Bystanders called in about a subject creating a disturbance.  The officer contacted the subject and determined that he was gravely disabled.  The subject was transported to the hospital for an evaluation.

Bystanders reported a male walking near the trestle and eventually onto I-405.  Officers contacted the subject near the off-ramp onto NE 8th St.  The subject was identified as an endangered missing person and provided a courtesy transport to his mother’s home.

The subject was on the property in violation of a trespass notice.  The reporting party showed officers surveillance video of the crime and completed a written statement for prosecution. The subject was located at the nearby bus stop and arrested.  He was released with a summons to appear in court.

 NARRATIVE

The subject was an employee at the location and has stolen approximately $1,500 in cash and merchandise from the location since 1/20/2020. The investigating officer established probable cause of a crime and the suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The suspects stole a computer tablet and fled in a vehicle.  They were located at NE 6th St and 106th Ave NE, where a traffic stop was conducted.  One suspect was detained and later arrested for two warrants out of Redmond PD. The other suspect was arrested for theft, trespass, false statements and two Bellevue PD Warrants.  The first suspect was turned over to Redmond PD.  The second suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Officers contacted a suspect at her vehicle after he saw two different IDs sitting on the interior floorboard.  The suspect opened the door to her vehicle, which revealed suspected drug paraphernalia. The subject then revealed that there were narcotics in her center console.  She consented to search and approximately 6.5g of suspected methamphetamine and 1.5g of suspected heroin were recovered from the vehicle.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

A suspect stole fragrance from the store and then attempted to get on a Metro bus at the Transit Center.  Officers detained and later arrested him. The investigation revealed he had a Tukwila Warrant out for his arrest for Theft and Trespass, $5000 bail.  The suspect was booked into jail.

While an officer was investigating a theft report, the officer was on the scene when another theft was in progress. Loss prevention contacted the suspect and he was arrested for theft and booked into jail.

An officer conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle having blue lights emitting from the front of it.  The driver was uncooperative with officers and he was driving with a suspended license/ The subject was summonsed and cited for several other offenses.

An officer completed a patrol check and noted a parked vehicle, and he knew the two occupants by name. The officer contacted the driver and passenger in the vehicle. The officer saw multiple items of suspected drug paraphernalia in the vehicle next to the passenger. The passenger was arrested and a search netted .63 grams of suspected methamphetamine.

 NARRATIVE

An officer completed a random plate check on a rolling vehicle on Bellevue Way that had three occupants. The plate returned as a stolen vehicle. The officers contacted the subjects as they were exiting the vehicle. Two subjects complied, but one chose to flee the scene. The officer was able to apprehend the fleeing suspect a short distance later. That suspect and another had active warrants, both suspects were booked into jail.  The other suspect was arrested and booked for possession of a stolen vehicle.

Two unlocked vehicles were entered overnight and approximately $4000 in property was taken.  Also, unauthorized financial transfers were made totaling $800 with stolen financial information to a named account owner.  Additional vehicles in the neighborhood were reported as also having been entered.

Security called in the above suspects in two vehicles, smoking suspected heroin between the two cars.  Officers contacted the suspects and detained them.  One suspect was violating a DV Order where she was the respondent with another suspect who was the petitioner.  Several subjects had warrants for their arrest.  Ultimately, suspected drug paraphernalia and a small amount of suspected oxycontin and Molly was located.  All suspects were

The victim’s wallet was taken while being stored in the locker room.  There were no signs of forced entry into the locker.  Unauthorized transactions totaling over $1100 were attempted at a nearby store.

A female sent a male several emails about his property and making statements about damaging his reputation. The couple is in the process of separating.  The female is reported to be in crisis.  The male was advised on how to apply for an order.

A suspect stole items from a store and fled on foot.  Bike officers located the suspect 108th & NE 4th and detained him.  He was positively identified, taken into custody and booked into jail. Merchandise and burglary tools were recovered.

Officers responded to the mall regarding a theft in progress. The officers determined multiple subjects were involved in a theft of merchandise. All subjects fled the scene prior and security assisted with locating the subjects nearby. The victim positively identified all the subjects connected to the theft.  Two suspects were booked into jail with possible organized retail theft charges pending all involved subjects.

An officer responded to a domestic disturbance progress involving a suspect/son and victim/mother. The suspect fled the scene prior to the officer arriving. Evidence at the scene indicated the suspect assaulted his mother. A short period later the officer saw the suspect driving the same vehicle near the residence. Officers conducted a traffic stop and placed him into custody without incident. He was booked into jail.

Redmond PD requested mutual aid from Bellevue PD regarding a subject that was contained in a wooded open space area. The subject was wanted for assault with a deadly weapon involving a Washington State Patrol Trooper. Several BPD officers responded to assist with the perimeter and the subject was eventually apprehended. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers responded to investigate a possible burglary in progress. Upon arrival, officers contacted a subject leaving the possible victim apartment unit.  Through his investigation, the officer concluded that no crime occurred, however, the subject in question had a misdemeanor Renton warrant.  He was arrested and booked into jail without incident.

 NARRATIVE

Police assisted Bellevue Fire for a large structure fire. The entire building #16 was destroyed. The investigating officer observed a male victim being transported by fire crews to the hospital. He is currently listed in critical condition from smoke and burn injuries. At this time, no crime was identified, however, Arson Investigator Ebersole responded to co-investigate with BFD. Command notified.

An officer located an unoccupied stolen vehicle out of Auburn that was associated with a missing person. Auburn PD was contacted and advised the officer that the missing person had been located in Seattle about a month ago but was the victim of a felonious assault. Seattle PD was contacted, and they responded to the location to take possession of the vehicle for prints.

 NARRATIVE

A victim and suspect met at a lounge in Seattle and eventually went to the suspect’s residence in Bellevue.  While at the residence, a non-consensual sexual assault occurred. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers responded to a store for a reported armed robbery. Loss prevention obtained the license plate for the vehicle. Officers along with Redmond PD located the vehicle in Redmond and detained the individuals. Further investigation revealed that the female suspect shoplifted from the store and when loss prevention recovered approached the suspects, the male suspect exposed a knife. When the male suspect realized the person was a loss prevention agent, he retreated to his vehicle with the female. Both suspects were arrested and booked into jail.

The officer contacted the driver and passenger of a disabled vehicle in the roadway and determined it was a stolen vehicle out of California. Both the driver and passenger had knowledge that the vehicle had been reported stolen. They were arrested and booked into jail.

Officers responded after the victim called in to report that she was assaulted by her boyfriend.  The investigation revealed that they were passing through Bellevue when the victim stopped her vehicle and told the suspect to get out.  The suspect then assaulted the victim. The investigating officer was able to contact the suspect by phone, but he could not be located and refused to return to the scene.

An officer conducted a traffic stop after recognizing the driver as a misdemeanor warrant subject.  The warrant was confirmed, and he was arrested and booked into jail without incident.
