Officers contacted two subjects at Newcastle Beach Park after they were observed sitting in their vehicle. While Officers spoke to the occupants, the vehicle was running but there was no key in the ignition. One suspect lied about her name and it was determined she had multiple warrants. A loaded syringe was also found on her seat when she exited the vehicle. A small amount of suspected heroin and additional paraphernalia was recovered from the vehicle. The other suspect was subsequently arrested for suspected drug paraphernalia. Officers confirmed the suspects were allowed to have the vehicle, so it was not stolen. |

NARRATIVE
A victim reported that a road rage incident occurred on the Lake Hills Connector and eventually ended at 140 Ave NE and Main St. The victim reported that the suspect passed him, then cut him off and pulled in front of him stopping him at the above location. The suspect then exited his vehicle and came back to the victim and punched his front window breaking it. The suspect then returned to his vehicle. The victim then reported that he pulled up alongside the suspect vehicle and that the suspect pulled out a silver handgun and pointed it at him. The investigating officer found video footage of the incident. Probable Cause was established for Malicious Mischief, but the video never showed the suspect pointing a gun at the victim, and the video depicted both hands of the suspect not having a firearm in his hands. The case is still being investigating. |

Officers observed multiple subjects near a vehicle in a parking lot. Further investigation revealed the registered owner had an outstanding felony warrant for Motor Vehicle Theft. He also had warrants for Theft 3rd degree and Motor Vehicle prowl. The subject was arrested without incident and booked into jail. Later, the same officers observed the other two subjects who previously left the area before they could be contacted during the initial contact. They were identified and it was determined that both also had outstanding arrest warrants. A search revealed that one of them was in possession of suspected methamphetamine. Both subjects were booked into jail without incident. |

Officers noticed a suspicious vehicle and followed it into a parking garage. They determined that the license plate on the vehicle did not belong to the car and subsequently contacted the two occupants who stated that they work at the property. The investigation revealed that the vehicle belonged to one of the subjects, but it was not currently registered. Therefore, the subject had removed a license plate from one of his other vehicles for the time being and put it on the suspicious car. The license plate was seized as evidence and he is being mailed a citation. |

Reporting party called because suspect was causing a scene and then left in a Tesla. The incident and description sounded familiar to what the suspect had done weeks prior. Officers went to Tesla and confirmed it had been stolen and were able to get a ping by Goldsmith park. Officers located the vehicle with the suspect sitting inside it. The suspect then fled and the follow was discontinued as suspect got onto SR-520 from 148 Ave NE. Tesla in Seattle called about a half hour later stating the suspect returned the car and keys and walked off. They had no idea what was going on. Seattle PD was sent to recover the car. There is probable cause to arrest the suspect. |
