It was determined that the suspect and the merchandise were in the vehicle. It was also found that he is a convicted felon. During a consent search of the vehicle, the property was recovered and returned to the store. He was arrested and booked into jail. |

The victim called to report a burglary that occurred on 2/4/20 at 1730hours. The victim said nothing was taken but someone entered the residence while she was in the bedroom. The front door opened, and her dog ran to the door and she heard the door slam shortly after. When she checked the door, she realized her dog was outside of the apartment. She located the dog down the hallway by an exterior door facing north. |

Clyde Hill police located a stolen vehicle driving under the trestle on SE 8th St in Bellevue. BPD officers caught up to CHPD and initiated a felony stop. The driver and was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle. The passenger was arrested on a warrant. A third passenger was released. The vehicle was stolen in Port Angeles. A search of the vehicle netted shaved keys, stolen mail, and suspected drug items. |

The first suspect was positively identified by witnesses on the scene. He was arrested. The second suspect had outstanding felony warrants out of Seattle PD. After his arrest, a search produced (.56) grams of methamphetamine and (.49) grams of heroin. Both suspects were booked into jail. |
