The suspects stole a computer tablet and fled in a vehicle. They were located at NE 6th St and 106th Ave NE, where a traffic stop was conducted. One suspect was detained and later arrested for two warrants out of Redmond PD. The other suspect was arrested for theft, trespass, false statements and two Bellevue PD Warrants. The first suspect was turned over to Redmond PD. The second suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

An officer completed a random plate check on a rolling vehicle on Bellevue Way that had three occupants. The plate returned as a stolen vehicle. The officers contacted the subjects as they were exiting the vehicle. Two subjects complied, but one chose to flee the scene. The officer was able to apprehend the fleeing suspect a short distance later. That suspect and another had active warrants, both suspects were booked into jail. The other suspect was arrested and booked for possession of a stolen vehicle. |

Further investigation revealed that the female suspect shoplifted from the store and when loss prevention recovered approached the suspects, the male suspect exposed a knife. When the male suspect realized the person was a loss prevention agent, he retreated to his vehicle with the female. Both suspects were arrested and booked into jail. |
