata, WA.  He was booked into jail without incident.

Officers responded to a disturbance at a residence.  They found a subject in distress, although there was not enough information to take the subject into protective custody.  After officers left the scene, they observed the subject as she walked from the residence and ran into traffic.  She was contacted by the officers again and taken to the hospital for help.

The reporting party called 911 and reported an incident involving a known subject and a knife.  Officers arrived and determined that the subject was very intoxicated and uncooperative.  The second subject was not located.  The reporting party indicated that he only wanted police present so he would feel safe, but then advised that he wanted officers to leave.  An informational report was completed to document the situation.

Victim reports a vehicle was stolen by an unknown suspect at the above location.  No evidence.  No witnesses.  The vehicle was entered into WACIC/NCIC as stolen.

The suspect was contacted for being in the park after hours in a vehicle.  The suspect was found to have a Puyallup PD Warrant for Theft 3. The suspect was arrested on the warrant and booked into jail.

Malicious Mischief

140 AVE NE/Main ST

A victim reported that a road rage incident occurred on the Lake Hills Connector and eventually ended at 140 Ave NE and Main St.  The victim reported that the suspect passed him, then cut him off and pulled in front of him stopping him at the above location.  The suspect then exited his vehicle and came back to the victim and punched his front window breaking it.  The suspect then returned to his vehicle. The victim then reported that he pulled up alongside the suspect vehicle and that the suspect pulled out a silver handgun and pointed it at him.  The investigating officer found video footage of the incident.  Probable Cause was established for Malicious Mischief, but the video never showed the suspect pointing a gun at the victim, and the video depicted both hands of the suspect not having a firearm in his hands. The case is still being investigating.

Officers responded to an alarm call and found the suspect sleeping in a vehicle. The suspect had been previously issued a Notice of Trespass for this same behavior about a month ago.  The suspect was taken into custody without incident and booked into jail.

The officer recognized the suspect walking out of a known drug house and saw her enter a Lime-Car.  The officer knew suspect had a felony warrant for eluding and detained her on her warrant.  Suspected methamphetamines were observed inside of the car. The suspect was booked into jail.

The subject was seen in front of the business with his pants down, yelling, screaming and waving his arms.  The reporting party said the subject seemed “out of it”. Officers were unable to locate the subject when they arrived on the scene.

Officers did a welfare check on a mother due to the son having a violent history with mother and nobody had heard from the mom in over a week. Officers eventually located the mom after she came home from a hotel in Kirkland where she was staying with her son. She told officers she was fine and needed nothing from them.

The suspect entered the location and stole jewelry and clothing valued at $363. The suspect left the store with the merchandise concealed and was stopped by Loss Prevention.  The officer arrived on the scene and investigated.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Officers observed multiple subjects near a vehicle in a parking lot. Further investigation revealed the registered owner had an outstanding felony warrant for Motor Vehicle Theft. He also had warrants for Theft 3rd degree and Motor Vehicle prowl.  The subject was arrested without incident and booked into jail.  Later, the same officers observed the other two subjects who previously left the area before they could be contacted during the initial contact.  They were identified and it was determined that both also had outstanding arrest warrants.  A search revealed that one of them was in possession of suspected methamphetamine.  Both subjects were booked into jail without incident.

A suspect was seen smashing the front window of a car to steal items from inside.  The victim had just pulled into the parking when it occurred. Officers were unable to locate the suspect.  Video/photos will soon be available.

Two subjects had just recently become roommates and have gotten into heated arguments over the past few days.  The victim claimed that a couple days ago, she and the suspect got into another argument.  The victim claimed to have been pushed by the suspect during an argument.  No injury.  A report was taken and forwarded to the prosecutor for review.

Two females were seen possibly doing drugs in a truck in the parking lot before going into the mall. A male suspect was arrested for stealing while he was away from the females. He was arrested and booked into jail. The females were trespassed.

Female reported seeing a hand holding a cell phone under her changing room stall and videoing. Officers and employees reviewed video footage from the store but could only see a male leave with a hoodie up. Kemper checked their mall video and found the possible suspect with his hood off and thought it resembled a suspect doing the same thing last year. The investigation is ongoing.

The suspect was arrested by Kirkland PD for a Bellevue DV Assault Warrant. Kirkland PD had been advised by Bellevue PD that the suspect was reported to be staying at the location.  He was arrested without incident and turned over to a Bellevue officer. The suspect was booked into jail.

Suspicious Activity

Officers noticed a suspicious vehicle and followed it into a parking garage.  They determined that the license plate on the vehicle did not belong to the car and subsequently contacted the two occupants who stated that they work at the property.  The investigation revealed that the vehicle belonged to one of the subjects, but it was not currently registered.  Therefore, the subject had removed a license plate from one of his other vehicles for the time being and put it on the suspicious car.  The license plate was seized as evidence and he is being mailed a citation.

Officers were called to the above location for the report of a 75-year-old woman wandering around the secured area in her pajamas and slippers.  The subject appeared to be very confused. The subject could not state if the family was near.  She was taken to the hospital for an evaluation.

The suspect assaulted his elderly father and violated a Domestic Violence Order with his brother. The suspect was initially taken into custody without incident.  Once in custody and in the back of the patrol vehicle, he threatened to act up with officers on the scene and said he would head butt them.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Several cars were vehicle prowled at the above location in the apartment parking lot.  Most prowls occurred do to unsecured vehicles.  No suspect information.

The victim contacted police in and had a large bump/gash to the left side of his head.  The victim stated that he contacted some guys online and met up with them at a bar in Redmond.  They all went to the hotel where they continued to drink in the room.  The victim advised that the conversation became heated and a physical dispute broke out.  The victim was hit in the head with a flower pot and the suspects left the scene.  The victim provided little to no information about the suspects.  The victim eventually refused police assistance.  A report was taken.

The suspect broke the front door of her ex-boyfriend’s apartment to get in and refused to leave. She was intoxicated. The suspect refused to leave and stated she lived there, however, she did not. She was arrested and booked into jail.

The suspect was intoxicated, loitering in the Lodge and urinated in the garage. He was trespassed, but then went across the street to another business and would not leave. He was arrested and booked into jail.

Possession Stolen Vehicle/Eluding

Reporting party called because suspect was causing a scene and then left in a Tesla. The incident and description sounded familiar to what the suspect had done weeks prior. Officers went to Tesla and confirmed it had been stolen and were able to get a ping by Goldsmith park. Officers located the vehicle with the suspect sitting inside it. The suspect then fled and the follow was discontinued as suspect got onto SR-520 from 148 Ave NE. Tesla in Seattle called about a half hour later stating the suspect returned the car and keys and walked off. They had no idea what was going on. Seattle PD was sent to recover the car. There is probable cause to arrest the suspect.

Police contacted the subject for a traffic violation and discovered he had a warrant issued for his arrest out of Seattle. The subject was taken into custody, transported, and booked into jail.
