 NARRATIVE

Police contacted a suspect for an assault. The responding officers located the suspect a short distance away from business and he was detained without incident. The primary officer determined that the suspect was extremely intoxicated and had attempted to assault one of the cashiers of the business and hurt himself in the process. He was arrested, treated and the hospital for his injuries and then booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to the above location for a car prowl in progress. Officers on the scene confirmed two fresh car prowls in the neighborhood. The first suspect was located a short distance away. A K9 track could not produce the second suspect. A search after the arrest produced suspected methamphetamine on the suspect. After placing the suspect into the rear of the patrol car, the officers observed the suspect attempting to hide suspected heroin he had concealed on his person. After interviewing the suspect, he agreed to go back to his vehicle.  Officers discovered the license plates were stolen and that the second suspect was inside. Officers arrested both suspects and booked them into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Officers contacted the suspect for a traffic stop. The investigating officer determined that the suspect was driving with a suspended license out of California. The suspect advised he would be summoned with a court date and released at the scene.

Officers responded to a car prowl in progress. The suspects were last seen running from the victim vehicle eastbound toward 164th Ave NE. A K9 track did not produce a suspect and the investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

A suspect twice backed into a car and hit a cement pole while trying to tow a car from the parking garage. Witnesses told him what he did and to stop. The suspect dropped the car he was towing in the street and left the scene. Officers were able to locate the suspect and have him return to the scene. He is being summoned for Hit and Run.

Officers located two subjects who had been in a fight earlier in the evening. All parties ran but were later located. The victim was treated for facial injuries due to the fight. All were trespassed from the store.

A suspect entered the store and pointed a weapon at an employee.  He removed some money and fled southbound from the store along the west side of 130th Ave. NE.  The investigation is ongoing.  There were no injuries to the victim or witnesses.

 NARRATIVE

The responding officer learned that a husband and wife were having marital problems. During a morning argument, the husband walked into the kitchen and began to throw several dishes into the wall, breaking them and putting his family in fear. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.

A suspect was seen taking a package off the victim’s porch and getting into the driver’s seat of a LIME car. Officers saw it leaving 120th and turning west on 118 Ave SE. After officers turned around, they were not able to locate the vehicle. LIME would not assist with any information.

The suspect was caught stealing and ran from loss prevention. At one point, he turned around and punched one of them in the face causing bruising. As the suspect ran from the area, he was caught by officers, arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect entered the business wearing a mask and gloves and demanded the employee fill a bag with money from the till.  A weapon was seen in the suspect’s pocket and he left with the money. A K9 track was initiated and ended at a nearby condominium complex.  The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to contact the reporting party, who claimed she was recently kidnapped in Seattle and stabbed in the arm by her ex-boyfriend.  She had already been treated and released from the hospital and the incident was previously reported to Seattle Police.  At the time of this contact, the reporting party believed that the outstanding suspect was possibly inside of her Bellevue apartment.  His location could not be confirmed.  Officers attempted to assist the reporting party in getting her personal property, but they were not able to since the locks had been changed and entry could not be made by maintenance staff in a timely manner.  The chain of command was notified.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect broke into the victim’s apartment and broke down the bathroom door to get to her. The victim called 911 and threw the phone in a cabinet so the suspect would not see. The suspect threatened to kill the victim if she did not get her belongings and leave with him. As they were walking out the door, the victim ran toward the office where a man was standing, and she begged for help. The suspect got into his vehicle and floored his Jeep toward both victims. Both victims managed to jump out of the way and the suspect drove into the office. He revved his engine trying to get further into the office. The suspect then left on 145 PL SE where he was met by officers who attempted to stop him. The suspect fled and a pursuit was authorized by the Major. The pursuit ended in Seattle on Rainer Ave where the suspect foot bailed and tried carjacking someone but was quickly taken out of the victim’s vehicle by Seattle Police. The suspect hit several vehicles during the pursuit, with no significant damage to any. No citizens were injured. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

The suspect stabbed the victim during an argument. The suspect then ran from the scene, but officers located him a block away from where he eventually complied with commands to surrender. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

A suspect stole items from the store and fled. Officers located the suspect a while later walking out from behind a store from the railroad tracks. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Officers located a suspect while doing proactive police work around the stores. The suspect stole items from the store, had a felony warrant and resisted arrest. The suspect was tasered and physically restrained. He was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Detectives developed information regarding a possible burglary. The detectives responded and found that a burglary was in progress at a small business in Factoria.  The suspects were leaving the scene as the Detectives arrived.  They followed the suspect vehicle into Mountlake Terrace where a traffic stop was attempted by Snohomish County.  The vehicle fled and was eventually located in a ditch with no occupants inside.  One suspect was later found by a K9.  All of the other suspects have been identified by Detectives.  Great work by all and nice job in a supporting role by all of the patrol officers involved.

 NARRATIVE

The victim suspected that her ex-boyfriend had thrown a rock at her sliding glass door causing significant damage.  There is a valid no-contact order between them.  The initial investigation was unable to substantiate this claim at that time.  The ex-boyfriend was independently witnessed returning later in the day in violation of the order.  Probable cause exists for one violation of the order and the other reported criminal violations are still under investigation.  The suspect also has an unconfirmed drug warrant.

 NARRATIVE

A mother in Texas called regarding her 1-year old child being in the Crossroads area with his father without her permission.  There is no parenting plan in place.  The officer contacted the law enforcement agency in Texas who advised that a report had been taken, there was nothing overtly criminal at this time, and their investigation determined that there was no concern about the wellbeing of the child. The officer spoke with an adult where the child had been staying up until a week ago who stated that there was no concern for the child.  The officer spoke with the father via telephone who will cooperate as needed but was not in the area at this time.

Employees of an office building reported that a suspicious individual had been loitering about and offering bystanders rides.  The suspect was identified by officers prior to being located and returned with an extraditable warrant out of California for a parole violation. Officers located the suspect in a stairwell and took him into custody without incident. The suspect was booked into jail as a Fugitive from Justice.

The suspect and victim live together and are in a dating relationship.  They got into an argument and the suspect started to throw items and break things.  The suspect was intoxicated and argumentative with officers and the victim did not feel safe with him.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

An officer investigated a robbery in progress at a store. The suspect attempted to return a stolen vacuum cleaner. Loss prevention confronted the suspect and the suspect attempted to leave the store with the merchandise. The suspect mentioned a weapon as he fled on foot without the merchandise. A K-9 track was lost in a nearby business park.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect stole more than $600 worth of clothing from the store and fled on foot.  Security gave chase and a struggle ensued.  Officers responded and arrested the suspect without incident. The suspect was found to have an outstanding burglary warrant.  He was booked into jail.
