 NARRATIVE

The reporting party stated that a suspicious male in a red jacket was trying her doorknob, and it sounded as if he was trying to pick her lock.  He was also banging on the door and disturbed multiple residents.  Officers checked the complex and located him in the fenced patio area of a different apartment.  That resident advised that he did not know the subject, and the subject did not have permission to be on his property and within the fenced area.  The subject has a lot of local history for a variety of issues, including trespass and harassment.  He was booked into jail for trespassing.

The listed subject was driving eastbound on Northup Way and crashed through a block wall.  She was not injured and was the lone occupant in the vehicle.  It was determined that the female was intoxicated.  She was transported to Bellevue Booking where she was processed for DUI.

The suspect was contacted by police about an unwanted subject. Upon arrival, the officer determined that the intoxicated suspect was on active trespass. The suspect was advised he would be summoned in the mail with a court date and agreed to leave the property.  Hours later, police were called back to the location because the suspect had returned to the property in violation of his active trespass. He was arrested and booked into jail.

During a traffic stop, it was discovered a passenger had $10,000 worth of warrants for her arrest.  Officers attempted to locate the van a second time and were approached by a victim claiming the same subject stole his phone. The victim said the suspect could be found at a public storage facility.  Police contacted the subject and arrested her on her warrants.

Police responded to a theft in progress. While en-route to the scene, security advised that they were in a foot pursuit with the suspect who was resisting apprehension. Officers arrived on scene and assisted with the detention of the suspect. During a struggle with the suspect, security pepper-sprayed the suspect, believing he was about to be assaulted.  Loss prevention agents advised that they had witnessed the suspect take multiple items from the store and leave without paying. The suspect was arrested and advised he would be summoned in the mail with a court date.

While on proactive patrol, an officer observed a vehicle that has ties to recent violent offenders in the area.  The sole occupant exited the vehicle and was detained.  The suspect was found in possession of a firearm with a defaced serial number and determined to be the suspect in various violent crimes in the region.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

The Downtown Unit responded to a report of a female covered in blood.  It was determined that the female had multiple stab wounds.   Officers entered the victim’s apartment and arrested her boyfriend for felony assault.  He was transported to the hospital for an evaluation.  The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

Downtown Unit officers were driving around and observed a vehicle that came back as stolen. The officers broadcast the information and started devising a plan to make a traffic stop on the vehicle.  As officers converged on the area and attempted to make a traffic stop, the driver took off.  Other responding units stated that the car went into a parking structure and had not come out.  DTU officers developed a plan and advised incoming officers to set up a perimeter around the structure.  As they were walking into the garage, the driver of the stolen vehicle began to drive out of the garage.  The officer ordered the male to stop the car, he did and was subsequently arrested and booked for possession of a stolen car and eluding.

Two victims reported a man pointing an orange handgun at them as they drove by.  Officers detained the suspect and found an orange cap gun.  Both victims believe the firearm to be real and were afraid of being harmed. The suspect was arrested for disorderly conduct and booked into jail.

Police responded to the above location about a possible attempted burglary in progress. The victim had contacted Police because she had observed an unknown male standing on an awning just outside of her balcony, and he appeared to be looking for a way to gain access into her home. Officers conducted an unsuccessful area check for the suspect. The district officer is investigating.

Police responded to a call of an unwanted subject. Upon arrival, security advised that the intoxicated suspect was refusing to leave, and they wanted him trespassed. While investigating the incident, officers discovered that the suspect was a registered sex offender and had entered the female restroom and assaulted a female victim. He was arrested and booked into jail.

While addressing an unwanted subject call at the above location, officers were flagged down by a female. The female stated that she was exiting the business and was asked by the suspect if she needed a ride home. The victim said that she did not request an UBER and that the suspect vehicle was already parked at the location. Officers are continuing the investigation.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a call of an unwanted subject, a man with erratic behavior.  The caller stated he was screaming and acting “crazy.” Upon arrival, officers contacted the suspect, who was clearly exhibiting the effects of Methamphetamine consumption. The suspect was placed into handcuffs without incident and verbally consented to a search of his bag. Officers discovered suspected drug paraphernalia in his bag. AS the suspect was advised he was under arrest, he began violently resisting and smashed his head through the rear windshield of the patrol vehicle. Bellevue Fire Department medics transported him to the hospital for an evaluation.  The investigation also revealed the suspect had an outstanding warrant. The suspect was eventually medically cleared and booked into jail.

An officer responded to the Park and Ride and took custody of a Bellevue PD warrant suspect from Kirkland PD.  The suspect had a Theft warrant, $1500 bail.  The suspect was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to a report of a violation of an order and an assault.  Officers arrived and found the suspect sitting in a car.  He was detained without incident. Through the investigation, it was determined that the suspect jumped on his father’s back, with whom he had a protection order, then started to hit him in the back of the head.  The suspect then attempted to choke the victim, but was unsuccessful, then grabbed a towel and wrapped it around the victim’s neck.  The victim then broke free, and the suspect then stole his cell phone, but it didn’t prevent the victim from calling 911. The victim had several visible injuries but refused treatment.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

The suspect was contacted during a traffic stop for failure to transfer a title within 45 days.  During the stop, a known male, possibly associated with the vehicle, was seen nearby.  He left on foot, but it was later discovered that he has an outstanding felony warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle.  He was not relocated.  The female driver of the stopped vehicle was arrested for an outstanding warrant.  The arresting officer gained consent to search her vehicle. Suspected drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine were located inside.  She was turned over to Bothell P.D. for her warrant.

Officers responded to a report of an out of control, intoxicated male subject.  The reporting party was his adult sister.  He was initially detained without incident.  However, after a few minutes, the subject stood up abruptly, and chest bumped an officer.  He was quickly restrained and booked into jail.

A witness called in to report a suspected DUI driver traveling from I-405 to 116 AVE NE and NE 8 ST. A traffic officer located the suspect at the above location and found two bottles of alcohol around her and vomit inside the vehicle.  The female was eventually arrested for DUI.

A suspect was riding his bike with no helmet or light on NE 8 ST in all dark clothing at 30-35mph.  The suspect was stopped and found to have several BPD Warrants, $3500 bail.  The suspect was arrested, and a search produced suspected heroin, paraphernalia, auto theft tools, and a stolen credit card. He was booked into jail.
