 NARRATIVE

The suspect was asked to leave the residence where he was temporarily staying. He wouldn’t leave so the resident called police for assistance.  That prompted an altercation between the parties.  Officers arrived and the suspect was verbally combative and refused to leave.  He was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The reporting party contacted police to report an employee stealing money from the business for the past several years.  The employee was fired, but the extent of the theft was just discovered. The investigation is ongoing.

The suspect was seen inside the store and he is on an active trespass.  He was arrested and a subsequent search netted a small amount of suspected heroin. He was booked into jail.

A subject stole merchandise and fled from the store on foot.  He was located in the downtown area and taken into custody.  Stolen property from a different store was also recovered.  He was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to the report of a possible theft at a store.  One of the officers located and contacted a subject who matched the description.  The investigation revealed that the subject provided a false name and he was determined to be an officer safety subject with a felony DOC warrant.  He was arrested and booked into jail without incident.

 NARRATIVE

An officer conducted a traffic stop and determined that the driver was driving with a suspended license.  The passenger had an outstanding Tukwila misdemeanor warrant.  Both suspects were in possession of suspected drug paraphernalia.  The warrant subject was booked into jail without incident.  Both will be receiving a summons for the paraphernalia charge.

 NARRATIVE

An officer conducted a social contact but could not initially identify the subject, so the subject was allowed to leave.  The officers worked with NORCOM to identify him and when he did, he discovered that he had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.  The back-up officer was able to relocate the subject a couple blocks away from the original contact.  He was placed under arrest and a search revealed suspected methamphetamines in his pocket.  The subject was booked into jail without incident.

 NARRATIVE

Security called about a subject who was trespassing.  One of the officers located the subject and contacted him.  He was eventually placed under arrest and then found to be in possession of 1.87 grams of suspected methamphetamine.  He was booked into jail without incident.

While working on traffic enforcement, an officer stopped the vehicle for a moving violation.  The driver was arrested on a Lewis county warrant and summons for driving with a suspended license and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

An officer was approaching a subject to conduct a social contact and when the subject spotted the officer, he threw a suspected meth pipe under his vehicle.  The officer detained the subject and was able to get consent to search the vehicle.  The search revealed more suspected drug paraphernalia, 2 grams of suspected heroin, two large bags of stolen mail, multiple credit cards in other people’s names, and ledgers with hundreds of victim’s social security numbers/names/addresses listed.  The subject was arrested and booked into jail.

February 13

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to the report of a collision involving a vehicle that had just been called in as a possible DUI driver.  The driver was the only occupant, and he was not injured.  He was subsequently arrested for DUI and taken to Bellevue Booking for processing and was booked jail.

 NARRATIVE

An officer conducted a traffic stop for a title violation.  The driver had three outstanding warrants for driving with a suspended license and was still suspended at the time of the stop.  A search following the arrest revealed he was in possession of suspected methamphetamine.  He was booked into jail without incident.

An unidentified male was seen looking through the window of an occupied apartment. The victims confronted the male and he fled on foot.

Subject called 911 reporting someone in her home. Officers arrived and set up a perimeter and contacted the victim and discovered there was no one else in the home. The subject was determined to be in a mental health crisis and voluntarily went to the hospital.

The suspect slapped her husband and pushed him against the wall during an argument.  The officer saw redness and small scratches to the husband’s right cheek.  The suspect arrested for Assault and booked into jail.

Loss prevention called about a shoplifter in custody who scratched one of the loss prevention employees during her detention.  Loss prevention witnessed her conceal store merchandise in her purse and leave without paying for the concealed merchandise.  $71 worth of property was recovered and the suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Loss prevention saw the suspect select store merchandise and conceal it in his backpack.  The suspect left the store without paying for the concealed merchandise.  He was detained and $1,297 worth of property was recovered.  He was arrested and booked into jail.

A store employee called about a theft of $66 worth of alcohol. The suspect was located, arrested, and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Two motor vehicles were prowled overnight at the above-listed address. Most of the items stolen were personal items and tools, however, a Glock 26 was stolen from one of the vehicle’s center console. At this time, the officer has not identified the gun with a serial number. The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

An unknown white male suspect, 30-50 years old, wearing a hooded green jacket and gloves, entered A market through automatic sliding doors during the early morning.  He reached through the roll-up cage of one business and stole two tablets.  The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

Loss prevention called about a shoplifter.  The suspect concealed merchandise in a box he bought but failed to pay for the concealed merchandise.  When confronted outside the store, he left the stolen property and ran.  Loss prevention recovered $781 of merchandise.  A responding officer located the suspect who was positively identified by loss prevention.  The suspect arrested.

Loss prevention reported a shoplifter in custody.  The suspect selected $334 of merchandise, concealed it in her bag, and left the store without paying for the merchandise.   The suspect also had warrants for her arrest.  She was arrested and booked into jail.

Police contacted the suspect during a theft investigation. Loss prevention observed the suspect within the business select a jacket and exit the business without attempting to pay for the merchandise. The investigating officer determined that the suspect had an outstanding, confirmed warrant out of Renton PD. He was arrested and booked into jail.

Police responded to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, the investigating officer determined that the suspect had violently assaulted his brother and nearly choked him unconscious. The suspected was arrested and booked into jail.

Police contacted the suspect during an assault investigation. The officer determined that the suspect had assaulted his cousin during an argument within their hotel room. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect punched his daughter in the face because she was uncooperative when he was looking for items she stole on her person. She suffered minor injuries. He was booked into jail.
